One of the better Gamestops in the area. More space and better selection. Staff is always friendly and asks if I need any help finding anything. Some stores around the area dont have service as good as this location. Handicap parking available directly in front of the storefront.

The workers are extremely helpful. Within seconds of me walking in they help me find exactly what I need and recommend things that I didnt know I wanted lol. They have the best action figures and collectables at very reasonable prices. They always have items I want on clearance as well. Their reward program is awesome. I am a frequent shopper so not only to I get the reward membership prices but if I spend so much money I get coupons linked to my number so I almost always have a 5, 10, or 15 dollar off coupon linked to my number.

Just your run of the mill gamestop, the employees are always nice, the store itself should have 5 stars for what it is but gamestop itself has fallen off the top tier game store so it will earn a four star review. If you need a game and dont want to travel or wait for shipping I would still check out this gamestop.

Great location! Its a little small, but the staff is super friendly and helpful. Bought my (used) PS4 from here years ago and its still running today.

Erica is absolutely THE BEST!!! I had purchased a PS4 Pro ONLINE w/ several games & was supposed to be picked up & delivered by UPS a WEEK ago, they NEVER picked up the package and was totally & completely unwilling to take responsibility for the lack of professionalism & customer service! Erica stepped up on multiple occasions and showed above & beyond GameStops is willing to go for its Die-Hard customers who choose them over Big-Box Retailers!

Great customer service. Was informed of a deal that when I went to pay wasnt valid. The cashier honored the deal anyways. Very informative to new and old gamers alike.

Its always a good time when you are getting games for yourself and/or your family. They have pretty knowledge staff to keep you in the now with no matter your level of game savviness. Great family atmosphere and fun as well!

Excellent Customer ServiceMom of two elementary aged children, very little video game knowledge here. I have had great experiences at the Fenton store. Erica is so kind & patient, addressing all my parent questions & concerns while cheerfully responding to my overexcited kids interruptions! She worked hard to get us the best deals & find the best devices/games for my kids interests and abilities. Other employees have been awesome too--one employee let us in five minutes early when he saw us check the door because he said it was too cold to wait outside. This kind of help is why we return here instead of Amazon or Walmart.

I love this Gamestop location. The staff is very knowledgeable about a variety of games and consoles. They make excellent suggestions based off titles you may be interested in. I also dont know why people knock their circle of life program. I love taking my old beaten games back and walking away with several new games.

Incredibly friendly staff. I had ordered something online and drove to this store for the in store pickup. I was picking up a statue that was on clearance and the lady behind the counter pointed out others that were also on store and places to check for future deals.

I have been coming to this GameStop since i was a little kid and not once have i ever had a problem. They always have the friendliest staff that are always willing to help. The employees are always knowledgeable which makes shopping there a whole lot easier. Needless to say, i wont ever need to go anywhere else for my video game needs!

Awesome store and an even better staff. They allowed the dog inside and even showed her lots of love. They were very helpful in locating what I was after (it was a black Friday sale item, and they even held it for me) I have a game stop literally 8 minutes from my house, and Ive already decided Ill be returning to this one for all of my business going forward. They customer focus is worth this the extra drive time.

Was told the would have classic nes this morning and to get here around 5 or 6 so we did. Then at 845 the guy comes out, doesnt say a word, and puts a note on the door that the location has none. Not to mention the temperature right now as I type this is 7 degrees.

Super friendly and informative staff!! They did a good job helping me out with getting my pre-order, setting up a new pre-order and making sure I saved money on my next purchase! Staff issues can cause a lot of problems especially when a location has a big turn around with poor staff stepping in. My current interaction went very well and I am glad I can be helped and not harassed each time I visit this location! Thanks again :-)

Great place to find some games. Employees always willing to relate and give info. Naturally they will push pre orders, and buying insurance. However this is what theyre told to do, so no really their fault. Ive bought alot from them over the years.

Called asking for a long shot piece of hardware that I was pretty sure they didnt have. The lady who answered the phone sounded like a spawn of hell. She answered and I couldnt understand her because of her uncaring and angered facade. I asked about the product I was searching for and she treated me as if I was a 5 year old. She acted as if I should have known they did not have it and that I was bothering her for even calling with possible business. I am an IT major and I know what good service is. Too bad GameStop is never hiring, because if they hired me I would actually show a shred of care about the business.
