I loved the fact that Midwest Auto is Carfax certified and all cars come with reports and certified inspections. Very clean indoor showroom that made the experience very easy. Loved that I was able to send in some basic information before I came back and then it only took about 10-15 minutes of paperwork and I was out the door with the car! Bought my first car from here and I am now realizing I really got scammed. Saw a 2008 Volvo S40 on Car Gurus and I went to take a look at it. Seemed like a great car for $5,000. Took it for a test drive and the only things wrong with it were no AC and a cupping tire. They said the cupping tire could be fixed with a new tire. They also said they were taking it in to get the AC fixed, but it would cost an extra $500 to hold onto it for us. Turns out we needed a whole new wheel and tire. The worst part is the AC didn’t work because the AC compressor was shot, which is about a $1,000 fix. Oh and they also didn’t mention that the driver door was a different shade compared to the rest of the car. It was probably replaced due to an accident which was also never mentioned. The driver door was the only one that was rusted out which I didn’t even notice. If you’re going to buy a car from this dealership, I’d take it to your own mechanic to get the car checked out first.

This was hands down one of the best dealership experiences Ive ever had. In the past I have been to many dealerships and purchased many cars every time the overall experience is lacking or terrible. There are only two car dealerships currently in the United States that I would ever go back to this is one of them. Knowledgeable staff friendly and kind experience and you can tell that they truly care for the customer and what theyre doing. I love the new A6. Thanks guys!Also as a side note I see a lot of reviews on here where people are complaining and if you notice almost all of them the person is purchasing a car with plenty of miles at an old age those experiences with that vehicle over the next few years are going to be the same no matter where you buy it from. Older cars with higher mileage need work.

Repeated emails to get answers on a vehicle we are interested in. days to get an email back, not a few hours, but days. Still havent heard back from our latest one last week. Asking questions as wed be driving a distance and want to find out more info before going. Never fully answers the questions, then looking on the site, a vehicle they said wasnt ready to be sold yet, repairs, etc, all of a sudden not there. Smells like a scam looks like a scam, it is. Somebody needs to brush up on their customer service skills. Its 2021 selling cars, this isnt the 90s, it should be this hard to get some service.

Well, I wish I could give a good review, but I cant. I had emailed inquiring about a certain car for a few days. All of the replies were one word answers and not very in depth. I drove an hour and a half to see a car that I made an appointment for, had to cancel some plans to make time to see it, and I got there and they told me they sold it the night before. No warning, no updates, nothing. I definitely will be telling people about them, and their lack of communication.

I recently was in need of a car and after looking into what types of cars I liked, for the price range I could afford, I stumbled across a Honda Pilot Touring 4WD at this dealership on a web site. Not sure which one because I had looked at many and was really trying to do my research. This one was beautiful and I couldnt figure out why on the Blue Book comparison, where it tells you if its a Fair, Good, etc. price, why was it marked as a great price. In the description it did state in the beginning there were some cosmetic damage and pictures were taken of the area and then again at the end of the description it stated if you can look past these cosmetic flaws this is a great car, but I really thought these flaws were no big deal.When I showed up to take it for a test drive Vick, my salesman, as he handed me the keys stated that they were also going to be replacing the rear rotors and brake pads so if I thought the breaks felt mushy. I drove the car and didnt notice a thing. So I was surprised he even said anything. I really appreciated that and it really put me at ease that i wasnt getting sold a major fixer upper. I even got a 3 yr warranty bumper to bumper which I was surprised was offered seeing that the car had 155,000 miles on it.Honestly I had a very pleasant experience and definitely would recommend checking them out. Their car lot is indoors and all the cars are SUPER clean. I was offered a refreshment every time I was there and I wasnt hassled in the least or felt any pressure to hurry with anything. They really are a nice, trusty worthy establishment. Vick made it very painless and was really nice to work with. I LOVE LOVE my new car.

I had found essentially the same vehicle up the road for a better price and similar miles that I walked away from because of the way they treated us. The buying process was completely free of pressure, and I was given several opportunities to look closely at my new car in private without a salesperson hovering over me. My new car came with slight damage on the bumper, but they fixed it perfectly. They took my (very) used car as a trade in without any hassle at all. Id definitely purchase from here again.

This place rips you off. Don’t even go there they’ll talk you down on your car like you are a whole sale shop. They’ll tell you that they gave you a good deal on their vehicles, but what they don’t see is, its over priced. Take your hard earned money somewhere that will value you.

Bought a Lexus RX330 from Vick in July and waited to see how this used vehicle performed before I posted a review. I can now say this was a great deal. The vehicle was priced about $1,500 less than other dealers or about what private parties were asking for a 2005. They did not negotiate on price, which usually kills a deal for me, but it was a completely fair price and a very nice vehicle. We put about $1,500 into preventative maintenance, including a new timing belt and water pump that will hopefully give us another 100,000 miles of service. They were very professional, knowledgeable, honest, have great inexpensive financing options and quality vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership for any used vehicle.

Bought a 2012 Cooper S and I could not be more happy. My wife and I took a drive to go look at the Cooper I ended up buying. We pull into the front side of the building and we both kind of looked at each other and said where are all the cars? We almost drove off but it was a couple hour drive so we walked into somewhat of an unassuming entrance. Instantly we were greeted by Leo who looked as if he was just finishing up with another customer. He had a smile was very polite and the guy didnt have a pushy bone in his body. Walked down the hallway and into the indoor showroom and I kind of instantly thought to myself wow. All the cars are indoors and whomever is washing them and detailing them deserves a raise. I instantly knew I could buy a vehicle here and not have a care in the world. Will say at that point Leo let us alone to look around as they had some very nice vehicles there and another salesman came over and started talking with us and he was just as pleasant as Leo(Wish I could remember the guys name feel horrible but you know who you are). While walking through the building I could not help but notice Leo in one of the cars cleaning it up while we were looking at the vehicles they had. These people actually care what the vehicles look like and I mean all of them. We stopped in the corner and looked at a couple crazy nice cars that were just mint and perfectly clean. Later found out that those were the owners beautiful cars. Now right there that tells you if the owner cares that much to keep his things that nice he knows the importance of nice things and certainly again made me feel comfortable about the possible purchase. Went back to where the Cooper was as there was another person that had taken it for a drive and once he was done took it out for a spin. Loved it. Very clean well taken care of and pretty much all around rock solid. Almost bought it right there but I try not to be an impulsive buyer so we went home and after thinking about it for a week we went back and bought the car. The entire experience will forever raise the bar on what I expect from car dealers. Leo you are the man happy as hell to have bought a car from you. Thanks to all of you I really love what you have going there. Have never wanted to sell cars but my gosh how much fun could a person have working for people that care about what they are doing and selling. Thanks just perfect.

I found Midwest online saw a car i liked and came out to see it thet next day. I spoke with Vick and he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Everyone I dealt with today was friendly and knowledgeable when I had a question. The best part of the whole transaction was going in and seeing a family member buying a car from Vick at the same time. Stop over and see Vick and the guys to get yourself a really nice vehicle.

After realizing the brakes were worn low shortly after I purchased the 2012 BMW X5 Midwest Auto Sales replaced those brakes so I ended up with new brakes in the front and back of the vehicle at no cost to me.
