We had a great experience with our appliance delivery and installation. David was very knowledgeable and friendly and Chris was also helpful and friendly. It was a bit of a difficult installation because the old double oven was hard to remove and a slightly bigger hole had to be cut to fit the new oven. Each time we ran into a snag, David had the knowledge and the right tool to do the job. We are very happy with the installation. Thanks!

Custom Distributors is a great company. When the appliances were delivered the great team of Dave and Chris did a fantastic job They were fast courteous. Even when it was difficult removing the old dishwasher it did not bother them.

This is my first ever negative review for the record as I typically do not feel it necessary to bash on a company. I would look at the last few 1 star reviews and assume that they too are accurate. We came to this place of business with a designer. We based our entire kitchen design off a refrigerator with water dispenser. We were told we could get this no problem. When it was installed we discovered it didn’t have water. The specs to us never read as not having water. Cindy the floor manager has been slow to respond... multiple business days. Then today she sent an email with a completely fabricated story about the day we met with her on the floor. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off knowing exactly what you are getting and ordering from a Best Buy or Lowe’s. I have never had an experience with a company like this where they have zero accountability. Other companies set themselves apart by helping to fix the problems they are associated with. Again, do NOT recommend. Not a person to write negative review. This one is highly warranted.

Don’t waste your time. We were recommended to go to this place by our interior designer. We were looking for a custom solution to our custom built kitchen. We were dealing with the “showroom manager” Cindy. She sold us an appliance that did not meet the specific requirements we asked for. She told us that the applied met everything we asked for. Our entire kitchen was built around this appliance. Once notified about this mistake Cindy hemmed and hawed, made up excuses and eventually flat out lied about what she did. No solution was offered for us other than go buy new appliances. Do not waste your time.

I use to work here. All they do is complain and cry! One of thee most unorganized place I ever worked. I can see them shutting their doors in a few years. This place is a dead end job. Im happy I dont work here anymore, dont have to worry about my back hurting anymore or hearing these guys complain & complain & complain all day long about work. Thats negative energy. These colonizers than gave my number to the police, these mfs sick mentally... People energy be so bad. You mfs so sad & pathetic...

I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for your appliance needs. I placed an order in July for a remodel that I was doing. In October, I received a partial order and set up install. The day the install was to take place they called to cancel with no alternative suggested. As a result I was forced to throw out $500 dollars worth of food because I had to close on my house the very next day. A week later install was set up a second time. Upon install they damaged my custom refrigerator panels. On November 10 a second install was scheduled for my ice maker. It arrived damaged and had to be sent back. I was told that it would be at least 12 weeks to receive a new one or they could fix what was broken. Again, no effort to correct the problem,I would just have to go back to the bottom of the list as if I was ordering for the first time again. Now December 1, I have received a call to say my refrigerator drawers are being shipped and should be received in approximately 3 weeks but they are booked on installs until January 20!! I inquired about the ice maker and it was apparently not noted on my orders. I guess I will have to wait until January 20 to receive my damaged #repaired ice maker.Things can happen, but not to this extent and if they do the company should be working with the customer to help rectify these problems in an expedited manner. Custom Distributors is not a company that does that apparently! They don’t care how many problems you have had, you just have to wait again!!Look elsewhere I’m sure you will receive much better customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Days to return emails. Phone calls, forget it. I spent over $10,000 dollars in June. Two weeks after the promised delivery date I had to call them after my email was not returned to find out when my stuff was coming. Still waiting for a piece of trim they failed to send me. After much headache they told me the trim was in. I drove 30 minutes to pick it up, they ordered the trim for my oven. Not the trim for my microwave. Today 12/10, they tell me to find the part myself and they will not pay for it. I was charged a $75 uncrating fee. Nothing was uncrated. No idea how this place stays in business.

I had a wonderful experience. They were so knowledgeable in the products that I was looking at which made my trip that much wonderful. I really appreciated the time that was given me and they took their time and did not rush me. They answered all of my questions. I would recommend Custom Distributors to anyone.

They carry the best selection in town. My wife and I were in need of a refrigerator and a matching freezer for our garage. The staff at Custom Distributors went above a beyond the norm to help us find the best solution for our needs.The delivery was on time and the delivery staff was courteous and polite. They made sure we were satisfied before they left. In this day and age, attention to detail and great customer service is rare. Custom Distributors showed us that they excel in both. Really big place with loads of models on display. I really loved seeing things out of box and set up, it was easy for us to compare different brands. We bought whole kitchen appliance package. This place is definitely costly as compared to other like best buy, but amount of models on display to compare, staffs friendliness and knowledge was worth little extra money.

