We first brought our Mercedes Benz to Complete Collision Auto & Body for a fender repair. The service and repair was fast, reliable at a reasonable price. Later, we had Cesar check the headlights on the Mercedes Benz because they kept going off and on. Cesar said it may be the wiring harness or bulbs or light housing. The price, he said was dependent on the problem and it could range from the low end of $225. to the high end of $1,800. Big difference! Anyway, we ask Cesar to see what caused the problem and let us know. It took Cesar about 4 or 5 days but he said he thought it was the light harness but could not guarantee that was the problem. We said go ahead and do testing...which he did. Cesar repaired the wiring harness at a good price. We were very fortunate because I am sure Cesar could have charged us much more for the repair...but he did not!The owner; Cesar, is so nice, professional, very experienced and the best part is...CESAR IS HONEST! I am sure we have all been taken by a few dishonest or shady repair people (I know I have). It really is a breath of fresh air to meet someone that is nice, professional and HONEST.I sincerely recommend Cesar and his company, Complete Collision Auto & Body Repair for any type of auto repair. I have a Land Rover which I am sure needs some tender love and care repair, and if Cesar says it needs repair...I will definitely have Cesar do the repair. I will NEVER go anywhere else for our exotic auto repairs.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CESAR AND HIS COMPANY COMPLETE COLLISION AUTO & BODY REPAIR.

Fixed my wifes AC, with a warranty. The compressor clutch quit working a few months later and they fixed it with no additional cost. When my moms car needed some work I sent her here also. These gentleman are great, they were honest and helpful.

Cesar,Did a fantastic representing on my behalf with my restored 2010 Crown Victoria undercover interceptor. The other persons insurance company wanted to total the çar and he pointed out how much I paid with value with the State of Texas on the sale tax.I had all of the car repainted and it is better than factory paint job that was failing. I had them custom out the body side door trim and they pulled off fantastic job.This body shop represents you against big insurance companies. If you are thinking about larger body shops that are approved by insurance companies. They will not be working for you but for the insurance company.

My car was taken in for paint repair from a previous mess up of another company. The repairs were great however they damaged my car again in the process. They tried to tell me that it was there when i dropped off my vehicle and they were not responsible for it. Eventually they settled to fix the damage at their cost. What really botherd me is them not taking responsibility and trying to tell me new damage right next to what they repaired was there when i brought it in. No matter what you are dropping your car off for walk the entire thing with an employee. They were going to try to cover it up by simply handing me the key when i went to pick it up. Double check everything before you drive off the lot.

I had got three online estimates for repair to my girlfriend’s beetle bug car. This store’s estimate was half of the other estimates so I figured it had to be a bait and switch. But it wasn’t . To my amazement this shop stuck to their great low cost estimate. Though when I drove off I noticed there was a bad rubbing noise especially when turning so I had to bring it back and leave it with them a few more days and they did the extra needed work without ever trying to make excuses to upcharge me extra for the initial unforeseen damage issues. They stuck to their original price estimate through the entire process. Can only say they stick to their word and no upcharge games like some places. Highly recommend.

Brought my 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit here for body work after a crash and Cesar worked with me on the price since it was out of pocket. Their prices were really good compared to other collision places. Though other collision places told me not to bring to them I still did mostly because Cesar seemed trustworthy and I like to think I have a good instinct when it comes to detecting BS. When I picked it up the AC compressor had failed and it was missing a grill due to the part not arriving on time. They say they will fix it though and are giving me a loaner when I drop it off for further repairs. Will update review once everything is completed and working correctly. Hoping to give these guys five stars!**Update: Ben the owner is a quality, high-integrity guy and fixed the issue I was having as an originally unsatisfied customer with a phone call and a refund on my additional AC fix payment. Consequently, I am changing my review 3 star to five stars. I would highly recommend this place now as its really hard to find a trustworthy body shop/mechanic. I will definitely return as satisfied customer now. As long as Ben is the owner and this place doesnt change hands, I would highly encourage anyone to take their body work here.

