I am a happy customer for Ren-A-Center...I got all I needed today walked out doin the Happy Dance....no more searching, driving, gueusstamating and confusion. Thanks to outstanding performance from Roman and Daisy...their professionalism, integrity, knowledge, customer service is the best I couldnt of asked for anyother thank you so much. Roman had me sold from his oustanding showmenship, his friendliness, and understanding of what I needed thanks to you Roman. Daisys professionalism proved me her knowledge, to help me better understanding of my purchases..I am thankful for all their help. I will always come back for more.

This location makes it bad for all others. I rented a recliner and decided it wasn’t what I wanted. They promised to pick up before Christmas and NEVER SHOWED or CALLED. Then they had the nerve to charge me. After calling and setting up a second pick up, the same thing no show and no call so the third arrangement was made via Carlos, Nancy and management for 01/27 pick up which happens to be my birthday and yet again NO CAll NO SHOW. So this morning I call with promises of solutions and told I will get a call back. What’s worse I had to explain who I was and the entire situation all over again as if CARLOS never even remembered the situation. Don’t waste your time or money at this location if you must use Rentacenter. If at all possible rent to own from another company with a better track record and better customer services. Aaron’s and Cort are always willing to work with ex-rent-a-center customers!!!

Management is terrible. Poor customer service. Very uncaring workers. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Worst services ever not worth coming here dont go there...

My husband went there today and got us a washer and dryer that was suppose be delivered between 4 and 6pm. Well its almost 9pm and we have not heard a thing from anyone. Why cant the delivery men have numbers we can call and see whats going on with our things. Its not right to have your customers wait around without any word on whats going on. Very disappointed with the way things are run.
