Fast Shipping - Impossible ReturnsMy order shipped immediately, but I have been calling and emailing them for a week trying to process a return. I am going to have my credit card company fight them to see if they will respond to that.Never Again!

Terrible company ! Horrible customer service.... Typical unfriendly NY and NJ customer service. I placed an order with Marine Screens and I paid for 2-3 days delivery services charges. After 4 days later I still havent received my order and I called the customer service. they old me your order cancelled They took my payment and they said order cancelled ! They said they will investigate.... They issued a ticket number and they will notify us within 24hrs to 48hrs. Just be careful. this is a scumbag company... I spend 2 days to go after the people. no billing department... no supervisor to solve the problems... one salesperson transferring the phone to the other. Just beware !

Placed my order and waited for about two weeks. Never received a shipping conformation so I call them and was told that my order was cancel by there warehouse. But they still charged my paypal account. Call them back and was given the run around. Email them and they said refund was on it way. After a couple of more days still no refund. I did get another email saying that they refunded paypal already and it was out of their hands. Well guess what paypal never received it either. Buyers be ware.

I placed the order on Monday afternoon and paid for 2 day shipping so I would receive the item before Saturday when I leave on a trip. It was processed right away and on Tuesday they told me it was just waiting to be picked up.It is now Thursday and I still dont have a tracking number. Customer service is mostly useless. They cant contact one of their many warehouses to see where the order is and they cant give any more information than what is available on the website. They can escalate your order to some where else, but they cant actually call them.Now I need to find the item locally and dispute the charge.

Marine Screens would not be given given this 1 star if zero stars were an option. Zero stars for customer service. False advertising on the website and would not make right. This place will never get my business and I hope none of yours either. I was on the phone a few time and customer service was not willing to help. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. Very disappointed enough that I am here writing now.