Stuffy. I did not like the atmosphere. Did not feel that the sales people took interest. Maybe I wasnt dressed up to the part to spend the money I have.

I didn’t buy from this company but was in a very bad accident that a woman caused. They witnessed the accident, made sure I was alright and located the lady who caused the accident and called police. They spent their time filling out police reports for me. Had it not been for the three delivery men it would have been a hit and run and nobody else around that saw what happened stayed or even checked to see if I was alive. I’m so thankful to this companies drivers!!!! They were nothing but blessings in the right place at the right time. I wish I got their names but they’re going to stay in my prayers and gratitude. Thank you three so much!

We looked at all four of our kitchen appliances here at this place. We got extremely good help with a man that came down from Columbus. They gave us good prices and now all we have to do is get back with him to buy or appliances from them. That is coming soon.

I cant say enough good things about Custom Distributors. Weve built two homes and used Custom Distributors both times. The process was as simple as it gets and the people were even better. We went back and forth selecting what would be best for our house and they were patient and accomodating no matter the changes we made! Also, we had the chance to work with Chef Kathy after installation to learn about the appliances, which was fantastic. She taught us all of the hidden (and not so hidden) tricks of our new appliances.If we ever build again, well be sure to go through Custom Distributors!

I have never been treated so poorly by a company that I spent thousands of dollars with. We renovated our home and bought everything from Brian at Custom Distributors, per our contractors request. Our cooktop stove came cracked and is on backorder until August 7th. They have never come to get the cracked one and it is still sitting in our garage and will not do anything about us not having a stove. Very disappointed in their service. I would definitely go somewhere else.

I have been doing business with Custom Distributors for over 3 years and they are fantastic, professional and helpful in every way! They carry the best selection of appliances. I dont want to buy my appliances from some big box store. I love the way Im treated at Custom Distributors. They are knowledgeable and never pushy. Heres the best part...they have beautiful kitchen displays for their appliances so you can really see what they look like in a kitchen as nice as yours before you buy. Wolf, Sub Zero, Bosch, Kitchenaid, GE, Thermador...theyve got them all and you wont pay more for their genuinely friendly customer service, selection and follow up. If youre going to buy appliances in Cincinnati, Dayton and Tampa you NEED to go to Custom Distributors BEFORE you BUY! You can thank me later!

From their expansive showroom to their in-house expertise to their selection of appliances to their delivery and installation, these folks give you that white glove treatment at ultra competitive prices. If you value your time, why waste hours going to different stores to see the products, comparing prices on the internet and hoping your purchases work out? My wife and I have benefited from what CD has to offer for the better part of 20 years. In addition, many of our friends and colleagues over the years have asked us, and thanked us, for the referral. No reason to go anywhere else for major appliances.

Went in at 2 pm on a Monday. The place was dead except for one other couple. Experienced extremely rude and snobby sales staff, to the point where you are like is this really happening? Their prices were not impressive either. Im not sure why anybody would shop at Custom Distributors.

I purchased $10K worth of appliances from this place in early July. I still do not have a properly operating Thermador range and it is now mid October. I would never recommend this place. So disappointed. I should have just gone to Home Depot and saved a lot of money and aggravation...not to mention a set of cookware that is now ruined.

I built a new home and my builder sent me to Custom Distributors. The good: wide selection of appliances on display so you can go around. I worked with the first sales rep but over two weeks later I hadnt received my quote. I reached out to them and they assigned a different rep (not sure if my original quit or was fired).The cons: while they can get whatever you ask for (i.e. I wanted BlueStar for a cooktop) they are limited in options. The hoods I ended up settling for were due to the lack of options they had. Now that Ive been using them for about a month, theyre pretty weak. Unfortunately they dont do any sort of exchange option so Im stuck with selling my current hoods online and just buying replacements (my loss, someone elses gain). Ill take part blame there, I should have just refused the hoods overall and purchased my own out of pocket but I gambled theyd be good enough. I am annoyed but how much I spent on the hoods since they dont do a good job.Price wise, I felt they were slightly higher than other places. But again, I was limited to this place by my builder so theres that (probably should have gone with Keidel or something). My budget was also kind of limited (under $20K for everything) so Ill give a little leeway to them there product wise.So overall a solid 3. Nothing fantastic and kind of limited in regards to appliances/choices and standing by what they sell, but it could be worse and the new rep was good about getting back to me in a timely fashion. This is the 2nd kitchen Ive done in the past 5 years. I think the next time I need to outfit Id probably look elsewhere.
