Shout out to the Verizon on Hastings! After some not great service over at the corporate store, this authorized dealer for Verizon was awesome. Quick, personable and happy to help. Remembering this for next time I need a new phone!

I cracked my screen on my iPad and replacement of the glass was more than the device was worth. I went to Verizon Team Wireless with the intention of purchasing an iPad Mini. Working with Devin, we both concluded that the iPad Air was not only larger but less expensive (rebate). Setup/data transfer was seamless. Great business to work with.

That district manager or whomever he is, was a real treat. Had a good experience in the store in general just don’t care to talk to someone who’s arrogant and got a power trip. Thankfully there’s lot of Verizon’s in the area

Went in and was treated like a human. Wasnt nearly as painful had I went to a corporate Verizon store.Devin helped me out specifically. He was transparent in communicating and I left completely happy and satisfied. (And I didnt even have to wait the 40 minutes that the Verizon store by the mall makes us all wait because theyre lazy)Was just a good deal all aroundThanks again Devin.Be safe on that Harley buddy. 🙏

After going to the corporate store and being told to go online and do it myself I decided to try a smaller store and was happy that they had people ready and willing to help! Everyone was friendly and helpful, I was able to upgrade two phones for less than I thought I could do for one on my own. Luckily I didn’t try to do it online by myself or I would have missed out!

Daine provides exceptional customer service! He is knowledgeable and and always engages in friendly conversation. I prefer the Hastings store over any other Verizon location because of this. We will continue to come here for all of our needs. You rock Daine 👏👏👏

I would give this store zero stars if that was an option. I broke my phone and wanted an upgrade. The Asian girl who I spoke with wouldnt hear anything about the fact that I wanted an upgrade because I had phone insurance. My phone was 4 years old and not worth the price of the deductible. All I wanted was to buy a new phone, this was apparently not worth her time. She was completely worthless. Save yourself the time and go to the REAL store by Oakwood mall. This store is a complete joke.

Daine went above and beyond to help my wife with her new phone. He made a difficult situation (a broken phone) so much easier and pleasant to navigate through, all the while being so patient and kind.

I went with my girlfriend because she needed a new phone. She had already started the application process over the phone but was told she needed to come into a Verizon store. One of the two employees that helped us was very rude, condescending, and replied with one word answers that she could barely mumble out.The girl we talked to first promptly got on her phone and passed us off to her coworker who was much better than her at solving our problem. The gentleman seemed tired and unmotivated, but we got some answers. All while the woman was occasionally glancing up at us from her phone making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.To their credit, no one is having a fantastic time during this COVID-19 pandemic. However, its not an excuse to give sub par customer service.I hope they improve whatever it is theyre dealing with though!

The service was fine however, I had asked for a glass screen protector and the sales associate went to check in the back and came out with what was supposed to be a glass screen protector not only was it not glass but it did not correctly fit the screen now Im out $50 for something I didnt want.

Incompetent and rude employees.Went in last night to preorder new phone, come home and found in the order confirmation email they ordered the wrong phones, and we told him multiple times exactly which ones we wanted. Went in to fix it the next day, and was told they had to cancel the previous order and make a new one.Ok fine.I write down the account number and the phone number to be ported over, he puts the order in and we leave. This time he didn’t put in the right phone number, so we have to go back. We go back and he says, “which number?” My reply was the one that was written drown and you read back to us.I asked if I could see the information before he presses submit and was told I would have to wait for another confirmation email (where he probably would mess up again). I said that process, and he, were being unprofessional. He then said “go to the corporate store where they are more professional than me” and refused to help further.So, don’t waste your time going here. Go to the corporate store where they are “more professional” and actually know what they are doing.

Awesome awesome experience. There were two associates working today and they were busy with the release day of the new Samsung phone. The young man associate was helping a senior citizen who was purchasing a apple watch. He was excellent and excited to help the man the young lady associate who helped me was working with father son customer she was havi g technical difficulties getting their phones set up. She made it right maybe not today but it will be set up tomorrow mean while a gentleman came only needing a charger. She helped him before me..... great way to prioritize her customers.... I was in no hurry. Thank you for helping the gentleman before me. The last time I stopped to upgrade my wifes phone we ran into a bait and switch with trading in the phone I was so disgusted I almost did not stop in today.... it was great I was not oversold on a phone in fact I felt guilty walking out with the most Inexpensive phone in the store. Nothing but praise for these two today. I LOVE MY NEW PHONE IT WHST I WANTED SIMPLE AND INEXPENSIVE...and changed my plan too
