My person was great and was able to pretty much handle any issues that a arose. She took care of getting me in and making sure I was able to get my rental. I didnt have to do relatively anything but sit and wait. Definitely provided the quality service Service King boasts.
I have nothing but good things to say about this repair center. From the time I stopped in to ask questions, to the time I came to pick up my car, it was great.Great communication. Great service. Great people. Great facility.If I ever have to have another collision repair, this is the place that will get my business.
Staff were nice. Slow progress but thats normal. My issue is quality. Paint job looked good but I see now wont hold up. My gas cap bumped the body and the entire paint came off. Not a scratch or a layer the entire paint!
They dont take correct pictures for estimation, this location doesnt have appointments, had to wait long and customer service is poor, they tell something and do something, dont go here
Service King did a great job getting my car back to me. Customer service is amazing. Everyone is very generous. They kept me up to date with my car. I didn’t have a rental so they sent an Uber to pick me up so I could get my car once it was ready. However, I had to return my vehicle the next day because it was not 100% fixed. They sent a tow right away. They fixed the problem and got it back to me before anticipated. I’m satisfied with the outcome.Thank you Service King.
I have chosen this location to have my car repaired after an accident.They are very professional with excellent service/communication. They had my car repaired ahead of time even.They did clean the car as well!I definitely recommend the shop and I would come back when needed.
After a car accident about 10 years ago, Service King handled the repairs for the front end on our car. It came with a lifetime warranty for paint touch ups. After some time, the paint started to wear off, but we held off on taking the car in to have it repainted because we couldnt afford the cost of the rental car. Over the past year or two, the front bumper paint was looking just terrible, so I decided to take the car in to them just to get an estimate for the work. Of course they could repaint for free since we had a lifetime warranty, but upon hearing that they would have to keep the car for 2 weeks, we were back to square one, the rental costs. So, guess what? They informed me they were going to cover the cost of the rental so we could get our car repainted. Now thats classy! I would recommend this place to anyone. You just dont experience that level of customer service very often these days.

Customer service is terrible. One person specifically. She answers the phones and is extremely rude with an unnecessary ego. Not only to me but other customers as well. Last week I heard someone else (maybe manager) telling her she needs to be nice, when she was dealing with someone that was complaining about something. Then today when I was simply checking the status of my vehicle, she had an attitude with me. I’m tired of people being rude. It sucks.

What should be a very stressful and agonizing experience was anything but in 2 recent experiences with SK. KELLER GIBSON is nothing less than that best vehicle service professional Ive ever dealt with. Ever communicative, always available (even before and after work hours!) and committed to high quality results. Very personable and informative in interactions with customers. Cant say enough about Keller. I understand SK is moving more in the direction of self-service technology and I hope they dont completely abandon the value of human touch to the detriment of consumers.
They did partial repairs promising to revert in a week for the remaining repairs and now they dont even pick up my calls

My vehicle was towed there. They did acceptable external repair but when I went to pick it up the engine light was on and I was told that it might be due to over sized tires, or I had not had proper maintenance. I had it towed elsewhere where they had failed to look into a totaled transmission, rear axle. After market head lights were improperly wired, without a fuse, not connected to fuse box and wires left directly on top of the alternator.
Somebody hit my car from the back; I took my car to this collision center. Rebecca did a incredible job of keeping me updated and following up the repairs. I would recommend her to all my friends; also they did a great job with the car-the paint was as good as new. Good service and great staff.

I went in last week after a wreck and was very distraught and Denice was beyond accommodating and sweet and calming in the situation. She reassured me that I would be taken care of and did not fail. Even though my insurance did not cover the costs of my car, Service King offered a complimentary tow to my place and made the experience a lot less stressful! Awesome staff that made me feel really comfortable. By mistake I left some personal items in the car but they were there when I picked up. Hopefully Ill never get into another accident but I I do Ill be coming back.
I ran over a tire someone left behind for me on the highway and my car took it hard, I had to file a claim and get the repairs done so I can keep working. I run a Pop-up Taco Kitchen and my customers know when they see my car that great tacos are waiting for them. I trusted Ruben and his team to get all of the issues resolved and be back on the road in my Taco Car (Her Name is Betty). Ruben kept me informed on parts and assembly during the whole process and my car is back and ready to hustle with me! Thank you Service King for doing what you say you will, it means a lot to me!

