They came to fix my washer. It is fixed and it works. However they quoted me one price then charged me over $100 more than the quote. I personally think that is bad business. I could have bought a new machine for what they charged me for the repair. $369.. RUN

Great reliable and friendly service!!!! My refrigerator died the morning after Ida passed through and the friendly receptionist at All American got me an appointment the next day. Doug the technician was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to immediately identify the problem and replace the motherboard which had died. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Stay away from this place!! They charge exorbitant prices for parts $175 for a $50 OEM part. And top of it the receptionist who answers the call is very RUDE!

Thermador igniter blew and oven stopped working. Called on a Friday and got Monday appointment. Bert worked quickly and got the part in by Tuesday and returned to install that day. Overall good experience, would use them again.

I have used all American appliance for over 20 years. Their technician, Bert, is by far, the most intelligent person I have ever dealt with. Bert has fixed numerous appliances in my house, always correctly, the first time. Bert listens, and can figure any appliance out. He is on time, and meticulous!!! All American has taken my calls seriously and timely. I would give Bert a million stars!!!!

Called them to come out to repair a fairly new microwave. The employee was at our house for 10 minutes tops and informed us we needed another new microwave. They charged us $125 for this. I understand and respect everyone is in business to make money, but this instance was completely unacceptable. They’ve lost any future business from me

I called All American Appliance because I have used them in the past, 7 years ago, and was very happy with their prompt and excellent service. So, when I needed work on my clothes dryer, I called and was shocked to find a Completely Rude person, named Darla, who on Monday at 8:00, offered me an appointment on Fri between 3;00 and 5;00. When I said I was shocked at how long the wait was, she said Well I guess that is the cost of growing our business and when I hesitated to take the appointment, she very rudely said well, are you going to take it or leave it, because I have 2 other people on the line who want it, and then you can wait until next week! This company has apparently been consolidated and is now run by someone in Florida who is doing a Horrible Job! This is no longer a local company.

My refrigerator completely stopped working around 3 pm. I noticed the ice cream had melted but the frozen foods had not yet defrosted. I immediately call All American Appliance. I have used them for all of my Bosch appliances that are out of warranty. They sent Wayne over that evening so he could assess the problem and identify the part he needed to fix it. Early the next day Wayne appeared. He replaced the part and the refrigerator was up and running. I have always called All American Appliance Service and will continue to use them in the future.

All American is the only appliance repair shop I will ever use. Time and again, their star repairman, Burt, has diagnosed our appliance issues accurately. He always presents a well thought out analysis explaining the problem and the costs associated with fixing the appliance or replacing the old appliance with a new one. Most recently, he fixed our GE Profile refrigerator, saving us thousands of dollars on a new one. He also cleaned our clothes dryer and fixed a leaky washing machine connection. TY, Burt and the entire All American family for 26 years of trusted repair work on our home appliances!

Always very impressed with Burt’s work. He’s thorough and efficient and also very pleasant to work with!

I use All American all the time for my residence and my several rental properties. I started using them over 30 years ago as a young bride when they sold appliances. They have always been reliable, quick to respond, honest, polite, and affordable. I recommend them without reservation.

Called this morning, quoted me time between 12 and 4 this afternoon.Kevin arrived at noon, diagnosed the problem quickly and offered the possible solutions and is following up himself with pricing for the possible solutions for my 15 year old oven.He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. If Kevin is an example of their workmanship this is a great company from what Ive seen so far. I would definitely call them again if needed.

I have a Sub-Zero refrigerator and had an authorized Sub-Zero tech come out only to tell me that I would need a rebuild that they couldn’t guarantee for $2000. And then I called All American and got a second quote. They showed me that my refrigerator simply had a bad motor, replaced it and for $400 for a new motor and all labor (very fair) my Sub-Zero was functioning perfectly again.I was very happy with the service and price. The technician was punctual and completed the job in a timely fashion.I mentioned this to a friend of mine who said he uses All American for three of his properties and recommend them to everyone as well.I’m very surprised to see negative reviews but I’m sharing my experience. Hope this helps.

