Came into Bergman for my car that was totally messed up on the passenger side. The whole place was very professional and fixed my door within 5 days, looks like nothing ever happened to it. And they also kindly fixed a dent on the front end of my car that I wanted done later when I got money but did it with no charge. I appreciate their fast and efficient work they did! Will defiantly be taking my car back for a few more dents and scratches that need to be fixed over. I never write reviews but I had to for this place because they deserve it!

I took my 2015 Accord in for hail repair estimate, the guy is a friend of a friend. I was there for about 20 minutes. When I went to leave there three of my four rockers had dirt on them, and the right rear door jam and some on the back seat. I then left and went to a store, when I came out I noticed a dent right above the pin stripe on the left front fender that I know for a fact was not there. On closer inspection I noticed three more dents in the same panel, that had no dents in it whatsoever. The 1st pic will be of the day before that I took while replacing my AC condenser and you can clearly see no dent, the second is of the new dents after visiting there shop. Four dents in a panel that had ZERO dents, and yeah I am livid. When I park my car, I park out and in a corner spot and check for door dings every time I go to get in it. People these days just dont care, no pride in workmanship. The car should not have left with more dents, 5 at least, then it went in with. People like these are just draining. It is Saturday morning the day after and still pissed, found more dents in the car yesterday that were there when I took it in and this is down right fraud. Wish I could say what I really feel but google wont let me. It is around 12 more last count.

I have brought all three of our cars to this location, after being recommended by a local transmission shop. I didnt know they were tucked away in this close location to our house. They were able to take care of all three of my cars - one mechanical and two for paint and body work. The work was done on time, I received a call when the work was done, with there were no surprises at pick up. I thought the labor and parts charges were more than reasonable, actually, I thought the work would have been more expensive, but Im not complaining. They even offered a loaner car, which I didnt need. They gave me a warranty brochure on the paint/body work which I wasnt expecting. And a very nice bonus, they cleaned the inside and outside of the vehicles. The inside cleaning was better than any other cleaning that I have ever received - very detailed cleaning.The staff is vey helpful and friendly. All seemed to have been family or very close business associates. You can tell that they take pride in their work, the worker(s) on my vehicles came out to show me their work when I came to pick up the vehicles.I will be back when needed and I will highly recommend their business to others.

The best body and repair shop I have every used! Wonderful and helpful staff mixed with expertise, honesty and integrity resulted in my Mini Cooper coming out of their shop looking brand new! They did what they said they would. They communicated with me through the whole process. The cost of the work was more than fair. They even let me know what got damaged by them during the repairs and they fixed that too; with no additional cost! Well done!

Well, its never a good day when you need auto body repairs. But knowing there is a company that takes pride in a job WELL done at a reasonable price makes it a little easier. We dropped my car off Monday morning and picked it up Wednesday afternoon, good as new!Thanks for being there when we need you and making us feel comfortable with the entire process.

Short version: shoddy, careless workmanship and terribly poor customer service. Stay away from Bergman Collision.---------I could not be more displeased with the work of Bergman Collision in Farmers Branch. Two years ago, I took my car there to replace a damaged hood and grille. This work required the new hood to be painted and blended on to the fenders. They didnt get the paint right and were surprised that I could tell a difference. Thankfully, they acknowledged their error and corrected the paint.Fast forward two years. The clear coat on one of my fenders began to peel because of their amateur paint work. When I called to ask for the work to be fixed under a lifetime warranty, they declined. They had no record that the work required blending. However, it is plainly obvious that the paint of the fenders matches the hood and does not exactly match the original paint on the car. Their only concern was that they were not paid for this work. Even after the owner visually inspected the paint, he would not acknowledge the fenders had been painted with the hood and are not honoring their lifetime warranty.After speaking with their painter, they finally acknowledged their work and decided to honor the warranty. I scheduled a time to bring my car in for repair and they promised me a loaner vehicle. When I arrive the loaner isnt available because the owner was using it for his personal errands. I scheduled a new time to bring my car in and left.When I finally picked up my car following the repair of the clear coat on my fender, the work has been completed as haphazardly as possible. The clear coat is ridged at the end of the two panels and does not transition smoothly. The new clear has already begun to chip following the removal of their masking tape. Upon further inspection, there is overspray on plastic trim and my wheels. Whatever method they used to wash my vehicle has resulted in staining on the brushed trim and the rubber door seals.After numerous attempts to contact the owner to discuss my troubles, he continues to be out of the office. Im am continually disappointed with their workmanship and poor customer service. If this wasnt warranty work, I would not be a returning customer. Please stay away from Bergmans Collision.

