Store was bright and cheery. Didnt seem to have as much as they usually do. The bath area was gone and they dont let the child push the pedal to stuff the animal...or at least they didnt offer. We still had a good time. Sad to hear that masks are required for employees though. It was hard to hear/understand the employee, but she was very sweet.

They were so nice and helpful and even though Im older than the usual clientele, we got to do the heart ceremony and I got a birthday crown :)Very safe, clean, and fun for all ages still

This place is great. My kids love it. The prices for the merchandise are affordable and the products are nice. The staff is always nice, kind, and courteous.The stuffing machine was broken the day we bought the animals for my daughter. They had to hand-stuff everything that day. The store told us to come back once the machine was fixed and they would restuff them. They kindly restuffed the animals when we came back.Thanks!!

This is my FAVORITE Build-a-Bear in the area! MUCH better employee service than at Potomac Mills & in my opinion it’s easier to park at Fair Oaks and walk to BAB compared to National Harbor or Tysons.Employers are ALWAYS helpful & are always willing to do the whole heart ceremony for me as an adult! Potomac Mills employee avoided it with me :(

This location is wide open with a plentiful selection. The staff is very helpful and they keep this place clean and well stocked.

I like this location. Its spacious, plenty of product and the employees make it a fun experience. Its also clean and organized. There are often promotions to take advantage of but its important to set a budget for your kids before heading in as there are plenty of extras to choose from. We saw all ages enjoying the experience!

I took my 2 yr old here as a special treat for his birthday. They had a great selection and guided us through the process kindly and not rushed at all. Thank you to every single person there today. We had a great time!

Still fun, they didnt have what I was looking for but did tell me when to check back with them. The variety of stuffies is nothing new. Im sure is due to COVID.

We go to this build a bear every year for our daughters birthday. The staff make it a fun and enjoyable occasion each time. The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly. I also think the company is great for offering the pay your age birthday bear.If you enter the mall between cheesecake factory and brio youll find its an easy walk to get to BaB. I would very much recommend.

How y’all gonna have a 5$ event on Inauguration Day. This review is kind of a joke but still frustrating lol

Its 11:37 on Sunday morning. The sign says they open at 11, but the gate is down, lights are off, and you can hear the phone just ring and ring when you call. Literally no one is inside and theres no indication of why its closed. Lots of disappointed kids outside.

Awesome store with stuff your own bears. You can buy clothes and shoes for your bear. They have an offer for children under 14 to pay their age for a bear called the birthday treat bear during their birthday month (regularly $14). Their latest release is a lifestyle brand called Kabu which has 3 plushes, a book, lip gloss a pouch, clothes and shoes for each plush, squishy toys, and child size leggings (coming soon).

No crowd so service was good. Pretty expensive. $72 fo a bear and a couple outfits. But the girls had fun.

Kids had so much fun seeing and experiencing how their bears were made.
