We hired them to do a master bathroom and kitchen remodel. Walked off the job after we paid 70% of the contract. Barely 25% of the work has been done (and thats being generous). Permits were not pulled and none of the work is done to code so the work that was done needs to be redone. The electric is totally unsafe and a fire hazard, the plumbing is dumping raw sewage into our garage. As an aside, since proper permits werent pulled, the home insurance wont cover any damages.The wrong bathroom was demo-ed and we were promised that it would be refinished for us as a courtesy. This free bathroom was not refinished to code, took 3+ months and was only usable because we gave up and finished the work ourselves. For the work that was done, it is so shoddy it needs to be redone.Workers were constantly calling us that the owner wasnt paying them and demanding money from us. The guys who did demolition and the electrician threatened us. We have increased motion detectors and cameras in the house and have instructed the alarm company to send the police as soon as the alarm goes off and not call us because we live in fear.Workers were highly unprofessional leaving the job site a mess. They trashed the house leaving behind food containers and personal waste, they damaged new floors, and generally treated the house like they didnt care.In areas that were NOT being remodeled, they left huge holes in the ceiling and walls, and left live high voltage electrical wires exposed.In addition, Frank (Faruk) Yildirim suggested we pay him for materials and hed get them cheaper for us. He took the money and never delivered materials including a tub and hardwood floors. He and Bauka (Baurjan Byerdkhan) constantly lied to us about delivery of materials and work. In fact, we just found out that he charged us twice what it was going to cost him to purchase our tub (we went to the store directly and they gave us the quote they gave him which was half of what we paid him).He walked off the job claiming hes bankrupt but there is no bankruptcy filing in his names, and he has a new website called Same Day Kitchens and also goes by Beltway Cabinets.When hiring him, we asked about some of the bad online reviews and he told us that competitors were posting fake reviews. They are not fake--they are all REAL! We had the same experience as every negative review you see.Call MHIC and the Better Business Bureau and youll see what I mean.You dont have to take my word for it, look at the pictures of how my house is left.
