This is an indoor dealership. Totally different from those outdoors dealership and John and Matt the 2 dealers there today were incredible and super knowledgeable about their cars. Tested the infinity QX80 and the Mercedes-Benz GL450 was having issue with the Bluetooth settings, bamm John set it up and all the other settings he fixed them. They were just incredible out there...

Beware of this place! I bought a 2014 Audi A6 from this place in August of 2019. The day of purchase - John (salesman) tells me that he will send one of the workers there to fill the tank with gas. It was raining this day, and when the driver returns he stated that I should avoid taking Wallace Road to get onto Highway 5 because there was a considerable amount of water on the road.When I got into the car to drive home there wasn’t an issue and things seemed fine. However, once I went to start the car the next day I received a notification telling me “Turn Off Engine. Steering Defective - Do Not Drive.” To say the least this was shocking to me seeing that this was a newer car and shouldn’t have any steering problems. I called John and was instructed to bring the vehicle in to have it “looked at” by their mechanic, however they determined “nothing was wrong”.I immediately took it to an Audi dealership when I was told that it was in fact the power steering was out due to high water damage. (Driving through deep water - and the Audi has an electric power steering set up). Had to spend $4200 in repairs for a new power steering rack a week after buying the vehicle...SHADY SHADY SHADY. Didn’t even offer to reimburse me for something their (Ideal Auto Import) driver did. Drove my vehicle through standing water, and claimed it wasn’t covered in their warranty 30 day warranty even though this happened day of purchase.ONCE AGAIN AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Very good experience with purchasing my car though I was buying as a customer in PA and the dealership is in Minnesota. Given the distance, I never saw or test drove the vehicle before it was shipped and received. The sales person in my case was John Gossett, a considerate and fantastic individual, who was always available for questions and issues if any. His detailed description of the vehicle matched the condition of the vehicle when I received it. The dealership also conducted the transaction professionally and seamlessly. I wished I lived closer to Minnesota to check them out more often or refer family and friends in PA, NJ, and elsewhere in the east coast where I know a lot of folks.

BEWARE!! Very dishonest boss and staff. Horrible customer service.Beware of John. Hes a younger looking guy. My brother called to speak to him, and I also texted their line. The text clearly says they DO NOT HOLD cars. Not knowing he spoke to siblings, John calls me and tells me that theres been a deposit on the car and I can no longer go. We spoke some more and realized that it was my brother he had spoken to. So he LIED straight to me, but since we live 4 hrs away and was already on our way there, we decided to go. We were interested in getting two cars but the darker BMW Xi (69,000+ miles) has a broken center console and I asked John to see if he would reduce the price since Ill need to fix it. We looked online and a center console costs $370. John made a call and said it costs $146. We waited 2hrs! I asked if he can give us proof of that cost. He got frustrated. His boss came in, I think his name is Max(?). Didnt greet us at all nor acknowledge us. John was giving us an attitude and I tell both of them that Im no longer interested because hes not a honest person. I tell his boss what happens. John admits to lying in front of all of us and his boss says hes a good employee! Like what? Your employee just said he lied SMH. They lost a chance at us buying two cars.

I met with one of the owners, German, to discuss a trade in and new car purchase. I was already feeling a bit defeated when I came in because I had just left a corporate auto dealer and was given the worst customer service I could imagine. When walking into iDeal, we were greeted immediately and shown around where we could take a look at the inventory. We knew where to find help if we needed it but we were left on our own to explore which we appreciated. After finding a vehicle I was very interested in, I took it for a test drive and we started talking price and different options. This vehicle wasnt the best for me financially but German took the time to sit down with me and my friend for over an hour to discuss vehicle needs, price point, monthly payment, etc. I have never had anyone take so much time and give me so much information and he got to know me and what would be best for me. He could have sold me something else that was in my price point that day but it wouldnt be a good fit for me and it felt good knowing that he didnt just want to get me in something and make a sale. I continue to work with him and search for the best vehicle for me and will be trading in my current car as well once I find the best one.I will 100% always come here for a new vehicle. I was referred by a friend and I will also be referring to my friends and family because not only are their vehicles prices extremely fair, they are pleasant to deal with and these guys know their cars. Its a very comfortable atmosphere and you do not feel like you are being taken advantage of, which, as a woman, can be a bit scary sometimes because I dont know much about vehicles!Thank you to German and the guys at iDeal for all your help!

