I purchased a Hisense L9G Laser Projector with a 100” screen from Beach Camera through Amazon. The drawback of this projector is that it is a fixed size. Comparable competitor units are adjustable from 90” - 120”. Based on my research about placement etc, I thought the 100” unit would work. However, once I tried it in the room, it was too small and didn’t have the effect that we were hoping for. I contacted customer service at Beach Camera and they were very understanding. I would have been happy with exchanging for the larger 120” version. Unfortunately, they did not have any in stock. They then offered a full refund so that we could purchase the unit we wanted. Beach Camera has top notch customer service and I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Beach Camera is a great place to shop. I was a little untrusting at first, but I ordered a monitor on there for an amazing price and it arrived the very next day! I received standard shipping for free and I wasnt expecting it to come until the end of the week. Surprisingly, the very next day I saw it sitting out on my porch and the packing was in good condition. The monitor was also in good condition and it was definitely not cheaply put together. It looks fantastic and was exactly what I was expecting from the description online. I will definitely be ordering more from here.

I ordered an OLED TV from Beach Camera and it arrived two days after I placed my order! The TV arrived in a blank shipping box with the actual retail box inside. Thats a big deal to me, considering its a high end product that I wouldnt want stolen. No sort of product defect found with my TV. These guys are legit.

I ordered an LG TV from Beach Camera on Amazon that clearly included a premium 2 year extended warranty in the sale bundle. I received the TV, but no warranty. I had to force Amazon fulfillment to force Beach Camera to honor the 2 year warranty, instead Beach Camera sent me a third party warranty company for only one year warranty. Then Beach Camera emailed me they deleted the email where they sent me the bogus warranty. Do not buy anything from Beach Camera in Edison NJ or online. Dishonest, false advertising, deceptive sales practice! Avoid this place if you value your money and time. Highly shady sales practice.

I purchased of vacuum during my states tax free weekend on walmart.com it was sold via beach camera. When it arrived it was called renewed the new name for refurbished also did not have all the attachments i wanted and part of the reason i bought the vacuum. So i contacted the seller for a refund i sent it back two days later. Was told by Beach camera that they had gotten my package and a refund would be issued in 2 to 4 days later. a week later no refund i was told today the refund was issued today and i have to wait another 3 to 5 days i feel lied to about this process. i give them zero stars

Had no idea this place existed .9 miles from my house. I was searching for a better zoom lens for my Canon EOS60D. I found Beach Camera on google and decided to give it a shot. Clueless as to what exactly I needed (I take pictures but I’m not a “photographer”) the young man at the front desk presented a few options of what I was looking for and gave me an outstanding price in comparison to what I saw online (much cheaper than Amazon.) He was much more educated on cameras than I am and was a tremendous help in a very short period of time. I’ll definitely go there again if I need anything else.

Absolutely the worst seller on Amazon. They shipped a package that was never delivered to me, but the also unreliable FedEx states it was left on the front porch or door in the evening. I was home all evening and absolutely no package was delivered to my address. I asked if it could be re shipped and they stated an investigation must be done first which will take 3 to 5 days. It has been 3 to 5 days and no new information, so I asked for a refund and was told that couldn’t be done until the investigation is complete…. When will that be? This item was needed for vacation and they just don’t seem to care. I’m so confused on their investigation process, we all know that these delivery companies make mistakes and deliver things to the wrong address, so if I’m stating I didn’t get it… I didn’t get it. How is FedEx going to fix this when they believe or indicated that they delivered it to my address. I was under the impression that they had insurance for this type of thing. When did it become the customers fault that they didn’t receive a package that was supposed to be delivered to them by your delivery service of your choice. I’m completely disappointed with this company and will NEVER order from them again. I urge you to be cautious when ordering from them.

