I’ve never gone to a dealership and actually felt bullied. Dianne was nice to us on the phone and while we looked at the car. We talked prices and it wasn’t working out for us. We asked if there was anything the dealership could do for us (negotiate) she said no and thats a promise. We told her thank you so much for letting us look at it and stood up to leave. Dianne said “seriously just because we won’t negotiate” we explained if the price isn’t right for us and it won’t budge, then yes that is why, and we will keep looking. She started yelling at us that we will never find anything better and she has worked with people smarter then us. With so much attitude she kept mentioning how she has sold so many $150,000 cars. We just kept telling her we don’t agree with the price. She yelled fine and stood up and stormed off. We walked toward the entrance and everyone was staring at us. Now, we are on our way home and she keeps trying to call us, can she not take no for an answer? Very two faced! Just be aware!
I had a great experience buying a pre-owned vehicle through Mercedes-Benz of Farmington. I worked with April Raymond through the entire process and she was a joy to work with. She was very attentive and made the whole experience easy. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and she took videos throughout the process and kept me up to speed as if I was right there. Many kudos to her and the financing department for getting my deal done at a great price and interest rate. The only small issues I had were that the vehicle battery was not charged and I had to buy a battery charger after the car was delivered because it wouldnt start. Also, the fluids under the hood were not topped off either. The full tank of gas was well appreciated though! Overall, I would not hesitate to purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Farmington again. Highly recommended team! Ask for April!
When I tell you guys this dealership went above and beyond to keep me updated and made sure to offer some extra things for the inconvenience. That’s excellent customer service! Purchased a AMG A35 from here and had it shipped to New Jersey. It took a while due to a part being on back order that needed to be replaced but both Hosein and Ramona took that extra step to make sure I was satisfied. My first Mercedes ever coming from Honda and I have to say I’m glad I chose Mercedes over BMW. Thank you so much
Mercedes-Benz is a great dealership! Matt especially was super kind very helpful with my car search. They didnt pressure me to buy that day but they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision as well as giving me complete sales price so I knew exactly how much Id be paying for my vehicle. They also helped with my loan authorization and made sure I knew of all my payment and interest options and additional add on for the loan. We even have brought the car back for them to take a look at a couple things I saw and they were quick to take a look and ease any concern I had even though I had no appointment. I absolutely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a vehicle! Everyone at the dealership was incredibly kind and invested in making sure I was making the best decision for me.

I had been searching for the right, new-to-me car for a few months. In the absence of local cars that checked the boxes on my wants list, I found myself searching nationally for the right car. One evening when conducting my daily inventory search I ran across a car at Mercedes-Benz of Farmington. After confirming that the car checked all the boxes, I reached out to the store to learn more about the car.Early the next morning I was greeted with a friendly hello from Dianne Burnham, followed up shortly by two walkaround videos of the car and a bunch of other comprehensive vehicle information. Given I live in Minneapolis, I was not able to vet the car in-person, and Dianne did a great job showing me the car virtually. All of my follow up requests were answered promptly and in an a very information-rich manner. I soon determined that this car was the one and initiated the purchase process...all from the comfort of home, some 1,200 miles away.Dianne and team made it incredible easy to facilitate the purchase remotely. The process of getting payment details, finance approval, signing the paperwork and coordinating shipping absolutely was seamless. Perhaps the easiest Ive encountered (and Ive purchased my fair share of vehicles). The hardest part was waiting for the car to arrive. But when it did, I was pleasantly surprised. I was so impressed working with Cortnee from the moment I met her. She was cheerful and had lots of information but was not pushy. She even had experience in the service department and that was very helpful. She explained how she would help me from the start to finish of my process. I love this sales model, it made me feel very comfortable. She responded quickly with any questions that I had about vehicles that were available. When she discovered the car I wanted to drive had a deposit made on it until another customer came to test drive it, she let me know immediately. I was then able to test drive another vehicle that was the same model so that I could see how I liked it. That test drive sold me on the model of that Mercedes so when the first car was still available I went immediately to drive it. She worked with the different schedule for myself and my husband and by the end of that day I fell in love with the car.Going through the rest of the sales process with the same person and knowing that the price wouldn’t change except for taxes and registration was wonderful. A while ago I posted that the service and treatment of customers was not what you think. I am a new owner. I am financed by MBF. I always thought that being a MB owner was a bench mark in my quality of life. When I was in the process of purchasing my GLS 450 I felt I was joining a family, an institution that would most defiantly look out for me. I do my part and Mercedes Benz would do theirs. That’s why at the beginning of this unbelievable story I wrote “it’s not what you think”. You get what you pay for. When you purchase a higher end quality product you get better quality, but only that according to my Dealership. I am buying into services that are above the standard, and a reputation for that has a flawless or nearly flawless record for excellence.I had the opportunity to test that theory recently, and when you hear the rest of my story. I have no doubt you will be just as disappointed as I. I promise you the series of events that started just 9 days after my purchase will seem unbelievable. You will no doubtably ask your self “ this is at MB?”. Some of my good friends to whom I bragged to about needing to consider Merced as their next purchase were very surprised at the level of unacceptable encounter and issues I was submitted to. Had some issues connecting the media/Android Auto in a truck and he sat there with me for a half hour working through the issue until it was resolved. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of effort or customer care today. I contacted the Service Dept and spoke with Sally. Our car alarm would not reset after following all the owner’s manual instructions. Our car was disabled. I asked if a technician was available to walk me through the steps. She immediately indicated that no one could assist me - she did connect me to Mercedes Customer Care.Dahlia from Customer Care tried to contact your service department but no one answered. After 10 minutes with no answer she connected me with a technician from Mercedes of Salt Lake City.In under 1 minute he resolved our problem by telling us we just needed to disconnect the battery for 30 minutes and it would reset. We did - it worked - and we were back on the road. This was the type of service I would expect and am very appreciative of being a Mercedes owner.
Sales process was great! We went in at the end of the day so they said the car would be ready to pick up in the morning. When we went to pick it up it was pretty windy and cold so we signed everything and went on our way. When we got home we realized they never detailed the van from the dealer. The manager offered to fix the problem and when we picked it up this morning this was their fix. Weve bought cars before and I couldnt imagine feeling good about selling a car in this condition. Offering to make it right and have it still look like this.