I bought my first car from Max at iDeal back in 2013. I had given a car to my daughter who was starting her first job and wanted something sporty. They had a mint condition 2006 Audi A4 convertible with front wheel drive. I drove that car to work today. All Ive done is put tires on it. I also bought a beautiful Infinity SUV from Max 3 years ago, however a neighbors daughter tapped a car in traffic and totaled it. So, I went back to Max last summer and bought a stunning 2011 Audi Q5 3.2. Big engine and amazing features. I test drove it and bought it immediately. Cars dont stay long on his lot. If you like it, buy it. The prices are extremely competitive, and the vehicles are in like new condition. Im sure when the convertible finally quits (it is 13 years old) Ill be back. Our experience started out great - but when the car had a number of mechanical issues in the first days, the process to “address” was less than ideal.

Bought an Audi Q7 about a month ago. The whole process was super easy and relaxed from emailing John about the vehicle, test driving, trade in, financing, and driving off the lot. All of their vehicles are in an indoor showroom and very clean. When we noted the wear of the tires and a loose panel, they gave us a discount and were quick to secure the panel for us. They gave us a more than fair deal on our trade in as well. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice import to check this dealer out. Well be back for our next car.

I am very happy with the car and price. Being a used car, there were a couple of issues such as only one key, no wind screen and no license plate holder. Audi wanted a $100.00 for the holder, I got one from Amazon for $5.00. I did have to get another key made which was over $300.00. The dealership did take care of the wind screen. So, when buying a used car, there are some things to watch for always. However, as I said, I am very pleased with the car and have put almost 4000 miles on it this month. The staff at iDeal Auto was professional and pleasing to work with through the process.

I was looking for a nice, reasonably priced, used car for an entire two weeks. I was starting to want to give up and buy an expensive car at a big dealership, just because I thought it would be easier. Then I came to Ideal Auto Imports, and it was overall just fantastic. It was a beautiful facility, and so many cars! They had over 100 cars and so many diverse choices. And the prices were actually surprisingly low - I bought Infinity Q50 and I fell for it almost instantly. I was almost certain though that the price wouldnt fit my budget.. But it was perfect. The customer service was so professional, yet kind and understanding at the same time. When I was car shopping at other places before its like they are trying to trick you to get your money, but it is far from that behavior at Ideals. German, one of the owners, was helping me that day and he was very professional and told me a lot about prices and different car brands, and was not tricking me like other dealers tried to. Boy he knows a lot about cars!!!!!! He showed me so much variety, I was shocked!!!!!!! The car I chose is great,and I probable saved a couple grand on it. I am recommending Ideal Auto to all my friends and family who are looking for fabulous cars for affordable prices.

Do not do business there, not honest and very shady. They dont do full vehicle inspection before they sell them. I was very disappointed and stress for going back and forth to get the car tail light fixed which he said that his mechanic couldnt fixed after more than a week waiting. be careful when buying a luxury car from them.

I recently bought a 2006 Scion tC from iDeal Auto Imports. I love it! I have been recommending them to everyone who asks where I got it and anyone who has been looking for a new car.I had the best experience. Max was so helpful and everyone else there seemed to nice. Max was honest about the car..it needed new control arm bushings and an air filter. I brought it in AFTER I purchased the car and they fixed it free of charge. After I had those things fixed, I noticed my car shaking a bit. I called them right away explaining everything and Max told me to bring it back in for full inspection. They adjusted to motor mounts for me free of charge!! I couldnt believe it. This is the best service Ive ever had anywhere.I will keep recommending them to everyone who is looking to get a new car. They are honest, helpful, and not pushy. Ive never had a place that Id recommend as much as iDeal. I will be going there when I decided to get a new car in the future!