A totally unreliable vendor. In short -- Promised delivery overnight on not one, but two occasions, on the same order, and they failed to deliver on either the original promised date or the revised date.In detail -- On Thursday, I ordered an item for overnight delivery ie Friday. I called their customer and they confirmed the order was received and they would ship the same day. Beach Camera did not even attempt to charge my card till Friday morning ie they could not delivered on Friday as originally ordered. For whatever security reason AMEX declined the charge. Its a Platinum Card so credit was not the issue. I got that resolved Friday morning within an hour of being alerted. May be being the first time I transacted with Beach, Amex security protocols kicked in. Who knows Mind you, no call from Beach on Thursday or even on Friday, that there is a problem with the transaction.Called up again on Friday morning, spoke to an agent named Larissa, and was assured delivery would be made on Saturday. Great. I thought I would be able to complete the assignment on Sunday, at least. I waited for delivery, and again no information. And Beach is closed Friday afternoon till Monday morning.Spoke to Larissa again on Monday afternoon, and I was told the order was in their verification department. Why on earth did nobody call and speak to me and resolve the issue on Friday before they closed, and they could make delivery as promised a second time. Of course, no answer. Finally cancelled the order in disgust, and Beach Camera could not care less.So will caution anyone from buying from Beach Camera. Unless you are prepared to live with complete uncertainty.

I recently purchased an LG OLED TV from Amazon sold by BC. The shipment was fast. Mr.Kieffer called us immediately after the order and provided a status update on the shipment. Once I brought to his attention that the bundle order included Taskrabbit installation service, he provided a coupon code for TR within in an hour. Overall, it appeared it would take me 3-4 weeks (Initial estimate) to get the delivered and schedule an installation. But everything was completed smoothly in about a week-10 days from the time of ordering. Great product, made even better experience by excellent customer service. Im more likely to shop with them again in future

Very bad experience. Only reason i am giving them 2 stars is because my experience with the sales rep was very good over the phone.I was in the market for a refurbished dji mavic air 2. After finding they had a good bundle i called the store to find all the details. Turns out it was exactly what i wanted. The sales rep was very nice and polite and was very helpful. i decided i wanted to buy the drone and placed an order while he was on the phone. He told me it would be shipped that same day. Keep in mind that this is no cheap product. In all the total came out to $940. I ordered the drone on Thursday and immediately the order number did not display any info. This was after the fact that they took money out of my account. i thought it may have been a thing that takes 24 hours to update so i waited. the next day and even the day after that i continuously emailed them. Sometimes i got responses that said it was being processed while others straight up did not make any sense at all. Ordered item from Amazon, Beach Camera is a third party seller. Item arrived quickly and box was badly damaged. FedEx said I had to sign and accept delivery- lies. Opened the item. A Sunny health sft4400 Tredmill. 459.00 . Two of the plastic parts were heavily damaged in shipping. Contacted Beach Camera and they wouldn’t send replacement parts. Would not partial refund. Recommended to return the item?!? How. The box was crushed and styrofoam was crumbled. FedEx crushed the item and unloaded it anyway. I’m now stuck with a damaged item with no way to return to seller. And seller will not make the purchase right. Do not buy from this seller.

Seller doesnt follow through with shipping company to get scheduling of delivery. (Large TV) Shipper just shows up to deliver without calling. No one was home for delivery. Sent back. Admits their fault, but is unwilling to refund until TV is returned to them. Terrible customer service. Ties up your money unnecessarily for weeks.

11/1-11/3 I received a personal phone call and followup from the Director of Cust. Satisfaction who was finally able to make their Warehouse understand that the item consists of 2 boxes that need to ship together in order for the item (a 5-piece drum kit) to be complete. It didnt help that FedEx then rescheduled the delivery 4 separate times, but it ultimately did arrive.10/30 Day 4....no response.10/29 Day 3...I have three times now received an incorrect or incomplete item. I am on the third day of awaiting a reply as to where the other half of my order is. Fulfillment through Amazon was a fail. Dealing with the company directly has been an equal failure. Currently out $430+ and still only have half a product unable to be assembled. Better Business Bureau complaint has been filed.

Cancelled an order within 5 minutes and it took over 3 weeks to get most of my money back. Purchased a TV through walmart.com during their prime day competing sale. No where on the first page did it say renewed or refurbished. When I found the word renewed buried in the SN on the second page in the specs, I cancelled the order. Of course they went ahead and shipped it anyway. When I called to stop the shipment, the game became clear when Nathan launched into his sales pitch threatening over $600 in shipping and restocking fees and trying to convince me to accept it. 3 weeks and many calls later they finally refunded all but $6 of the $1400. Of course walmart was no help. Seems the last $6 is always a couple weeks away..