The best part of going to Mercedes-Benz of Farmington is you know when you walk in you’re going to get great service. I worked with Christian and Chris and they were both amazing to work with. They both were straight shooters and really seemed like they wanted to help you get a car.Another great thing about the car buying experience is it didn’t seem like the typical greasy salesman trying to give you the run around to make a couple extra bucks. Ive been buying cars for over 30 years, the vast majority of them were purchased through car dealers both new and used. Of all the dealerships Ive dealt with, Mercedes Benz Farmington was by far the most courteous and professional.I was in search of a very specific Mercedes Benz model. Due to supply chain issues and world-wide chip shortages, inventory was (and still is) extremely limited across dealerships nationwide. At the time I was searching for my car, MB Farmington was one of only 2 dealerships in the country that had the exact vehicle I wanted in my color choice (Magno Diamond White). I immediately reached out to them that same evening I spotted the car posted on Autotrader. I promptly received an email back from their sales department assuring me that a sales rep would reach out to me and answer all of my questions. I was put in touch with Rachel, who put my mind at ease by letting me know that while the car still hadnt sold, it was not yet in their possession. She explained it was not actually on their lot, but was at the German VPC ready to ship to SoCal, and this process would take 6-8 weeks before I could take delivery. She highly recommended I lock in the car with a nominal deposit for the above reasons. I agreed, and put down my deposit that same day. She assured me Id have first dibs on the car when it arrived at their dealership. This also meant it would not be shown to other customers, nor would anyone be allowed to test drive it.Upon leaving the deposit, Nick the GM of MB Farmington reached out to me via email, thanking and congratulating me for securing the vehicle.Throughout the course of the next several weeks, Rachel provided regular updates on the shipping and logistical status of my car. When it arrived (in the time frame Rachel said it would), we started the paperwork process. This was done remotely and via Facetime as I was an out of state buyer. Rachel was very efficient and not pushy whatsoever on selling me any dealer add-ons, although she does make a great non-pressure sales pitch and I did opt for a few dealer options at a very reasonable price.More importantly, MB Farmington honored the agreed upon price that I was quoted when I put down my deposit. Many other competing dealerships around the country were charging thousands of dollars over MSRP due to market conditions and the strong rumors that MB was cancelling almost all V8 sales in the USA for MY2022. Those rumors proved to be true just a few days after I closed the deal on my car so Im extremely grateful I secured one of the final AMG V8s ever.My car arrived without so much as a scratch on it, as expected it was quite dusty after the trip half way across the country on the carrier, but nothing a good hand wash couldnt rinse away. I could not be more pleased with the car and the smoothness of the overall transaction.Lastly, I just wanted to say that while MB Farmington scores highly in my book as far as being the best dealership Ive ever dealt with, Rachel was an absolute rock star who made it all happen. So naturally, she is hands down the best sales rep Ive encountered in my 30+ years of car buying.5 BIG STARS for Rachel and Mercedes Benz Farmington for knocking it out of the park!

