Take the price of your service on Acura’s website and DOUBLE it! These people are crooks preying on people who don’t know how much it costs to fix cars. If you price around at other similar auto facilities it’s less than half the price. They are doing pharmaceutical markups.

I had to bring my car in, and leave it, for what turned out to be a minor issue, but the service person, Raquel, was very nice. She kept me updated on the progress of my car after I left. As it turned out it was operator error and it was explained to me clearly so that I could avoid a second occurrence. I was impressed with the patience she showed. I also like the cleanliness of the waiting area.

I moved to new area and Hopkins Acura was my nearest Acura dealer. I had my car serviced here for the first time. They finished the job well, which was to work on the airbag recall and done within the time estimated. Personnels were kind and helpful. And there was spacious waiting room. I took a nice nap. In addition to all of these, it was very nice to have the comlimentary car wash too. Its an excellent place to be serviced.

What an absolute pleasure it was to buy my new car at Hopkins of Fairfield. The research I put into what car I wanted and where I wanted to get it was more stressful than the actual experience at the dealership. I can not say enough on how cool, helpful, and sincere it was working with Matt. The guy spoke to me like I was a human being and not just a possible sale that would boost his income. It was a very genuine process. We narrowed my options to a couple of cars and were able to nail one down. Matt was able to give me full attention even though the place started getting busier through the day. He introduced me to the service team including Jessica who kept the good vibes going as she was super nice. It is truly a family type atmosphere inside of that place.. Its simple. If you are thinking Acura, go to Hopkins Fairfield. I had closer options but drove 90min there instead.

Two weeks ago I walked into Hopkins to purchase a car. Mr. Johnson, our sales person greeted us with a great smile and a handshake. He made the car buying experience so much less intimidating. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. He carefully explained each step as I walked through the decision making to ownership process. I would definitely go back and, recommend friends.

Great car buying experience!Found a car I was interested in on their website but wasnt sure if it was on the Honda or Acura side. Went into Honda and met a sales associate named Brendan and showed him the car I was interested in. He new right away it was on the Acura side and quickly took me over got the keys and took me on a test drive. I Didnt have to spend a lot of time with back and forth with Brendan to make a deal and was in and out fairly quickly. I was completely satisfied with my buying experience.A few days later I noticed my steering wheel was shaking when I was braking so I contacted Brendan who told me to bring it in. I brought the car in and spoke with Raquel in the service department. She was very polite and friendly and had my car inspected for the brakes. After the inspection she informed me the brakes were worn but not completely and would have to speak with the used car manager for authorization to have them fixed but he was not in that day. She promised me a call back a couple days later which she did fulfill and let me know that she was given authorization to change my brakes and resurface my rotors. I brought in my car and they had it all taken care of in a fairly decent time considering they were short handed do to sick calls. While there they even took the time to add padding to my rear deck lid to alleviate rattling noises I was hearing when playing my stereo.I am completely satisfied with the customer service and experience I have received from Steve Hopkins Acura and would highly recommend them. Trust me I shopped multiple dealerships looking for a car and did not recieve a tenth of the service from any of the others.

Ive purchased from 9 different dealers over the years. Nothing has or can compare to the treatment and service Hopkins Acura offers. My salesmen Dylan, was pleasant form his introduction. My wife and I were also introduced us to his GM Matt, who as well was pleasant. The whole time Dylan and Matt focused on the customer experience and not the sell. It took us over six days to go thru the process because of so many questions my wife I had. We explored many of the different options to the cost. Dylan and Matt were patient and answered our questions professionally. This purchase was my wifes, she and I would recommend this dealer if anyone is interested in purchasing an Acura...

I brought my car in for service and Genevieve was in the service department with Acura and she took such good care and was so friendly and caring that I continued to seek her out for as my go to gal. She always explained to me what service was needed on my car and when it should be done. This has lead to a complete confidence in her recommendations for my cars. I purchased an MDX for traveling and again Genevieve has always made sure the car is ready for my trips. The reason I know the difference from having Genevieve is she was on vacation one time when I brought my car over and even though the service was okay it was the excellent service she provided for me. She has always gone above and beyond. I know I can always get an answer from her on any concern I have about my vehicles. Today the difference is where you take your cars to be serviced is the people that take good care of your needs. Genevieve made sure I was introduced to Mike your manager and I had such a wonderful experience from him as well and that I know he will back her up when it comes to any kind of help at the dealership. It has been a pleasure doing business with the Hopkins Acura family for over 5 years.

Not happy, they never found our what was wrong with my car, need to take it to another dealer! Car came back dirty, foot scuff marks in the drivers side, outside of car dirty, when I take my car to Reno Acura, it is always spotless! Just had to ask for a summery printout on what they did to the car, not even a car left behind in my car.

My husband and I walked into Acura just to look at the newly designed RDX. We fell in love with this car but were going back and forth between a GLE and RDX. Max, our sales guy was great at Acura. He answered all the questions that we had and just had excellent service. We literally made 5 trips before we made up our mind. His manager Phil was also amazing. These two helps us a lot with the purchase of our first car together. I would highly recommend this place, I would also highly recommend Max as well.Thanks Max and Phil. Went to Acura for a recall on my TSX. Joel Short, the service advisor, was very attentive with any questions and concerns that I had. He was Great. While waiting for my TSX, we test drove a 2015 RDX, ended up leaving with a leased 2018 RDX. WHAT!!! REALLY?!!! Dylan Pollard, the Sales & Leasing Agent was very informative and easy going. He listened to what I was looking for, and there was no pressure. Overall, our experience at Hopkins Acura of Fairfield was AWESOME!!!!
