I dont even want to leave 1 star. They falsely priced a used car for one price and then raised the price on me by 900 dollars. When I got to the dealership the car wasnt even there. It was at another lot that we had to go to. Every light on the dash came on. It looked like a Christmas tree. It would have had to be serviced immediately. When I drove it I couldnt even get out the car because the driverside door wouldnt unlock. Had to roll down window to get out. They never told me none of this before I spent 45 minutes driving there. Nor did they tell me this when I test drove it by myself. After all that they wouldnt even lower the price 400 dollars after everything I went through with them raising the price, multiple issues with the vehicle, and my time spent getting there and the car not even being on there lot. Total waste of my time. I would not recommend Dixie Imports. My experience was horrible.

Bought a car, from them immediately after purchasing car out right, engine light came on, multiple alignment issues and also air bags weren’t even in the vehicle! Worked with a gentleman named Herbert he didn’t disclose any of this information and I paid for the car in full at the time and never received title very unprofessional and corrupt place wouldn’t buy a bottle of water there yet alone another car!

Worst place to buy a vehicle. I bought a vehicle there last year July with an ASC warranty and I was told that l can cancel it anytime, like any other dealership will do. Well, not with this place. Since February, I have reached out several times, drove down there twice from Dayton just to have this warranty which l dont actually need canceled and all l get from them is lie, lie, lie, and lie that they are going to cancel it. This is the second step l am taking to have that warranty canceled. The next step will be the BBB.

They wasted my time by persistently asking when I could test drive the car all week. Then when I get there ask me questions of how I’ll pay etc. Guess they didn’t like my answer, suddenly the car is sold. They went from “the car is parked down the street”, to “sorry it was sold”, to “looking for the keys now”. Place is either sketchy or simply can’t keep track of their cars. Either way bad sign, happy to walk away

Stay away from this lot they try to sell you overpriced Lemons.Before buying a car from them, go down the road to and Autozone to use the OBD2 reader to scan for hidden issues.I spoke to Earl the guy had me drive 2 hours down from Columbus just to send me to another guy. This business was very unorganized and sloppy. Ricky is the only decent employee there.Away I drove all the way down from Columbus about a 2 hour ride up and back, before heading down I asked Earl if there were any issue with the truck, he told me that only the AC needed to be charged, mind you after running down to the local autozone, we found that the Truck had Rust spots, Passenger window did not work, the Leather seats were torn, the Ignition Plugs needed to be replace, the Spark plugs need to be replace, the car needed a tune-up, and of course the AC didnt worked and more than likely had a leak in the system, also the 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 has been sitting for months and no wonder why. With all of that being said, the repair bill was high, at least $2,000, so I asked them to knock of that from the $6,900 price, nope what they did instead was ask for $7,900 $1,000 over the advertised price. I laughed and said nope, and drove our marry little way back to Columbus happy we didnt buy from them. That Truck has been sitting for several months and it will sit for several more months, maybe until this bad company inevitably goes under.If you notice, this lot is filled with vehicles which is strange for this time of the chip shortage, but it speaks volumes, bad salesmen dont sell cars. Im guessing people know about their bad business practices.

I give this 3 location MESS 1 star, yes they have improved there vehicles to choose from; However, the advertisers have vehicles listed that seem appealing, once you arrive there they have no idea of what vehicle your there to see. Its a way to get you to their lots and waste your time. Dishonesty goes a long way, its not kind. The lenders subprime loans no better than JDByRider or any of the other lots that put greed over honest bucks. If they lie on their ads they might just lie about the vehicles too.

First, in one of the pictures on the website, it looked like there was damage to one of the cab corners, but I couldnt tell for sure if it was that or just a glare in the photo. I asked someone to look at that and confirm before flying to Ohio to buy it. They supposedly looked and told me it must just be the lighting, and the damage was not there. When I arrived to buy the truck sure enough there is a large crack and rusted spot about the size of a half dollar, clear as day on the very same cab corner. They also didnt disclose that the tailgate latch was broken, so I had to replace that at my own expense. They didnt tell me that there is literally only ONE key for this truck and no key fob. Since it was a copied key and not a master key, there is no way to program additional copies, so Im now told Ill have to replace the computer in the truck in order to rekey it, at an expense of somewhere around a thousand dollars. The owner said he could mail me a Toyota key fob, and asked me to text him the next day as a reminder to send one out. I did, he didnt. 2 weeks later I texted him and took 3 texts several hours apart before he replied, and said he would get it out that day. Still no fob, and only one key that cant be duplicated. After what I thought was enough due diligence to feel comfortable buying a truck from out of state, I was proven wrong. Stay away from this dump. Edit: oh yeah..... No floor mats, no jack or tools.