I bought a new pair of binoculars from Beach Camera (through Amazon) last week.They arrived in 1 day which I thought was awesome. The binoculars came in perfect physical condition and work great. I called their customer service phone number, which they ask you to do (in big bold print) with any questions or concerns. I had a problem adjusting the diopter lens and needed some advice. I left a detailed recorded message with my name and phone number. Their recording said they would return my call immediately. That never happened. A week later and I havent heard a word. I have since figured out how to fix them. Shocked me.

Beach Camera is amazing! I got a great deal on camera that I have been wanting to purchase for about a year. I had been looking for quite a while comparing prices and accessories. The package that I purchased had several accessories allowing me the flexibility to explore the range of my new camera! One of the items (a tripod) was broken. They quickly sent a replacement. I am pleased with the camera and the package of accessories that was included. It arrived quickly as promised and in excellent condition. Terrible experience. My very expensive item (77 inch OLED television) was shipped June 10th and I still have not received it. Multiple attempts to contact support have resulted in my problem being forwarded to a manager that I never hear back from. No one seems to want to actually help me. Ive had positive experiences with this company in the past, so its unfortunate that problems with my largest purchase from them by far is causing their customer service to essentially ignore meUpdate: After posting this review, I was able to get in touch with someone from Beach Camera who helped me out. I finally got my item, and he called me multiple times to update me on the progress and to make sure I was happy. I placed an order for a video camera on November 28. It was supposed to arrive by December 3rd. I kept checking the tracking which showed it had not changed since November 30. I contacted customer support who took nearly a week to get back to me! Out of nowhere I receive an email that I was credited back for the purchase. I never requested a cancellation. The item is now listed as “out of stock”. This was a Christmas present which now will never get here on time. Incredibly poor experience.

7/27/2019: Im glad I finally found a camera that will take photos I can be please to show to other people. My youngest son, is a CANON fan, so Ill learn a lot from him. Ive take one battery of photos, but havent had them processed yet. I wanted pictures of the second set of twin fawns that were born near our property. This morning that happened, because they were old enough and strong enough to jump the field fence to our property. It was exciting to finally have a terrific camera back in my hands. The product was fine, when it all finally arrived. I bought a package deal. They sent the tv first with no mounts to use it, resulting in me going to Home Depot to buy a mount I had already purchased. The rest of the package arrived 10 days later but only after I had to let them know 3 times that the other items were missing. Still missing one item after all of this The customer service has been non existent to this point. You can get the same product for the same price or less in a lot of places, I recommend you do so. You’d get better service from eBay and that’s not good.

BEWARE OF BEACH CAMERAThe battery base they put in my package was NOT SONY and it does NOT work with this my A7R3 purchase. In fact it causes ALL KINDS of problems. I fought this cameras operation for a month. It would randomly pop up menus. I had write errors to my cards and LOST PHOTOS. I finally called sony and spend an hour and a half with them. They were ready to take my brand new camera in for repair because they couldnt figure it out, then I had the bright idea to check operation with out the battery base. It worked fine and Sony verified that the base was a non-sony aftermarket part. When I looked up the correct part number on Amazon, I found it was a $348! part. Beach camera would not help me because I finally figured out it was the problem after the 45 day warranty. NOT GOOD BUSINESS TO SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARENT ACTUALLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE CAMERA, THEN SAY SCREW YOU TO THE CUSTOMER. Im taking the time to put my review out there everywhere possible so this frustration doesnt happen to anyone else.BTW, owners response tho my review is clever, but after a year they still never “resolved” the issue or called. As I said, Buyer beware.

We had a friend at the game taking a video and she liked the video much better than the picture idea. I requested a cancellation and no problem with Beach. Ordered a Nikon D850 with Nikkor 24-120mm lens along with other camera gear items as part of the bundle package. Package showed up with everything but the lens or packing list or invoice. I was extremely frustrated and worried about where the lens was and if or when it would be arriving. It happened to be a Saturday when they are closed so I left a message with Beach Camera customer service- all that being said they responded back to me within 24 hours with a phone call and confirmation that the lens was being shipped separately. Not super super thrilled about being left in the dark or notified that it was shipped separately but nevertheless they responded quickly and directly addressed and resolved the issue nicely and promptly. I bought a refurbished pressure washer from BeachCamera. Its unclear whether it was repackaged by BC or by the manufacturer, but it was a great deal, works perfectly (was missing a few screws that I was able to buy very cheaply at Home Depot), shipped for free, and arrived faster than most amazon prime products. I bought 2 Fitbits for my kids for Christmas. On Christmas morning, they decided that they no longer wanted a Fitbit. So on the day after Christmas, I contacted Beach Camera to process a return. They stated that it was outside the return window. I explain to them that was bought as a Christmas gift and most other retailers have extended return windows for that very reason. They said that they can only except a return if they charge me a 30% restocking fee. This is after I had contacted somebody on December 4 explaining my dilemma because I tried to return earlier in the month and they said it shouldn’t be an issue. Their solution was for me to try to sell it on eBay or on another marketplace venue. I don’t think that’s very good customer service in my opinion. Everything is still in its original packaging and it’s not like I waited for months after Christmas to try to return it. It’s literally five or six days outside of the return window. I will never purchase anything from them again.

