All the furniture in my home is Lawrance. I know Rocky from delivery well. Two of his movers took an old TV I wanted moved, down two flights and I gave it to them to donate as appropriate, as well as a flat screen TV. They are the best: honesty, integrity, skill. The whole outfit is top notch!!!

Great experience. Went in with questions and wanting a nice recliner. After trying many of them and getting helpful information, I ordered something different than I started out wanting but knowing that this is the right choice.

We had a great experience at Lawrence Furniture buying a couch for our new home. We had been searching for weeks, then we walked into Lawrence and knew we had found the place. Ben helped us through the whole process! He was wonderful -- informative, knowledgable and not pushy in the slightest. He allowed us to browse and test out every couch, checking in sporadically when he had something useful to share. When we found the one we wanted, he advised us on color swatches, promptly got all paperwork done - checking everything twice - and we were done! Now we wait for our new couch! We bought a large leather sectional with a chair and ottoman. The furniture is of exceptional quality and comfort. Pam, who worked with us, came to our home and did a measurement and room plan. The furniture fit perfectly! The furniture is pricey but well worth it.

I am editing my review after the owner Joel has been in contact with me doing whatever it takes to make this order right . do not hesitate to shop with this company as they truly care about the customer and Im very impressed with how he is going out of his way to make sure that I am happy and every one of the problems have been resolved . I purchased 4 new mattresses at over $15,000. I was told two to three weeks until delivery . its almost five weeks and I still have received nothing . every time I try to call and get some help I get no answers . I get no service . I have been treated very unfairly by this company, and I have spent so much money . I would never shop here again .

Many of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly but Cecilia in particular exceeded our expectations in regard to finding the perfect pieces. We prefer contemporary designs and were surprised to find that most American furniture stores seem to cater only to the taste of our grandparents.
