Very high rates and prices on used cars. Even with troubled credit you are better off to look somewhere else instead of paying 4 or 5 times the cars value.

It seems to me that this place is a great way to find used vehicles that are in great condition and fairly priced. Besides this, Nick and the other team members are wonderful. Me and my boyfriend went in there together after he had went in there initially without me and had a horrible experience with the gentleman. Now he has very good credit and they try to pull fast one on him and tell him he needed 5000 down on a Vehicle that cost $20k. He was shocked by this, Given had already been approved for brand new 2021 for 5000 down at another lot that he can understand. I went in there a year ago to get my car from a different location I had an amazing experience but when I talk to him after speaking on the phone with Emma I got him to go back in and then we went in and we was able to work with Emma she was amazing she was so patient because he’s very stubborn and picky and let him test drive the cars that he wanted to as me and her sat there and went back-and-forth about the options until we found the car that he wanted with the down payment that was more than fair. If it had not been for Emma we would have not gone back so anybody who wants to go in I would ask for Emma not only will she take care of you but she will make sure that you’re comfortable and she will do everything in her power to make sure that you will get a vehicle that makes you happy with a down payment that you were comfortable with he had good credit that gentleman we had before had no care all he wanted was a sale. Emma was more concerned about making sure we were happy before the sale could be made. I will be referring her only because she does put the customer first.

I am currently dealing with a 2014 Ford Escape I just bought less than two weeks ago from this dealership. My repair shop showed me the underneath part of my car and it is completely rusted. Looks like the car has been in a flood. There is already leaking parts and ongoing issues. Definitely would not recommend. As a women buying a car for the first time, it’s disgusting that money is more important than helping someone get a fair deal in the middle of a pandemic.

This place is terrible once the car is sold to you they could care less if anything happens to the vehicle, my engine blew 6 months after having the car and when contacting them about it they could care less I reached out to them and none of them to care but today I went in there and Emma was awesome she pulled up my car fax and gave me answers. Very excited with my experience at DriveTime we got up there and they didnt leave us standing around waiting Nick Himns approached us asking if there was anything we were pacifically looking for I showed him a few cars that I was looking at on the light he ask me if I like to test drive them I said yes after a little while of test-driving and talk to him about a couple different things he helped me get the car that I really wanted but I love my experience I will definitely be going there again when I need another new car !!!!!