OT and Ben have been helpful. They did a fair job for my car and delivered on time. Even cleaned my cars single headlight as a compliment which is good. Rating is reduced because they missed to clean the mess they did while working, I noticed after delivery. Definitely they can do better.After 5 months I found that they did not paint using base and just covered with a single layer. Reduced rating to 2 star.

First I want to start off by saying Ben the shop manger and his team are miracle workers, Seriously! After a month in half of going back and forth with another motor vehicles insurance, due to them being at fault, I was stressed out of my mind. Ben assured me him and his team would do their very best to get me back on the road as soon as possible. The whole experience was seamless from the initial quote visit where Ben walked me through step by step of the repair process, to following up with me to give me a update on my vehicle status’s, to picking up my car. These guys work diligently and in a timely manner very professional! My car looked brand new, paint job was awesome, they even took the time to wash and vacuum my car. Excellent Job time and time again.

Debated between 2-3 stars. The end result is a fixed car that has good, solid repairs.However, the service my wife and I received was below average. The owner is very polite, but the people we worked with showed up 40 minutes late when we attempted to drop off the vehicle, and they did not have a rental ready as promised. When picking up the vehicle, they had lost the keys for ~20 minutes and could not find them, while they should have been hung with the other keys. The repairs were good, and were completed in the estimated/stated time, and the cost of the repairs were never changed or lied about.

Been in Complete Collision 3 times for the last 2 years ( one for body work and 2 other visits for mechanical repairs). these people beat all estimates from other shops. they even saved me hundreds od $$ from buying parts that were still in good shape (other mechanics shops included them in their estimates).when it comes to honesty, pricing and service, Complete Collision went far and beyond my expectations.

I was helped by Benji, who walked me through several different pricing options for fixing my bumper.There was a bit of a mix up when I brought my car in (I got the quote on Friday, brought in my car on Monday) and they did $300 more work than I had wanted. After talking with them for less than ten minutes, I was able to get almost a full refund on that $300 (meaning I only paid a little more than the original price).Im only giving 4 stars because there wasnt much communication during the week from MAACO, including when the repair took two extra days, but yet they were still so willing to work with me to pay the price Id been expecting.

Have been taking my vehicles here for almost 2 years, and will continue to go back weather its a minor ding or a major collision. Honest and reputable. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else, and I highly recommend!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO GET FIXED. Unless you want to get your car fixed for cheap. And you will get cheap and lazy labor!After repairs the paint was not blended and had bubbles from paint &/or bondo, overspray on the INSIDE of my vehicle, obviously damaged pieces (not new) from the wreck were put back on my vehicle, stains on my rear seat from wet sanding, and some damages were not fixed. Rear back up camera and courtesy lights not hooked back up. Antenna not put back vehicle. Multiple issues with this repair...I called my insurance company and complained, I took it back and they did a worse job!!! More overspray in my bed, paint is not smooth, its very wavy, paint ALL over my door seals. And still did not correct everything that i pointed out.Im taking it to another shop to get it fixed. They quoted an additional $1800 in repairs after taking it to complete collision twice!

I get compliments everyday @ how awesome my 2001 dodge ram pickup looks !! :-) the paint is almost 3 years old & it still looks like a brand new paint job @!! I bring my car for an esstimete... i was charged for storage fees which i was not told about and had no reason to leave it there.. they simply could say to pick up the car or else!...when i picked it up charges was almost $500...but fine i went and payed...when i pick it up i noticed nothing is in its place..portable dvd is missing along with Bose headphones..some cheep sunglasses i had..a swiss army flashlight..waterproof camera that i took pics and videos of my kids in Florida..priceless..im missing the footage..not so much the camera but those moments we had..im single dad and this means world to me..also i had Swiss army mans solder bag was stolen as well...no one wanted even to listen or take any responsibility..!
