I was told that my tire would be looked at while I was getting my oil changed by the tire guy. After I got my car they said they looked at my tire nothing was wrong but I had specifically expressed my tire kept running out of air. Nothing they found nothing. I then took it over to tread works where it took them less than an hour to remove a nail and path the whole in my tire. I was very disappointed that when I spend a lot of money on my car from this dealer ship they can’t even find the problem and them just skim over it. The service could have been a lot more attentive.

We waited 3 hrs for a oil change every one was nice, Im on oxygen and I ran out. The person told me 45 minutes. I appreciate the free oil change, and our but u need to hire more ppl. I live hr away from there but yikes three hrs. Not right

I always have an issue when I come here the first time I took my vehicle in for a service appointment at 7am they didn’t get to my vehicle later in the day and I had waited in the lobby the whole entire day until closing with no input about the issues with my vehicle or how long it’s gonna take. Today 4/1/21 1pm I took my vehicle in to find out the issue with my vehicle I had 4 people ahead of me and I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they can’t get to me because they were closing at 6pm with that said there was like already 6 people behind me waiting but nobody told them that they couldn’t get to them because they were closing at 6pm and that there is 4 people ahead of them. This place doesn’t make any sense.

I spent years owning a Chevy and spent way too much time in the service department. I drive a Ram 1500 and finally bought my wife our Ford from Carol last year. I honestly havent spent very much time in the Ram or Ford service department but with my recent visit to Ziems Im convinced that my next pickup will be an F150. Great service and they do much better than the local GM dealerships and way better than the RAM dealership. Thanks guys! Every interaction with your dealership has been superb!

I also like that the service department is very proactive in listening to any concerns I may have and correcting any issues I have in a prompt and courteous manor. July 2020 - we developed a slow fluid leak in our truck while towing a trailer. We were staying at an RV park 2 hours away. We called and got an appointment for the truck. Our service advisor Sherry was very good to work with - very friendly and open. Unfortunately it was a part that rarely fails (lucky us) and they had to order the part. The part was received and installed in the time frame Sherry told us it would be. Very satisfied with the service we received.

We purchased a half ton 4x4 crew cab years ago here. Great sales people. We looked and test drove through out the week with them and drove one home on a Saturday morning. They didnt push or haggle. They worked with us, since my wife and I are both employed the only time we had was at the end of the workday. Very nice place too. Thanks to all. The sales manager was great too. The outcome was not good at all. We brought in the vehicle. It was running and we didnt have any problems starting it. The technician took a look at the problem and gave us a very high estimate. After he put it back together, we were told it wouldnt start.! It was running when we brought it in. Then suddenly, it wouldnt start. We think they fried the PCM when they were checking to see what the problem really was. Money dont grow on trees. We had to leave it there for the meantime until we can tow it back about 60 miles. Its really messed up. We shouldve never had to take it back in. We decided to fix it ourselves and buy the parts. Their labor is too expensive as all dealers are.

The Google map directions take you to an out of the way side entrance, but I was able to drive around to the parts entrance. Beautiful lobby, quick service at the parts department, picked up my special order touch up paint.

I have been buying vehicles from zeims since 2001, never had any problems with them.i just traded in my 2016 escape for a 2020 ford ranger xlt and i love it, mariah kirkpatrick was wonderful.... this was my 4th ranger from then the last one was a 2011. zeims is the only dealership(unless the others changed) that gives you a loaner if you vehicle needs to be in the shop..one of these days i will actually keep one long enought to reach 100 miles xd

I took my work truck in for a safety recall and left with a $128 bill after they ran my fuel out and charged the account for a diagnosis and the fuel added when they vapor locked the fuel line. The “advisor” assigned to my truck was a real piece of work, too. I’m just glad this was on my company’s dime and not mine. I would never take my personal F150 to this place for fear of what they might do. I would never buy a vehicle from here either from the stories I’ve heard. Save your self a headache and SERIOUS money and just go somewhere else. Bottom line, These people are CROOKS and this first hand experience confirms every horror story about Ziems I’ve ever heard/read.

Always first class service at Ziems Ford. I received a recall notice about a steering wheel bolt on our Fusion in the mail yesterday. I called the service desk at Ziems and Justin explain to me that it would only take a short while to fix it and told me what hours to come by at my convenience. I went out this afternoon and just as he said it only took a short while and they also checked both of my vehicles for pending recalls. None to report. I would recommend Ziems to anyone especially on the basis of service.

Amazing for repair.Pulled in at 4:30 Monday with a leaking valve cover gasket, oil filling the spark plug wells in the 14 Expedition.By 5:30 it was in a bay being worked on. Thought in house customer ready to buy would trump over a person who did not show on Saturday as he stated. A phone customer not showing up on Saturday and stating he will be in later is NOT customer service. Is this profiling due to my skin color. Traveling out of state and reading reviews of superb service is totally False. I rarely leave negative reviews but today after being called Saturday evening and told it is up for sale and I stated I would be in at 800 AM on Monday. I arrived as stated on Monday morning and told my manager that oh, another customer who didnt show up on Saturday said he will come in later and purchase SUV, but we can call you later if he doesnt show up. (June 24, 2019). Carol, I bought my SUV at Advantage Dodge of Farmington, they provided Great Customer Service & Satisfaction. I paid a higher price but so happy this company took my $.

I have been to this establishment 3 times. Each time I have been there we couldnt find anyone to help us. Although they have nice vehicles Im not too sure how good their staff is. 2 of the 3 times we ended up buying at Auto Max. And this is all in the last year and a half, last time was last week. I understand that People have bad days, thats why I tried them again and again.. But I now think Im done.