Actually wrote a glowing review after purchasing my car here because that was a pleasant experience. Once I went in for my “free” oil change, that experience wasn’t so pleasant.I’ll start here, I bought an older used vehicle, something more prone to issues so you are trusting that the dealer has used their expertise to do the proper due diligence to assure the risk of the older vehicle is not greater than the benefits financially for the buyer. It’s an overly optimistic outlook I know.First oil change was free, so after 8k miles and 2 months, I brought it in. They changed my oil, then told me I had an “urgent” issue (Oil pan gasket) that needed to be replaced, for $2200.My first issue is here, let’s say this was legitimate. The average MAX cost for this service on my vehicle is $1200-1300 and that includes labor. It’s about 10 hours of work with $150 in parts. If they’re charging $2200 then a little math says their mechanics make over 400k a year... I bet they wish they made that much.My second issue is probably the bigger one that prospective clients should be aware of. If this was actually urgent, and existed less than 2 months after purchase on a part that would be caught almost immediately upon their inspection of the car, this means that they had willingly NOT disclosed or fixed this issue before selling knowing full well I would come for my only change and they would try to pull this not so slick move.They probably don’t care because I didn’t buy one of their $95k new Mercedes but if this is a sign of how they value their customer base, I wouldn’t want to buy a new car from them anyways.

2017 C300 Coupe purchased new Aug 2018. Ran an unauthorized credit on my social and retracted it after threat of a law suit. Left for service on 06/04/21 At a base rate of $500 $. Emailed me and asked me to review and approve additional work needed on my car. No live talk with service, many attempts to talk with service left me unanswered questions and a divorce from from any face to face Q&A. They are truly not representing of the machines they sell.

Worst CPO purchase experience I have ever had. I expected better from a Mercedes dealership. I bought a CPO G-Class in March and was promised the car would be delivered to me with two keys and an owners manual. When the car arrived there was only one key and no owners manual. After I brought up the issue they mailed me a key, but it was not to my car. I let them know that if I was not clear I did want a key that worked in my car, not just any Mercedes key. Over three months later and after threatening to contact MBUSA a brand new key shows up along with a CD that includes a PDF of the instructions for the infotainment system. The cut blade key fits my car door, but the remote does nothing. The ignition does not recognize that theres a key plugged in. No instructions included to tell me what needs to be done. Nothing. This all on top of delivering to me a car that still had candy wrappers and about 1,000 sunflower seeds in the back seat. All they did was run the car through their automated car wash and wipe every surface of the interior that could be seen with armor all. While having it serviced this week at my local Mercedes dealer they pulled the history and found that there were services that were not done that were due prior to when the car was certified (spark plugs were due at 40k, I bought at 44k) so I got to cover the cost of those today. I love the car, but I would recommend avoiding this dealer at least on CPO purchases, especially if you are not a local customer.
I unfortunately didnt get the vehicle before it was sold but my experience with the salesman Christian was amazing and I highly recommend this dealership! Transparency was super important to me and they were very upfront and honest! Thanks guys!