These guys are a scam. Talk a really good talk. But turned out they dont walk that.Sold me an item. That right out of the box is a mess. Something extremely wrong. Now a massive and complicated return process that they know I cant do.I now have to replace the item myself at my own cost.And they wont tell me whats wrong for me to even get it fixed myself.

Incredibly terrible customer service. Ordered a projector with expedited shipping to have it to my house in time for a kids birthday party over the weekend and the item was shipped most likely ground because it was not scheduled to get here until over 3 days later. Emailed customer service who only said appreciate your patience but made no effort to help solve the solution. Also, went on the site to chat with a customer service representative online and the attached picture tells the whole story.... Worst customer service and company I have ordered something this expensive from with an essential need for it. Unbelievable.

Overall beach camera is okay. Here I share some experience recently. I saw Beach Camera was selling Sony XQD G series 120GB card at $155, the second day when I prepare to buy it, it disappeared from the website. So I called Beach camera, Josh answered me and told me the cards was sold out, and said the cards would arrive be the end of this week. I asked the price, he said it is still $155. Today I saw the card appeared on the web again with $155 price. When I check out, the price changed to $249. So I call Joshs direct number and told him about it. After he checked the web, he said the price is still $155. He said he would check, and Sony might raise the price. After he told me the price now went up to $249. We had some discussion, and he refused to sell the card at the price on the web. But offered me a price at $199. I think as a well known company, when the client see the price, he/she should get the price. That is all the store did all the time. Feel little disappointed by the way they handle the clients.

I ordered the Nikon coolpix B600 online. It arrived 1 day early. Packaged beautifully. Had more items then I expected. I did not realize it was a bundle package that I ordered. I thought the price I paid was very good for what I thought I was getting. What a extra nice surprise it included slot of accessories that I would not have thought to buy. THANKS Beach Camera. I will be a return customer. I have shopped around down here in Florida in my local stores but no place could come close to the bundle I got. Keep up the great work.

I ordered a Camcorder for an event through Walmart with a delivery date of 12/5. It didnt leave NJ until 12/5. They use FedEx and it still has not been delivered and Saturday 12/7. Ive been on hold with FedEx for over an hour trying to find the package. Beach Camera should not make promises that items will be delivered by a certain date. Very upset. I wish I had read all the other reviews regarding shipping and not delivering on the promise date. I would not have purchased from them.Followup: My package was delivered on Sunday 12/8 after talking to FedEx to make sure it would arrive. The information on Walmarts website did say delivery by 12/5. 12/8 was three days late

I wrote a previous scathing review where I had a very bad experience. I am modifying my review based upon Beach Cameras response to my issues.When I first received a damaged 86 TV, the Customer Care representative was rather rude and unhelpful. I asked that she have her supervisor contact me which he did. He took ownership of the situation and shipped me another TV. Unfortunately, that TV also had a shattered screen. I called him back right away, and he arranged for another TV to be shipped. While it ended up taking me 3 weeks to get the TV for our conference room, I applaud Beach Camera for resolving the issue. More likely than not, the problem may not have been caused by Beach Camera, but they owned the resolution. For that, I would buy from them again.

Dont buy from Beach Camera. All of the poor ratings are true. Ordered a Monitor from Beach Camera. They took my money, gave me a delivery date and order number and then nothing. On the day before the scheduled delivery I wrote them to check the status. They said, Oh, sorry, we dont have that in stock but well let you know when we do. They had no intention of informing me and they never had the product. Buyer beware.

