Great find. Ben made me feel like family as soon as I walked in. I had a door handle pull clean off and his prices were way less than I ever expected to paint it (perfect match) and replace it. The Best part is that he got the part in and had it ready before I brought the car back. He finished in less time than it took me to go next door and have breakfast. Extremely friendly and highly professional. They took my VW jetta in on extremely short notice and provided an honest and reasonable estimate prior to starting work. Moreover, they properly communicated how long the work would take and indicated there was a chance it could be finished 1 day earlier than planned. I brought my car in for hail damage - he completely took care of me by setting up the rental, getting me to and from the rental - The team did an amazing job with the repair. I had my roof wrapped and wheels powdercoated. He explained his concerns up front. He was completely transparent and honest through the whole experience going above and beyond. He was on point when he said the car would be ready. No frills, no insurance bs, etc - they definitely took care of me and Ill be going back to them for any needs in the future as well. I highly recommend them. Their work is ON POINT. He even was concerned it wasnt at the level of perfection that his guys normally produce but wow - everything was absolutely perfect to me. 10/10.

Repairs were done timely (longest delay was waiting on some special order parts), and he responded quickly whenever I inquired on how things were going. Went to Carguys after another collision repair tried to charge me over 6,000 to get my car repaired without fixing the main problem. Ben was a great help. He worked with my budget and kept his word on not going over the budget. He stated it would take at least a week for my car to get fix. It took 4 business days and my car is running just like normal. I went in for a headlight restoration, they were able to work me in the very next day. After calling a few places, not only did Car Guyz get me out the door in 30 minutes but they had comparable or better prices than the competition. Ben was great, came out to introduce himself and explain the entire process to me in detail, as well as how to upkeep my headlights to prevent needing more work done. Will definitely revisit for any bodywork needs in the future.

Excellent work at a great price! Very professional. fixed the chipped paint on my spoiler. It came out immaculate! I referred my girlfriend and they did a phenomenal job on her car too. Paint job is flawless and you cant even tell there was a huge dent in her door. I wont be going anywhere else!

I honestly have nothing but good things to say about my interaction with the car guys, Ive taken 2 of my cars here in the past 2 years and both times i was very impressed by the quality of repairs and the fairly quick turnaround times. When they took in my car, they explained everything in detail which was new to me, and kept me well informed throughout the duration of the repairs which was a breath of fresh air from dealing with other shops in the past. The first time i used them was on my Fiances brand new Tesla and they did fantastic job with the repairs, and when i got rear ended last month i did not think twice about whom i was going to be sending my car to...I had few reservations before the first i used the car guys but they quickly earned my future business when i saw the quality of repairs, hopefully my poor car does not get hit again but if it does its going back to these guys.

Ben at Car Guys is awesome! I unfortunately dont have very good luck when it comes to cars and Ben is always out to help me and figure out what we can do. You can trust him and he is always honest with you. He makes the car repair process as good as it possible be for all his clients. I read the reviews on here and decided to come to this place. Gotta tell ya, Im glad I did. They are honest, laid back, and more importantly they do an amazing job. I went in to get my headlights restored and holy crap they looked nice. I got there pretty late but Ben the guy who restored my lights said it was okay and took me in anyway, plus he showed me how to fix a few minor cosmetic problems myself instead of taking my money. That type of honesty is hard to find so these guys definitely rock. Will definitely be coming back.

Great Experience and Service!I scratched the driver side of my vehicle against a pillar, which damaged the majority of the molding, some paint and some of my wheel and door handle. I took it to Car Guyz and received great service and advice for going forward about fixing the damage to my car. Ben, the owner gradually walked me through the process and how long it would take to fix the damages. I took my car for multiple car estimates from mom and pop repair shops to established dealerships and all quote the damage higher than I was willing and wanted to pay. When I talked to Ben he showed me what needed to be replaced and when I could expect the damages to be repaired. There was no over selling of his services, just plain spoken and right to the point. I was a bit nervous and weary of the shop because it seemed to good to be true and it is a smaller shop, but after speaking to Ben he eased my worries. The estimate he quoted to me was exact and with what my insurance company suggested and I only had to spend HALF my deductible!!! It was repaired in greater time than I expected and all that was wrong with my car from the damages was right. They did an excellent job on my car. I highly recommend Car Guyz to ANY AND EVERYONE! And if I ever run into problems again in the future I will use their services again. Please give them a chance, you wont regret it.

Car guyz did good job(a small repair) on my car last year. So I had no second thoughts in taking my wifes car to them to fix damaged door. It had damage to driver side door and had to be replaced. They had car for about 10 days and after job was done, I took delivery of car. All repairs seemed to be OK. The very next day morning I noticed the mirror was loose fitting and door was making tweaking sound while opening. I called them right away. This was a Thursday and they asked me to bring car next Tuesday to fix it (as they were busy with other cars). I said not a problem and come Tuesday, I call him back and I get no response. I left several voice mails and not single call returned.Buyers beware : You think of saving the deductible but you will end up paying lot more. I recommend taking your car elsewhere.

We had hail damage on both of our car from one of the recent storms here in TX. Ben stopped me while driving around in our complex and handed me his card and told me about the services Car Guyz can provide.When Caliber wouldnt accept our vehicles being at capacity I called Ben and they took both of them right away. Im glad I called him because they did great work on both of our vehicles. He had us setup with a rental too, when no one had any cars. The service was quick, and painless, and he saved us alot of money. Would definitely recommend!

