I felt like the doctor and the staff were very kind and receptive to my needs. I feel they have up to date technology that gives an accurate assessment of eye health. I only gave it a 4 star due to the overall cost of the frames, and lenses. A lot of companies include a 1 year without a deposit, they do not.

From the front reception area to the initial back room preparation then meeting with the Dr. and lastly the lens selection area never have I received such an awesome customer service experience. I went to Eyeland Vision for the first time and absolutely loved this place. I’ve never had such a thorough eye exam. The optometrist explained exactly what she was looking for in each image of my eye. She saw some problem areas with my scans and discussed it thoroughly with me! Super nice doctor and staff!

The staff is professional and efficient. Waiting time is minimal. Doctor Phan is thorough and precise. She took her time and explained all of the procedures. Doctor Phan also inquired about my daily activities in order to better assess my vision needs. I would recommend this Optometrist and her staff to my friends and family.

The doctor is friendly, and did my exam very well. However they absolutely refused to let me refuse to do the optical imaging which is 30 dollars extra. I have always been able to refuse it anywhere else. When I called they didnt say they required it even though insurance doesnt pay for it. One hour before my appointment I received a text message that said it would be performed but not that it was required to see their doctor at all. I wasnt told it was pay or leave the appointment until I was at the desk checking in. They also refused to measure my PD so I could order online. Im not ever going back.

Everyone in the office is very kind and friendly as well as all the Eye Doctors. I have been going there with my daughters for a few years now and we always have an excellent experience.

Upon arrival they took my temperature in the car, checked my name and took my ID/Insurance Card back for confirmation. Once that was figured out I was told to come inside and wait to be seen. The staff was super friendly and very mindful of COVID friendly protocols. Once taken back, I was issued to wash my hands and they even set a 15 minute timer to make sure none of their technicians were exposed longer than needed. Overall very easy, quick appointment. Felt very clean, safe, and I got the exact care I needed- just an eye exam. Definitely will recommend to others and will go back if ever needed.

This was my first official optometry appt, so I was a bit nervous, but everyone from the front desk to the assistant and then the doctor was amazing! Our appointment was at 830 for 2 kids. We were talking into a room in no more than 5 min! The staff tag teamed my kids to get all the pre tests done quickly. Dr came in right after everything was done. She was very thorough in questioning kids and explaining what images were showing. She was her with the kids; five me for forgetting her name. Then Jessica saw the kids after to pick frames! She was super knowledgeable about insurance and she made great suggestions for the kids to help them quickly pick awesome frames. So glad we changed Drs!

Dr Kim is awesome...knowledgeable, attentive and extremely personable.Staff friendly but the lady who took my tear sample was somewhat brusque and actually poked me in the eye...also she had a trainee whom she did not introduce and she treated me like a demo subject not a patient. Other than that, very enjoyable experience.

By far the rudest people running a business I have ever come in contact with. I called to schedule an appointment and Amber got quite the attitude with me when I question a fee they were requesting. Customers have the right to question things such as this... Told me to go else where just for questioning her, thats fine.. there are plenty of options. But, people should be aware of this type of service.She hung up on me twice, refused to get me in contact with the owners. Definitely needs a better management staff at this place. Questions are okay when it comes to peoples money, not everyone has to agree with you, honey.

Attempted to schedule an appointment here previously (about a year ago). The time came for my my annual exam and I decided to give them another chance, as they are conveniently a few feet away from my office. Best decision ever! Their health/safety precautions are top notch, and their customer service is exemplary!

I have Keratoconus, an eye defect that impacts the shape of the cornea and the way light gets refracted by my eyes. The staff was excellent they knew about this condition and what to look for. They were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Dr. Holt was awesome he explained my options and listened to what I had to say. He also made recommendations and offered options that were in my best interests not just to tell me one course of action, charge me and move on to the next person. For exceptional service and quality staff I highly recommend Eyeland Vision.

They used to provide good service. Not sure what happened. Ordered glasses in December 22nd and now going toward mid January and still no glasses. We didnt even get follow up calls. After I called to follow up was told that they would get sent out on the 15th. Had to cancel Gave one start due to horrible customer service.

