It’s the first time, I drive to a dealership with no sales people around to help. We walk in the building and then one appeared. I asked to see pre-owned Lexus. This sales person didn’t care to show us the vehicles in the lot, he preferred walking into his dirty office and sit in his cushioned chair with his handy dandy laptop. This person was not sales or customer device orientated. He did however remind me about 2 or 3 times how they were going to close soon. I guess 30 minutes is not enough time for a sales person to try to ring in a customer. Maybe there was no quota to meet? How many times a day do you actually get a customer who knows exactly what they want? How many times do you get a customer that makes up their mind on a vehicle by you NOT sharing the features and benefits?Highly disappointed! Your sales person was argumentative, unhelpful, unwilling. He was more worried about the time. Because you know “it’s a holiday weekend”.

Always happy with their service department. Ive owned and been content with their service since 2009. However, this last purchase was not the best. I bought a certified NX and I never got a second key and the sales man tried selling me one at a discount price. Then I came to find out that the car I purchased had been in 2 prior accidents that were never disclosed to me... Im sure I overpaid for my purchase finding out this information. It is my fault for not researching prior but I trusted the dealership.

Recently purchased a Lexus out of town and came to service it the other day. Upon arriving without an appointment I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, three hours pass by and I spoke to one of the advisors names Cindy, asking her if there was an update on my vehicle. To my suprise she responded to me saying I was being “very impatient and rude because she was busy” and did not have the time to answer my question because she “had more important things to do”. Don’t bother coming here the advisors are very rude and I will definitely not be coming back

Friendly service. However, I waited 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. In all the years I have owned a Lexus this has never happened. The other customers all shared the same experience. I live 45 minutes away. Don’t think I would bring my car back for service.

I had a 10 AM appointment for an oil and filter change. I waited for 3 hours until my car was ready. This was the longest wait ever and I was very disappointed. Previously the service was faster and better organized. I was supposed to have a complementary car wash but skipped it because Id been so delayed. The one bright spot was Omar, my customer service rep, who discounted my bill by 10% because of the inconvenience. Why give appointments? Or at least, have the scheduler say that an oil and filter change will take all day. What an outrageous way to treat customers!

My gas tank cap(exterior body colored paint) fell off like they never put it on right. And my mirror falls off from the dryer at the carwash and its all flimsy from the glue. I know it’s a “Lexus”(Toyota) but why’s it falling apart I’m sad I like my car...

I was completely unhappy with my experience here. I recently returned my 2019 Lexus IS 350 F Sport that I leased brand new which was my first mistake. I was totally ripped off and received really mediocre service. Patricia was nice but the cars sell themselves and the sales rep’s don’t seem informed on their vehicles. My car was not even detailed when I signed and drove it off the lot. 3 months into my lease my A/C malfunctioned, and twice after that. I was without a car for about 2 months. The “luxury” customer service is disappointing and the service team does not know how to properly clean a vehicle when it is taken in for routine oil maintenance. Lexus was my dream car maker and just to find out they make good used cars.

Be prepared to wait for a check even if they sell you the wrong product or overcharge you. Even if you pay cash up front. They will not take checks, but if they mess up and owe you, expect a check. Very inconvenient.

Called to set up an appointment for a part that was ordered to be installed only to be transferred six times before someone could help me make an appointment. They were not flexible during the week and stated that after 11 they no longer take appointments. Luis in the parts department even said it was not his problem and that Lexus often just transferred calls without knowing what the customer was calling for. Very disappointed overall.

4 years ago this month, I purchased my first Lexus. I drove Mercedes most of my life. Going for maintenance on my MB was getting to be a horrible experience every time Id go. Then I fell in love with the RX 350. From the minute I walked in to just look, EVERYONE was so nice! I always look forward to my maintenance. Cynthia Ramos has been my service advisor for all this time and its as if Im meeting a friend when I go! Lexus has been over the top when taking care of my car!!! I considered going back to MB, but I dont think so!!!

Theres a car salesman that resembles Mr. Bean and he did not make our car shopping experience a good one. I told him exactly what I wanted to take a look at and he showed me the complete opposite of what I had told him. He also wasted a lot of our time by showing us his stocks....I dont know what his intentions were but I went to look at cars not get advice on which stocks to invest in! Will have to go back and give another try.

I had to leave work to down there and chew the manager which also got me now where. When I arrived she avoided me like the plague. RUDE and 0 customer service. My sales person was Jaime Mejia. I had made an appointment and given him a price range and some color preferences. When I got to the dealership hed had identified several cars that he thought I might be interested in. He spent time explaining in detail the important features of each, and one of them was exactly what I wanted. The paperwork was handled very efficiently and I went home with a beautiful new red Camaro. I couldnt have been more pleased.

The leasing process was fine. 3 years later I traded my lexus for another lease. When i tried canceling the wheel and tire warrnty because I never used it, they gave me the run around. Its been 4 months already with no answer. Paul Gomez is the only finance manager there and its hard to get a hold of him at all. Very disappointed. And still havent received my refund.

By far the worst lexus dealer experience ive ever had in my 10yrs of owning a lexus, over 3 different lexus vehicle owner.I would give 0 star if it was possible. I rate fox lexus by far rank the lowest for customer service. l’ve always went to lexus to get my car taken care of, this place i will mostly not return for any future needs.1. went in for service, waited 30min+ just to pick up my car. Ridiculous long wait..(was not walk-in, had made an appointment)2. No complimentary car wash because had after market plate mount. Gave permission to remove it and still didnt. Never had issue with this from any other lexus dealers.3. Service cost is outrageous when compared to other dealers/shops. Also the dealer does not use OEM parts when getting serviced.

Had a 230pm appointment brought my car in at 2 they didnt finish with my car till 5pm... for an oil change and tire rotation... way to long in my opinion

My young soldier brought his Lexus here on Dec 21th the day before he was scheduled to drive home to California for a transmission issue. The Service Rep stated he needed a new (or used) transmission so he left it during his Christmas Leave. The service Rep was terrible at communicating. Him and my soldier played phone tag for a few days. It took for my husband to get involved for the service department to finally order my son’s transmission which was 10 days after they diagnosed it. My soldier, flew back early to get a loaner vehicle and upon arrival he was denied because he wasn’t 21 yrs old. We are very understanding people but this service department needs to do better! They failed to communicate well. When we inquired about a loaner vehicle they failed to notify us of the criteria for a vehicle. So disappointed in their lack of customer service. My son’s vehicle won’t be ready till Jan 8th if he’s lucky, that will be about 19 days in the shop. My soldier is without a vehicle and upon return he’s preparing for deployment. It’s sad that this his how the local businesses treat their military.