All of my familys vehicles have been repaired at Bergmans over the last several years. Phil Bergman is very knowledgeable about the auto repair business and works hard to ensure that work is done correctly and with the highest quality. He is a very honest and sincere man and I would not trust my repairs to anyone else. If there are problems dealing with the insurance company, he will assist however necessary. If you are not satisfied with any work, he will address your concerns and make sure the work is completed to your satisfaction.

I was in a small fender bender in my 2014 Ford Mustang GT. My insurance company recommended them to me and I was very pleased with the experience. There was a small issue of overspray but they took care of it immediately and it was really hard to see unless you were looking for it. Couldnt ask for more than a company that acknowledges a mistake and corrects it with no fuss and got it done quickly. If I am ever in an accident again (hopefully not) I would go back to these guys in a heartbeat.

Dropped off my 07 F150 tailgate last Friday (10/11/13) to have it repaired & painted back to factory specs. The tailgate had a 1 hole in it along with a couple of small gouges and dents. The damage occurred when my boat trailer coupler fell off the truck hitch/ball while backing it up in a deeper-than-anticipated ditch filled with high grass & weeds. ;)I picked up my tailgate from Bergmans P&B the following Thursday upon returning from an out of town trip and was pleased to see that it was flawlessly restored back to its original factory mint condition! Even a keen eye couldnt tell the damage was ever there and the new paint matches the original perfectly, despite not having to leave my truck there for trial-and-error color matching as some shops require... These guys know their stuff and charged a more than reasonable price for the high quality of work they delivered!

Weve used them 3 times for bumper repair and window repair and am very well satisfied. A good group of honest folks with fair prices that I have come to trust. Will continue using them.

Car was brought in to this place as my tow truck driver recommended it. First accident, found out the car was totaled. Was eager to look at my car and see it after the fact plus gather my stuff. Was rushed by the employee to get my things hoping Id leaving some behind, shady/poor customer service. Wouldnt recommend anyone coming here.

I find it extremely difficult to trust repair shops with my vehicle and have had many less than desirable experiences in the past. My parents have used Bergmans Paint & Body for many years for major bodywork repairs as well as small jobs only requiring parts needing paint. I needed work done on my 06 Mustang and figured my family must go there for a reason, so I gave them a shot. Under all circumstances the end result was above my high expectations and only solidifies why my family continues to use this shop! The quote for the job was more than fair, timeframe reasonable, and the work was completed flawlessly. Bottom line; if you value a business run with honesty and integrity, fair prices, and genuine people who stand behind their craft, Bergmans Paint & Body is the place to go!

I called Bergmans to inquire about doing work on my 1997 F250. Since it was an older truck, I wanted someone familiar with these trucks. It was minor damage, a car had swiped my drivers side, but wanted it done right. I was ensured that they were the place to come to for quality work, and specialized in older vehicles. When I went to pick up my truck the first time, after taking about a week too long, There was a fresh scratch in the fender they had just painted, my truck bed had been moved over about an inch, and not fixed, my drivers mirror was missing two bolts that held it on, they did not replace the trim in my wheel wells, as paid for. They had to replace my bumper, but used the old trim, that does not fit correctly on this bumper, etc. They did a horrible job. When I pointed theses out to Phil, he admitted that they did not take care of me, and that if I would leave it with them, it would be taken care of. Well, 2 more weeks went by and NOTHING. Nothing was fixed. I am now having to sue them to get the work corrected. I would not use them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Robert was AMAZING at Bergmans. I brought my car in when I was rear-ended and he took great care of me and my car. I was always updated on the status of my car, and they worked directly with the insurance company to get my car finished. I would definitely go back and would recommend them to everyone.

Quote process was laughable at best. Didnt type a keystroke into the computer and came up with an extremely unrealistic quote. Price realism means can you do the job for that price or is it too low. Theirs was too low. Felt like a bait and switch and my insurance company would not have liked that. This is only my opinion, but I receive quotes, and write contracts for a living. Hiring them would have been a headache.

I needed a damaged T-top repainted on my Jeep. They did the work in 1 day and price was good. Friendly and honest staff was a bonus. Will use them again in future and definitely recomend to my friends.
