Great rentals at a price you cant beat! The front desk is friendly and knowledgeable, the company is very strict on covid guidelines. I rented the black Chevy Cruze which was clean, had nearly a full tank of gas, did NOT smell like mildew or marijuana, and I had no issues with the rental nor with the company. And the rental terms are much more accommodating than hertz and Enterprise.

The receptionist is extremely nice! Obviously Christina is an owner or sleeping with the owners because she’s very comfortable being rude to possible new customers! Who are paying cash in a pandemic!! She was abrasive when she answered the phone after I was transferred to her she was abrasive during the conversation and was very short

I give them 5 stars!! My son and I have purchased two vehicles. The sales mgr. has been very helpful and patient in picking the right car. Paper work took only 15 minutes and we were on the road. Yes I would buy another car when the time is needed. Thank so much--And YES they are RELIABLE!!

I have to disagree with some reviews.i bought my car on black Friday 2012.paid the half down.they did all the dmv paperwork for me,gave me $500 off,( iwanted more off but car had the least amount of miles on the lot).i had a free inspection done the next day from big o tires on the car due to being scammed on craigslist.found out 2 major items needed to be fixed.would have cost me 1500.went back to reliable auto sales and they said they would fix it for free as long as i bought the parts.i did and the parts were only $60.they fixed it in one day.never have a problem.they are always so nice when i go in to pay my payment.will be buying from them again.