Placed an order for two monitors online. I had to call to check on the order as I received only the email that contained a confirmation of the order. They said they were shipping. A few days later, I received a shipping email for just one monitor. After tracking my shipment across the country, I received an email from PayPal for a total refund for both monitors. This gets them the one star.So I called and they said the order was canceled and had been refunded. I mentioned the shipment was on its way and they said nothing had been sent. This morning I got an email from FedEx saying the shipment with the one monitor was recalled. This is no way to run a business. I would have been happy to have paid for and gotten at least one monitor.

Very disappointed in Beach Camera. They sent the wrong item even though the order form clearly identified the item we wanted. I ordered an Igloo ice maker and they sent a Frigidaire which I could have purchased locally for $18 cheaper. When contacted about returning the item we were told that they did not have a return policy. Now we are stuck with an item we did not want at a price which was higher than it should be. We recommend not using this company.

My order (TV) was on back order--due to no fault of Beach Camera--for an extended period. My frustration with this situation had become more than I could handle. However, I was fortunate enough to speak with a customer representative, Goncalo, who not only helped resolve the situation but went even further by calling me back to let me know that my order was not only now in stock but was being expedited to me. Without Goncalos concern, caring and work ethic I probably would have canceled my order and moved on. Nothing speaks higher than this as far as superb customer assistance!!!

I had a VERY positive experience with Beach Camera customer service. I purchased a product through Walmart online and Beach Camera was the distributor. The product I ordered is one I have used for years. When I received the product it was a different color and consistency. I contacted Beach Camera through their website email. Within just a few minutes I received a reply email that they would be pleased to credit my account for the purchase.Its rare to have such a quick reply and I really appreciated they response and kind comments.

I ordered DJI drone and camera equipment, and will look to them for just about any electronics I need from now on. The customer service is very responsive, and they make it clear that they want you to have a great result. I did run into an issue where a piece was missing from a larger order I made, but I received it the next day without having to jump through hoops. They even beat a competitors price by a nice margin on the OSMO Mobile 2 (I called them to ask because I really do prefer to buy from Beach Camera when I can now). They are super reliable, responsive, and service is fast and efficient.

I ordered a LG OLED TV. The order process was very easy and the delivery timeline was exactly as promised. The problem was FedEx Ground. Beach Camera instructs customers who order TVs to inspect the contents of the package before signing acceptance with FedEx Ground, but FedEx told me their policies dont permit opening the box before accepting the shipment. Their drivers will not wait for an inspection and once opened, they cannot take the package back. The television was double boxed, but during transit the box was impaled and the intrusion went through both boxes. I had no way of determining if the TV had been damaged. I felt I had no option but to reject the shipment. I notified Beach Camera of the problem and they have been most cooperative. I give Beach Camera a high rating because they have done everything they promised. Once they receive the TV back, I plan on giving them another try, although Im not confident the outcome will be any different because of FedEx ground, which seems to be the weak link in their process. I would gladly pay extra for better handling.

Bought a refurbished Nikon D7200 with two lenses from Beach Cameras eBay store; the price for the bundle was the best available by far. We were about to go on vacation and wanted to take the new camera with us; the shipping estimate said it would probably arrive in 10-14 days, well after we were scheduled to leave. But it was a particularly good deal, so we took a chance and ordered anyway, and asked Beach if they could possibly speed up the handling a bit to make our vacation departure date. They replied and sent the camera out the very next day and it arrived just a couple days later - in plenty of time for vacation. Camera works great and were looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it!

Ordered an LG 49 smart TV and two other smaller, less expensive items from Walmart. Beach Camera supplied the TV, which was the only item received earlier than promised delivery date, was packed well, and is now in use. The other two items, neither of which was supplied by Beach Camera, came later than Walmart promised. In fact, one was a couple days late. Beach Camera did a great job getting this TV here and getting it here early.

Ordered a Blue Yeti Nano through Amazon that was fulfilled by Beach Camera. There was a defect on the product and, while it wasnt the fault of Beach Camera, I was pretty frustrated. Sherry Matut was the customer service rep who called me to see what the issue was and how she could help. Its one thing for a company to offer a no-hassle refund policy (which they did), but Sherry was truly a pleasant professional to deal with. She gets the credit for me walking away being impressed with Beach Camera.