My wife has a 2008 ML 350 and we have used the Farmington Dealership for multiple service checks and repairs. Every time it has been a week long ordeal with VERY little communication from them. Never had an opportunity for a loaner vehicle when we were out a vehicle for an entire business week. This last time we had authorized expedited shipping on parts for service work which arrived on a Wednesday morning - Friday late afternoon we still dont have a vehicle. We have made multiple calls trying to get an update as we are trying to head out of town on a family vacation and after multiple calls with requests for a return call with updates we received a text message: Sorry for the delay. We ran into some very unexpected trouble getting the parts back in and programmed. We should be finished shortly.Never taking my business back. There are plenty of other Benz Dealers and shops I would gladly drive out of the way to to avoid dealing with the service and repair shop of the Farmington Dealer.
We bought a beautiful GLS 580 from this dealership in March and I was delighted. 2 1/2 months later, my husband drove my car from Utah to Las Vegas and, on Las Vegas boulevard, gas randomly started gushing from the car. Las Vegas Blvd. is always busy, so my husband had no idea until several drivers left their cars to knock on his window and tell him what was happening to his car, then everyone backed away as much as possible because it was such a dangerous situation. My husband was able to get off the boulevard and into a vacant parking lot off the strip. The car was towed to the Mercedes dealership there, where it spent 2 weeks getting fixed. My husband ended up buying a last minute ticket home to Utah for $500 and he contacted Farmington Mercedes to ask them to have it shipped back.Kolby at the dealership said they would arrange it to come back and said it would be a few days. 11 days later, the car finally arrived in Utah, just as we left on a vacation. I texted Kolby, asking the dealership to please look over the car and make sure it was sound to drive, but he never responded.When we returned from our vacation, I contacted Mercedes through the message system online and wrote that we were upset that the car had the dangerous problem and that it took so long to send the car back to Utah when we were told it would be a few days. The manager called my husband and left a voicemail that it wasn’t their fault that the car broke.When I went to pick up my car, the manager, Nick, wanted to speak with me and he came out, angry at my message. He said that they didn’t have to have the car shipped back from Vegas and it wasn’t their fault my brand new car that they sold me had a gas leak. I said, “Who sold us the car?” He said, “We did. But we don’t build them, we just sell them. We should get more credit for being willing to ship the car back to Utah.”During this conversation, I could tell he was so angry that I would even question them. I suddenly realized that once this dealership sells you a car, they don’t take responsibility for the safety of the vehicle. That’s the message I heard.WHAT I WISH I HEARD:*CONCERN: I’m so sorry that the car leaked gas and put your life in danger, are you okay?Not even once did they express any concern that my husband’s life was in danger.*KINDNESS: What can we do to make it up to you?The manager said they didn’t have to have the car shipped back and he seemed very angry that we even questioned them.*RESPONSIBILITY: We sold you this car and we are willing to take responsibility for what happened with it.The only responsibility they took was shipping the car back to Utah.*COMMUNICATION: It will be ___ many days to get the car back to Utah.If we had known it would take another 11 days to get my car back, we would have made other arrangements.I can’t tell you how disappointed my husband and I are about this entire situation. You pay $130,000 for a brand new car and you expect it to run well, run safe and, if something does go wrong, that the dealership will show kindness and responsibility. We bought 3 new Mercedes from this dealership in the past year, but because of how they dealt with the danger to my husband from the car they sold us, we will not be buying a car from this dealership again. We will find a dealership that cares about the lives of its customers.
I had a great experience there in the purchased process, I bought a Ram used truck not a Mercedes Benz vehicle, I have sales experience I did work in3 different dealers here in Davis co. Found the truck on cars.com doing my research fall in love with the pictures and all the specs on the truck online but it took me few time to actually make an appointment for a test drive, because my sales background I was almost sure this dealer could be a nightmare, but I was wrong.... I had purchase/lease 5 Hondas from the same dealer and same sales rep because I worked at that dealer and with him so we are friends and always trusted them, this dealer is no pressure and very pleasant to earn your business ... very different on the training I received at the first dealership when wanted to learn to sell cars....

This specific branch of Mercedes I really dislike their service department. Every time they don’t get the job done without coming back, I’ve been back and forth a few times. They don’t care about their client, no wonder they have such a small rating in yelp! I am just stubborn to have Mercedes my husband is totally against it! If you are planning to get one not on this branch is Headache!!! I gave them 1 star because for the car wash.
Getting my car serviced here now over two years. My service writer Donald is exceptionally great. He is very knowledgeable, honest and welcoming. They know the business.

We had an excellent experience here. Diane was very patient in presenting options for vehicles. The floor manager was very well informed on his inventory and suggested a slightly older car we had not considered. In the end we chose a Mercedes 2017 GLE 350 with very low miles. It was within our budget and looks brand new. So far we are very happy with the car and it’s wide range of safety features and were pleasantly surprised that the cost of insuring the vehicle was extremely reasonable.Would highly recommend this low pressure dealership.

I used to hate buying at dealerships. Mercedes-Benz of Farmington has totally changed my mind. They are extremely knowledgeable. Client oriented. NEVER tried to push a vehicle I wasnt interested in. Matt Clay the salesman was exceptional. He went above and beyond to find the truck we wanted. Its a whole new experience in buying a car. Everything upfront, no haggling. Just fair upfront purchase and sale. Will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

Ramona was the absolute best associate to purchase from. Absolutely zero pressure what so ever!! She was more than happy to discuss our particular situation and multiple vehicle choices, as well as showing me almost every vehicle in their inventory to assist in finding the vehicle which was perfect for us. I am not the most refined individual, and after being treated as such in another local dealership, I was expecting similar mentalities at MB of Farmington, however it was the complete opposite. The service team there is absolutely fantastic. Donald, in the front office does an amazing job with setting expectations as well as communication on what is taking place with your car when it’s in the shop. He is quick in responding to questions and if he doesn’t know the answer he finds it out right away. While there are multiple places that work on Mercedes in the area, the level of service I receive is why this is the only place I’ll take my car. Thanks Donald and team!