My vehicle was repaired here! It took four weeks and 2 days before I got my car back. I had an accident that caused body and undercarriage damage. I would call on each day that the owner promised to have my car ready and he continued to extend the date each time. This repair experience was the largest inconvenience ever. After getting my car back, my gas pedal vibrates at a speed of 70 mph and higher, the car drives so rough while on the interstate. I purchased my car brand new (8 months old), now I dont even feel that I want the car anymore! The owner stated that he would preform a $70 detail on my car due to the inconvenience. To my surprise, my car was filthy inside with dust all over from the body shop along with some sort of glue residue on my car. There was a receipt on the dashboard that verified he performed a $5 car wash. The owners promise and guarantee means nothing at all! I am very disappointed! I will never go back to this auto body repair shop or refer anyone to get their car repaired here! The owner, Ben even gave me someone elses keys along with mine. Didnt realize it until I got home. I am having to spend my own money to mail the key back to him so one of HIS customers wont have a horrible shock when there is no key to start their car!

Fixed my car up very nice and detailed it for free, I had a few door dings they also fixed them for free....accident sucked but they fixed it without charging my deductible and they gave me a mercedes loaner car and you can beat that! all around great experience unlike other places i have been before

Updated review.Had my car serviced here 4 months ago noticed some more damage unfixed contacted them by Text message was told theyd order the parts that were damaged and never got a reply! Thats the point 4 months no contact.Did a BBB complaint as well.BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!________________________________I have since tried texting you in the past. And calling you with call logs to prove and text logs as well.If you want to make right you will need to wait for my vehicle to get out of the shop from some recent body damage.My cars condition had nothing to do with the headliner. I knew the head liner was damaged in the beginning.

I dinged up my wifes car coming into the garage one day. I took it to Car Guyz Dallas, thinking Id be without it for at least a week. To my surprise, Ben and the crew at Auto Guyz had the scratches buffed out and retouched in less than a half hour. I was floored. So, I contacted this business for the repair of my vehicle. I found an ad on craigslist. The ad stated that they provide loaner cars for customers whose insurance doesnt cover rental cars. I requested a loaner and got a response via text simply saying no I cannot. After which I decided not to go forward with doing business with this company. If you start off placing dishonest ads then thats the first sign that things are likely to go sour... Im just saying false advertisement is not necessary and its a major issue.

If there was 0 starts thats what I would give this place. They messed up my car big time. When I picked up my car the trunk didnt work and all the emergency lights were on and when I took it to the dealer they asked me who did this to your car? i had to to may $1800 out of pocket to get things working normal. Not cool of Ben lieing about the car usually needs to go to the dealer if they cant fix it. Please if you want to save your deductible go somewhere else that offers that. The paint job was terrible and I just want to cry :(

Overall the hail damage repair was excellent, however make sure that ALL work and parts are completed before accepting the vehicle work as complete. There was one part that they did not replace (rear turn signal lens), stated it was on order, will ship it to you once we get it, etc. Well that was 2 months ago, 6 emails and 4 phone calls later, still no part. One excuse after another was given by Ben. I dont know what Bens problem is. His behavior regarding this is nothing short of a lack of integrity. Maybe hes used to defrauding people this way and has gotten away with it in the past. Im not sure, I do know that this issue will not go unanswered and once I rain down with every avenue available to me within the law Im hoping this will not happen to someone else. I could simply buy the part out of pocket and move on, however its the principle of it all. Lack of integrity, dishonesty, broken promises..

I found Car Guyz Ad on Craigslist because I hat gotten in an auto accident and needed my car fixed I called and spoke to a Gentlemen named Ben and Just like the Ad on Craigslist he was truthful to his word I dropped my car off at the site he had enterprise come pick me up and they got me in a rental in no time had the rental for about 2 weeks since the parts had to be ordered and due to bad weather at the time it put a delay on me picking up my car but Car guyz did a great job on my Cadillac ATS it looks brand new like when I got it off the lot, I highly recommend them they cleaned my car up too I couldnt be more pleased with their great customer service I would go back to them again but hopefully no time soon.

Nothing to complain about, My 09 Infiniti G37S was hit by drunk idiot leaving a restaurant and i had to pay my own deductible to get the damages repaired. I found car guyz on google and they waived my deductible and the car came out just like nothing ever happened.

Took in a BMW 7 series on December 5th 2015, its now feb. 2016 and my car still isnt done. Took my car in key fob worked, trunk worked, not lights on dash, got the car back key fob dont work, trunk doesnt pop, air bag light, and transmission fault, at first Ben says well its just because all the electrical components arent hooked up, so after the hooked it all up, oh well you need to take it to the dealership! REALLY?? WHEN NONE OF THIS WAA AN ISSUE BEFORE I DROPPED IT OFF, and all they had to do was replace 2 doors, one of the mechanics said it was the hardest job hed doe ever in over 20 years, I would advise you to stay away from this shop, the only thing they did right was paint, everything else was half a$$ and now I have several issues with my car I dos t have prior to taking it in, pay your deductible and take it to a real shop, these guys are a joke. BEN IS FULL OF IT.
