Mike and his team are friendly experts in the true sense of the word. I have worked with the big name collision centers and I will take my vehicles to Mike every time! With very minimal effort, Artistic Auto worked with my insurance company to get my car done even though Artistic Auto shop wasn’t the preferred vendor. Unfortunately it’s common for Auto body shops take shortcuts, often in areas that are unseen but I can attest that these guys are very thorough and go above and beyond and will go to bat for you with the insurance companies get you great results.

So impressed with Artistic on all fronts. Not only was my vehicle in great shape when the work was completed, but they truly advocate for their customers and take pride in producing quality work. You just really dont find places like this anymore! Rare breed! I was needing to have some aftermarket bumpers and side steps installed on my jeep last minute after the place that was originally supposed to do it could not get me in. I called around to several shops before I got here. The staff was warm and friendly over the phone unlike the other places. Told me to bring my Jeep by (same day). So I did. Mike quoted me on the spot,and immediately jumped right on it! They treated me like family! They sent me pictures of the progress and kept in contact with me all day regarding updates! I did not have all the pieces needed to complete the job that day,so they told me once I had the piece to come back next week and they will complete the job! I got the piece, went back expecting them to be too busy for me. Same level of service from the week before. They jumped right back on it! I was floored! Going above and beyond is an understatement! I have been going to Artistic Auto Body for over a decade and they have worked on every car I have owned since I was young. I originally learned about them through a companies fleet program and I was impressed with their work. I have since then taken them all my personal cars. Every time I take my car in for work, it comes back looking brand new. Their most recent job was a complete sanding and repaint of my Camaros front bumper to repair the rock chips. It turned out perfectly and I am really happy with how it came out. They are the only company I trust with my vehicle.

Artistic fixed the front end of my Lexus and I can truly say it looks better than before it was damaged! There were some abnormalities they had to work through and they handled them very well while keeping me in the loop the entire time on what my options were. The best things I can say about my experience were that the work was fantastic and I really felt like I could trust them throughout the process.

I have a custom Regency 2007 Avalanche Truck (two-tone paint with pinstripe) that needed repair. Mike and Teresa are great to work with and work hard to have the repair be done perfectly. I have to send a big thank you to the guys that do the work too. The two tone paint job and blending is unbelievable! I had one fender flare that had a section missing. Mike spent hours trying to track down a replacement for me. Unfortunately, the flare is not made any more and I didn’t want to replace all of the flares. The guys were able to rebuild the flare to perfection! Truly amazing, thank you! If you want the repair work to be done to the highest quality and standard, take your auto to Artistic Auto Body and Paint for any repairs.

Incredible! Mike and Teresa were very easy to work with when I brought my Grand Cherokee in to have a pretty large dent (and paint damage) repaired. They gave me a fair estimate and stuck to it, keeping me in the loop and explaining everything that needed to be done, and even discussed issues that might arise in the repair process. I appreciated their honesty and attention detail. My Jeep looks incredible! They went the extra mile to apply touch up paint in a few areas that needed it, even though I opted to not have those areas repaired at the time. I was absolutely treated like family!

So two of my vehicles were taken out in the recent hail storm. I did a google search and ran across Mike with Artistic Auto Body & Paint. I could not be happier, Mike did an absolutely amazing job repairing both vehicles, dealing with the insurance company and supplementals and just making this whole ordeal go away. It was all so simple and both my vehicles look brand new again. His attention to detail and making sure everything was repaired right really put my mind at ease. Now if he could have just helped me get the roof of my house repaired as easily! Thanks Mike, I now know where I will take all my vehicles for repairs. I have even sent a work colleague his way.I wanted to make a new review but I did not find how to do it, probably right in front of my face... Anyway, I found the need to once again get a vehicle repaired. This time it is my wifes daily driver, so the need for it to be perfect was high. Mike and his team did an absolutely perfect job. The insurance quote was a little over $1500 for the work, Mike found an additional $5000 worth of damage underneath and handled everything with the insurance company. The total process was completely effortless on my part. When I was told the car was ready to be picked up Mike did the final walk around inspection with me and had a couple of small details buffed out that I did not even notice. His attention to detail is perfect. Without a doubt I will always call Artistic when I have the need.

I had a baseball-sized dent on my Mustang where someone apparently ran in to it in a parking lot or on the street. The corner near the taillight was crushed in and it wasnt an easy fix. I also had a scratch between the taillights that had been touched-up but was still visible. Artistic repaired the dent and repainted the area, perfectly blending in the paint to match the rest of the car. They fixed the gap between the trunk lid and body that had also been knocked out of alignment by the collision, and they buffed out the scratch between the taillights. The repair is totally undetectable, like it never happened. Customer service was top-notch throughout the process and I couldnt be happier with the results. I seldom take the time to write reviews but Mike and company deserve it, I highly recommend Artistic Auto Body & Paint.

They went above and beyond to repair the hail damage on my car. They were friendly, helpful, and the car looks great.

Horrible with timing. Had a 30 day rental car and they still didn’t have the parts ready so had to wait 8 more day for the car to be ready ! And pick up was ready by 3:30pm and showed up at 4:20pm and they said the car was still not ready waited 30 more min for car to be released! Poor communication and to top it off they weren’t even finished with the repair so we have to come backHorrible experience!