I knew problem was heater for dishwasher. I gave c/s brand, I asked if she wanted the model #. She said no tech would see when he came, a $135. Charge. The problem was heater, $450. He quoted. c/s could have told me the cost, but no, he came and of course I wasnt going to have it repaired, I would buy a new one, $750. TotalNow the company made $135. For nothing.

We can always count on Burt to get to us quickly and resolve whatever issues we’re having with our refrigerator or stove.

I had called All American for service on a washer, a dryer and a refrigerator. The men arrived on time, they were polite, personable, and very pleasant to deal with. They quickly checked out the issues I was concerned with, and even gave me a recommendation of make and model to replace the washer. By the way, All American does NOT sell appliances, so they had no gain on the recommendation.They also (without asking) began to defrost the freezer of my frig, indicating that was the only issue. In other words, they didnt try to sell me un-needed repairs. This was a big help to me because the refrigerator was very clogged with ice. They dealt with all that so that I didnt have to mop my basement floor all night. They even stopped by the next day to check on the defrosting process so they could lubricate the freezer drawers runner, at no charge.I couldnt be happier. I will always call ALL AMERICAN APPLIANCE!

After a service call on November 11 to repair our Wolf range we were told that a part needed to be ordered. We checked 2 weeks later and were told it hadnt yet arrived and they would call when it came in. With Christmas approaching and the need to have our range repaired we called 3 times yesterday and were promised return calls each time. So far that has t happened so I guess well need to rely on the microwave!!What. What a disgraceful way to do business.Merry Christmas indeed!

They are very rude. Was to show between 3-5 at 4:45 I called they told me he always showes up they did not offer to call the tech. The tech called me at 6:15 said he could be there in 15min he got there at 6:45I told the tech to call me, because this is my tenants space. I wanted him to explain to me what was wrong. He never called me. The next day he called for payment. I received another call from the office to call them right away with payment. They were unprofessional and rude. Im sure you can find a better company to deal with.

All American gave me a 4 hour window for a repair. I left work early and have been home all afternoon on a beautiful day waiting for them. 35 minutes before the end of the 4 hour window, I just got a call that the technician wont be here for at least another 45 minutes. All American was totally disrespectful of my time and I will never use them again.

I have never been so frustrated before with a simple service call. On 02/02/2017 I called and made an appointment I was given a service time between 1 and 5.I came back from work at 12:30 to make sure I was there for the appointment. Around 3 oclock I called to confirm that someone was coming. I was told the person would call me before he came.Around 4:15 no one had come so I called again. I was told that someone from the office would call me back to give me an ETA. No one called.I called again at 5 and the office was closed. I was home for the rest of the night and was angry that no one came and that I had wasted my entire day.On 02/03/2017 I called again and spoke to Meleanie on the phone. I explained what happend and she said her driver had come and no one was home.That was a lie so I asked if she could reschedule me again for the same day. She just said no. I then asked her what time the driver came. She said she I dont know.I asked her why no one from her office called me. She said I dont know. I asked her why her driver never called me. She said I dont know.I then asked her whom from her office I spoke to and she got very upset and started yelling at me. Saying that she could rescheule me etc. I said I wanted the names of the manager and she said she was the manager and the owners live out of town.I told her it was crazy that she had no info for me, and that she was going to rescheule me for the next day. She then said she was going to send someone today (very rudely). I asked her for an email confirmation ... she said she cant give me one.I then said I was going to leave a bad review and she said then she wasnt going to help me and send someone.I also ran back the camera system of my house and no one came ... she was lieing. I was home all day and I have a dog who barks at every car. I even left the front door open .. no one came.CRAZY PEOPLE!BEWARE.IF THE OWNERS READ THIS. TALK TO YOUR MANAGER. SHE IS LOSING YOU BUSINESS AND IS LIEING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