Dr. Phuong Nguyen and all her staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr answered all of my questions I had on myself and my daughter. From check in to check out, very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking. Best part is they accept Tricare as well! And with everything going on right now, virus wise, they did an awesome job to make sure everything was clean and tidy and everyone was safe.The only complaint would be the young lady who helped me prior to Dr. entering room. I believe her name is Ashley. She was not pleasant nor friendly with myself or even her coworkers from what I encountered. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she was no where as friendly and helpful as the rest of the staff. There always has to be one right lolAnyways thank you Dr and Staff. Dr Holt is great! However Amber is a horrible office manager, for one she stated I did not want to pay for my glasses which I actually forked out 400.00 for them. I paid for high index lenses yes my prescription is high but it’s just odd to me that my polycarbon lenses aren’t even nowhere near as thick as these high index lenses I just received. Amber stated that my prescription changed drastically that’s why they are so thick, but I can see fine with my glasses that I’m having to use because the glasses I purchased at Eyeland vision aren’t correct, I see blurry and They gave me a really bad headache. I’ve been wearing glasses for many many many years. I know when my glasses Don’t have the correct prescription. Amber stated they cannot give me a refund, all she can offer is for me to pay an extra 100.00 to have my lenses done with high index (which I had already paid for high index).. I’m still waiting for a call back! And never again will I return!

This is probably the nicest and most efficient eye care center I have been to. They have a fantastic system in place in terms of covid. Everyone is in masks, mandatory washing of hands, you are able to complete all your forms online prior to your visit (I literally waited in my car for 3 mins while they processed my ID/insurance - SUPER QUICK), plus they have a website that lets you try on frames (virtually) prior to arriving and they will even have frames waiting for you to try on (the ones they have in stock or similar products). The staff was very polite and professional. I will continue to make the 45 min commute to see them. Great job and please keep these practices in place even after Covid. Again, super efficient, clean, just amazing overall.

Beware!!!!! I used to really like this place until they started up selling for everything and charging you for things you didnt want. Theres an extra $29 fee for a retina exam that you cannot refuse or thats what they tell you. Also they tried to charge me for it to measure my tears which I did not request and try to charge me at the end. Like I said I used to like this place cuz it wasnt like that before so it looks like it might be hard up for money so theyre just trying to make up for it now if you do go there the girls there are professional and polite to get your glasses but I wouldnt recommend checking your eyes there as they try to upsell and push new items on you even recommendations for a $200 eye drops. All I wanted was my exam covered by my insurance for $10 and to get a new pair of glasses but I will not be going back there.

The best eye doctor and staff in El Paso. They take Tricare which is a huge win! From the initial call to see if they accepted Tricare, are accepting new patients and setting up the appointments they were awesome. When we arrived we were greeted by an awesome lady who had a smile even under the mask. We had a great experience overall. Wonderful experience! Dr. Holt is very kind and knowledgeable. He took photos of my retina, showed me the pictures and explained his findings. I was seen promptly and treated like a VIP. The staff helped me select two pairs of very stylish Oakley sunglasses and Ray Ban transition lenses for everyday use. It took about 2 hours for me to try on different pairs. The ladies gave me their opinions and were incredibly patient. Mo and Rachel found the perfect frames to meet my needs and Jessica itemized the cost and made sure I got the best deal. I will be back next year for my annual eye exam. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Service is phenomenal and the selection of frames is diverse and totally en vogue!

Beware Military: I scheduled my apt two weeks in advance and they still have not verified my insurance, I called a few days out because I received a text asking for confirmation and saying that they were going to also tack on a additional charge of 29$ for this optom retinal test. For anyone who has Tricare beware, go somewhere else that will not make you do this test. Needless to say, I cancelled because I shouldnt be made to do something that isnt even covered by my insurance. I will pay my copay any day, but will not entertain extra charges for services I dont agree with. Updated due to response 10/17/20:Sure, you have a updated way to do this instead of the old way of testing for medical issues in the eyes unforseen. Great, that is awesome, but you stated that people are made aware prior to check in of the additional cost, mmmm, lets make people aware during the scheduling of the apt. You did well at playing professional but catty at the same time talking about I hope you find the medical care you feel you deserve. No need to apologise, I can feel your attempt to make your business look good but your doing poorly at it with the responseI hope you find the clientelle you deserve there, there is my catty response.

The entire staff is rude. I’ve called every other day and am on hold for minutes at a time. The other day one staff member answered me and told me she would call me back but never did. I guess they are too good for my money.

The staff is only nice to you when they think you’re going to drop $240 for glasses, $130 for the exam and another $300 something for contacts. They blindside you with charges and don’t go over anything with you and as soon as you don’t want to spend all that in one day they get rude
