I wouldnt normally respond to Robert Linds post. However, theres 2 sides to a story and his is strange. Our warranty,like most all repair shops offer a warranty that covers warranty repairs on work done as long as the repairs are made at our shop. I made multiple attempts to have his vehicle brought to our shop so that we could fix the issue (I have no idea if it was even a warranty issue) and he refused my help. I have no idea how you can complain about a business not trying to fix a problem when you wont allow them to help. Shame on me. From the start on the phone he complained about every shop that had ever done work for him. That should have been my first clue.

Waited two weeks to get the work done, the owner/manager Chad was very rude and disrespectful. Then the bolts backed out two weeks later. I was out of town, but travel through Ellensburg frequently. Attempting to get warranty work done through them now and finding this to be a very difficult business to deal with. As of now Would not recommend, will update if things change.

Fixed my moms car when I was away and was thankful there was someone there to help her out.

Chad is a very professional mechanic that is very busy and so keeps his conversations short, sweet, and to the point. He has been very flexible and understanding of the job I was asking him to do. Greatly appreciate his help with the mechanical repairs needed to my Audi. AMI is a great company to go with.

I have had lots of work done here, including an engine and transmission installed in a previous vehicle I had. They do great work. Just yesterday I called at 8am to see if they could put a starter in my Jeep. They are always busy and its tough to get something done same day, but they were done with it by 2pm. Chad is great to deal with and very helpful. Ive called him up many times just for advice. Best place in town that I know.

This company is a joke. Or at least the receptionist is. Ive never dealt with such an UNPROFESSIONAL person in my life. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone because of his mouth and attitude. I cant say much about the mechanics because they fixed my car and for that I am happy but the counter guy needs anger management classes and SHOULD NOT work with the public. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...VERY!!!

Temperature light came on and radiator appeared to be leaking. Dropped it off, they ran it, tested it, and drove it but couldnt find anything wrong. No charge. No problems since. Cant beat that

Was the poorest display of food I have seen for a Golden Corral.

Chads very knowledgeable and gets the job done.

Will never deal with this shop again. I dont think they are technical, or business wise to be in business.