I called and made an appointment 2 days prior. The day comes and the sells woman was running 10 min late. I wanted to test drive it. The SUV I was looking at had to have the battery jumped, then the sales woman had to take it to the gas station for gas and to put air in the tires. 30 min goes by. I wen looking around the lot. Apparently the SUV had some mechanical problems because I saw one of there mechanic and sales woman at the gas station with the hood up. I didnt have a good feeling so I just left while they were still at the gas station. I dont think they saw me driving by. She calls me about 15 min later. I just told her I wasnt interested anymore.

Horrible experience! The company pulled a bait and switch on me. After reviewing a car online we set up an appointment after the dealership confirm they had the vehicle. I explained that I would be driving over an hour to get there and that we were only interested in the vehicle I had seen online. We set up an appointment to test drive the next day. The dealership calls that day confirms a time we will be arriving and says they still have the vehicle. Once we arrive they say that there was a mixup they don’t have a vehicle but of course they had several others that were more expensive . After agreeing to test drive several other vehicles we agreed-upon one of the vehicles when we sat down they tried to change the price of the vehicle. We then agreed upon the price. I gave an amount to hold the vehicle and that I would be back the next day to have someone look at the vehicle. At this time I had already been at the dealership for three hours and this did not include my hour drive. the next day when I’m headed there I ask about the details. The details had changed from what we agreed upon the day before when I refuse that amount they tried to get me into a different vehicle with more mileage. I then stated I was not going to do business with them and insisted they refund my deposit the only thing this company did right was they did refund my deposit.

I bought a truck from these people and foundout the entire frame was rusted. When I went in to get an old change 11 days later the mechanic told me thats the worst hes ever seen and when he hoisted it up the frame bent right away along with holes everywhere from rusting through. I called them back I had an disrectful respones laughing at me. They said they were not going take the truck back and that the owner got a good deal on it. Its hard for me to understand that mindset when I had my family in the truck with me endangering there lifes. This has to be the worst dealership ive ever seen! Not sure how they are still open when money is more important to them that there consumers and there families!!!!!

I would highly recommend.While I do not take back what was said about Mr. Singleton, I absolutely would NOT recommend Dixie Imports as a place to do business. We have been getting the run around on our truck since the day we pulled it off the lot, which I might add was the only day we had it.We knew something was wrong pulling out of the lot. Turned back, but their mechanic said he didnt want to deal with it. The people in the office said to come back the next day and they would make him fix it. I was on my way with it in the morning with my three kids in the backseat when the front tire falls off on a 55 mph rural road. This truck is on 37s with a six inch lift. It wasnt a gentle breakdown to say the least. I called Dixie several times and they kept saying they were sending a tow truck. So I sat on the side of the road, in a corn field, with three little kids, all day. More than six hours later, many angry phone calls, and my husband getting off work and causing a scene at Dixie, they finally decided to send a truck. But wait, theres more....

We had such a great experience at Dixie Imports. Herb Singleton was awesome. He introduced himself and then gave us room to look around. He gave us space but he was there when we needed him. I purchased a Cadillac from there lot. I put down 6k as a down payment. Within 2 weeks of having it I had to pay 7k in repairs. I had the car for less the 24 hours and I went back and asked if I could trade it in for a different one. At first they were acting as if they were willing to help, but then they said they couldnt find my 6k down payment. It turns out that there finance manager stole my down payment from the shop and quit the next day. But the shop tried to make it seem as if I never gave a down payment. At first they were very polite but they will do anything to just make you buy the car. Once its sold they do not want anything to do with you. DONT GO HERE

Got a jeep a few weeks ago from here.One salesman said 10,000 the other 13,000.ok so got it anyway and the very next day started having problems after putting less than 50 miles on it.Earl said bring it in well take care of it...they had it for 2 weeks and still had the same shifting and dying problem and then more damage..out of alignment,the top was only half zipped, the steering column latch is broke,the winch is messed up and there was almost 200 miles put on it.NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN.EARL IS JOKE.THEY LET SOMEONE TEAR THE HELL OUT OF IT WHILE THEY WERE SUPOSSED TO BE FIXING IT!IM LETTING MIKE DEWINE KNOW THERE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AGAIN.HAVING CINCINNATI HIGH LIFTERS IN SPRINGDALE CHECK IT OUT.

This place is a complete joke don’t waste your time shopping at this lot. Salesman don’t know a damn thing about the cars their selling. They jacked the price up 700 dollars for a fuel pump to be replaced on a 2007 Jeep Wrangler. After countless calls and texts saying the Jeep was available I drove 40 minutes just to find out it was down the street at the mechanic. The jeep broke down in 4 low while test driving and then the car salesman continued to drive it down Route 4 going 50mph with it stuck in 4 low. Don’t waste your time here people they just try and get their cars off the lot quick with no safety check.

When my husbands car would cost more to fix than it was worth we went and saw Earl. He made the experience pain free. Found a great car for an awesome price without all the hassle. I will definitely buy another car from Earl.

They completely ripped me off. Did a bait and switch as well as an on the spot delivery which is illegal. Took both cars to a mechanic. First had a rusted out bottom and was clearly in a flood. Second one was about the same minus the rust.