And even as there are additional concerns shortly after the return of my car, Keller has made it as smooth as can be, working with my wonky schedule to get it figured out. This place really puts the service in service king! I was very impressed with everyone’s kindness, continuous follow up, and great work! I had gotten in to an accident while visiting Dallas (live in Austin) and brought the car here. While geico refused to bring my car to me in Austin once it was ready, service king offered to bring my car to another service king in the Austin area for free once it was ready. They’re awesome :) I’ll def do business with them again.
This location is not good at all. Zero communication or customer service. They transferred my car to another location after it was supposedly done without calling me. Then get the car back and it still wasnt fixed. I had to call my insurance and I took it to another Service King location. The did not do a front end alignment and did not replace my TMP sensor on my tire that was replaced. Take your vehicle here at your own risk.

Appauled on so many levels. There should seriously be a negative star option. I’m going to say that the 4 and 5 star reviews were either paid, bribed or have a close connection to the company because this facility is not worthy of even ONE star! I keep my car in immaculate shape, more like pristine. One night I was driving and BAM I hit a pothole, a pothole so big I lost control of my car, hit the curb and message “Engine hot A/C off” came on while seeing smoke. I had to have it towed to my trustworthy mechanic and due to our insurance we were required to have my car towed to this place. My car was there for almost 3 weeks and all they did was put it on the lift and looked with their bare eyes and say that everything is fine. Adam told me the car was fine and the lights and issues were due to maintenance and not from the accident. Funny thing is....the day before I had my car in for routine maintenance by my trustworthy mechanic of almost a decade. So no Service King you’re wrong. The only thing they did was infest my car with rodents! I keep my car clean and have a trash can and everything. Yes I have kids but my stuff is NEVER thrown around like it was when my husband picked my car up to take it to Where we always go (at our own expense). After paying almost 1,000 to have repairs that SK should have done I get in my car and to my surprise my car was trashed. I had rodent droppings in my seats and on the floorboards along with items that were clearly gnawed by a rodent. I was on the verge of throwing up and refused to allow to put my sons car seat in the car. My husband took it to get detailed while I followed in the rental that I paid for because SK was too lazy to actually do a good job and fix what needed to be fixed.
After my new Kia Sedona was backed into by a dump truck Service King, especially Rueben Sanchez, could not have been nicer. They stayed in constant contact with emails or phone calls the entire month they were doing the repair. The two young ladies that answer the phone were also very friendly and informative. Overall a great experience!
Elizabeth at the front is probably the best person I have ever worked with. Her customer service is superb and she goes above and beyond for her customers.
Never take your car to service king especially the farmers branch location. They are terrible about keeping you informed about your vehicle. I had to call the cooperate office and file a complaint because Ruben gave false information about when my vehicle would be ready. Liers never deal with them again. Poor poor customer service - negative 5 stars -☆☆☆☆☆

Unacceptable service, for a company who calls itself Service King they reay suck at that. This is my second and final repair at this joke of a company. The first time they kept my sons vehicle for about two months. Communication is nonexistent and theres no ownership on their faults. This second repair is going on a week and a half and still no word from them. I have to be reaching out and theyre never available. Initially had it towed to the Mesquite location. It sat in their yard for 3 business days without anyone laying a hand on it. When I called the POC Gus, he said it was transferred to a BIGGER shop (without notifying me) that would be abe to get it out sooner. That was Wed of last week and today I called and spoke to my new SO CALLED POC who forgot she promised me to make this experience a memorable one, yet she was pointing me to another person. When I spoke with her, she promised she would find an answer when I call her, so much for that.. I expressed to both of these so called POCs that this was an urgent matter because we were going down to one vehicle. These people just give lip service, only kind of service Ive recieved so far. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Elizabeth, Gus, and Erick are only interested in wasting your time & money with excuses.. and not the experience or service.

Got my husbands jeep back in worse shape than when we took it in for repair. They transferred it to another location without even notifying him. All updates were from him calling. The only thing I can say is the rep was working on a Saturday and allowed him to pick up on weekend and after hours.
I was told from the very beginning what date my truck would be ready, and it was ready on that date. During that time Ruben would send text messages stating the progress, and they delivered it exactly at the time when they said it would be there.
