Bought a CPO F Type from this dealership. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, let me try a few different cars, and didnt pressure me too badly. I also bought an extended warranty (because... its a used Jag). Later on in my ownership experience, there was an issue with the convertible top. The warranty company didnt want to cover it. My sales guy, Lew, stepped in, and ultimately everything was repaired at no cost to me.Ive bought 5 cars in the past 6 years, and had lots of maintenance. Ive owned Japanese, German, American, and now English cars. Never have I had a sales representative help me after the purchase has been finalized. I will be coming back for my next car!
Although we ended up buying at another dealership, Rob treated our family like his own family. He was really down to earth, knowledgeable, not pushy or “salesman-sy” like we experienced at some other dealers. Everyone else was also great. Offers a sophisticated yet personable experience. I purchased an XF last year via Mike and Leo, who were both diligent and forthright throughout the process. Minimal sales sleaze. The service department can be busy, but they were able to accommodate me during a major holiday week with a spotless loaner, timely work, and flexibility. My specific technical questions were answered competently. The property feels a little cramped by its urban environment, but the facility is gorgeous and has a comfortable energy. Neat coffee bar.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. This is my 4th Jaguar/Range Rover and this experience has been the worst. I first tried to buy an F Type and gave up after a very disappointing sales experience. Ended up having another dealer source the same car. My experience with getting my new Range Rover fixed for that infamous engine light issue was unbelievable. 3 failed attempts, 10+ unreturned calls, 4 unanswered emails. Eventually went to the Darien dealership and they were simply fantastic!
This place is awesome. So far I have worked with this dealership for 3 different Range Rovers. I had no issue wit any of my transactions. The service department is great as well. Super easy to work with. I will be back for my next Range.

I have been looking for a jaguar for many years and it has always been my dream car. I really did not want to buy from a dealer since my experience with dealers was never a good one. Back in November of 2019 I drove by Jaguar of Fairfield and decided to go in. I came across Peter Maloney and he helped me figure out the right F-Type for me. Jaguar comes with a steep price tag therefore I needed a pre-owned and compromise on price. I was able to find that and have a very decent warranty going forward. He kept in touch with me and I finally made the purchase in March. I would recommend seeing Peter if you are looking for a sweet drive and very decent knowledgeable sales professional.
Purchasing my 2018 Jaguar XE from this dealership was a fantastic experience, and like all new car buying experiences should be. I worked with Chris Wayne over email for about a week. He was happy to answer my questions, transparent in his quotes, and a pleasure to work with. Once committing to the car, he was able to have it ready within 24 hours for pickup. The dealership is easy to get to, extremely clean, and staff are friendly. I was even offered pizza while I waited, which had been brought in for the staff. Chris spent plenty of time showing me the features of the car and even setup the accounts in advance to ease the process. I am so happy that I decided to purchase my new car from Jaguar Fairfield. I have a jaguar leased through the amazing Ray Catena in NJ. I was on a business trip to Connecticut and on the way back to my home in New York ended up getting a flat tire in Bridgeport. I was able to find this dealership at around 515pm and was relieved that I would at the very least be able to get a spare put on for me. I expressed that I was 3 hours from home and really needed help and my response was. “Service closes at 5pm... if you are lucky you can catch the firestone a few blocks away.” Is this the service you expect when you have a 75,000 vehicle through jaguar? I was so disappointed and had to spend hours trying to find a solution. This is an example of how certain dealerships do not live the corporate values that jaguar stands for. As a profrsssjonal, I will continue to share this story with colleagues, clients and friends alike.
Terrible place and even worse people. Need a loaner while your cars being fixed? They’re booked for two weeks. Need repairs? They’ll charge you twice as much as the place next door. For your own sake, go anywhere else.
I had a bad experience with staff at service, theyre not as professional as I thought they should be knowing that its the Jaguar Dealership, the lady at the desk seems to get upset a little too fast if things dont go her way so quickly became a little rude. i wont ever be going there again.
