Great service and great guy!!
Do not use these scammers! My son bought a car from these guys and started having major issues 6 months later. Brought the car into the dealership to repair only to find out the car was previously flooded in TX and had a salvaged title. Transmission was full of water! A replacement (Used) transmission is over $4k on this vehicle! Contacted Auto Acquisitions to discuss & give them an opportunity to make it right and they claimed that they sold a clean car with a clean car facts and were promised a call back after he discusses with his business partner. Guess what... no call back, when my son finally got a hold of them again, they refused to discuss further then they blocked his number. Will certainly give the BBB poor report & will be in contact with the MN Attorney General. I dont care if I have to spend the value of the car to an attorney to get these guys from doing this to someone else. Great way to treat a college kid who doesnt have a lot of money to begin with and was super excited to finally purchase a new (used) car only to find out scammers like the owners at Auto Acquisitions are able to sleep at night.
I would stay away from this business. I recently purchased a car from a wholesaler for this business and it was not a good experience. The car I bought was touted as a great car and the seller said a trusted mechanic found no issues. Wrong. Two local shops found a list of problems, a few of which should have been obvious to the sellers mechanic. I called the seller to inquire about the mechanic was and what kind of inspection was done, but I was treated with disrespect and the seller was very inconsiderate. I was immediately written off as if I had never touched a car in my life. Thats never a good way to handle a customer. The car is still pretty good, but that trusted mechanic did not do a very thorough inspection. If I were you Id be wary of the product and dont expect much for service.Quality - 1: car needs repairAppeal - 2: aesthetically pleasing carService - 0: apparently Im incompetent
I have purchased 2 cars from Rick and Tim. I love their commitment to customer service. Rick helped me really learn about my first Audi. With his continued support and advice I have been able to keep my 1998 A8 in great shape and on the road.
DO NOT buy a car here. They sell cars that are flooded or salvaged but they hide the information. I’m reporting them to the BBB, but posting here to warn potential customers. DO NOT buy. They ripped off a college student and they will rip you off too.. contact me if you have any specific questions.
He sold me a total loss vehicle as a clean title out of a different state. Contacted him about it and he said sorry brought up the fact that he has clean title guarantee and He said let me do some checking and I will get back to you. Tried calling him and he hung up on me and wont answer. I am out 12,400$ on a junk/unsafe car. I just wanted him to stand behind his guarantee and make this right I cant believe someone would do this to someone. How do you sleep at night?
Rick is a very friendly guy at Auto Acquisitions he will go out of his way to help you find the car that is right for you and get you a good deal.
DO NOT buy any cars from this scammer. He sells lemon cars and refuses to own up. This man does NOT deserve a second chance in business.
