Had a phone screen replaced here 2 weeks ago for around $140. Worked fine for a couple days then would just go crazy and open and close apps on its own. Tried adjusting screen sensitivity and resetting phone but that did not help. Took the phone back and spoke to the guy that replaced the screen, he said “maybe you drop? I don’t know”. The phone was working fine before he replaced the screen. He said without a receipt he could go nothing but if I come back tomorrow, he would look it it for $59.95 and see if he could fix it. I would save your money And go to a reputable place of business for phone repair. These guys are very shady con artist who do not stand behind their work.

Got screen fixed on my iPhone 8 Plus and than I got my battery fix. Almost 2 months in my screen in the right Conor is going black. Now I get told that the person who put my battery in may have pinched a wire. But now they r trying to charger me 70 when I was told 30 cuz they can’t find me in the system at all and that they got a new one. So now it’s on them that my screen is messed up and they don’t want to do nothing about it besides charge me 70 for a screen. Really really rude people

Replaced front & back of our badly damaged iPhone 8. Looks like new and they did it quickly (dropped it off right before closing & it was done soon after they opened next day). Price was reasonable too.

Under an hour to fix an ipad 6 generation screen, price was reasonable as well as the convenience of being able to walk around while it was being fixed.

The price point came in $35 cheaper than all of the other places I called for replacing my screen. The kiosk was a little tough to find, but he was very nice and got it done in 10 minutes. The guy was awesome and the repair went very well. My phone is good as new thanks to them. I highly recommend them for phone repair. Thank you!

Would not recommend to my worst enemy, EXTREMELY shady! I never write reviews, but this is by far the worst customer service experience Ive ever received. When my phone was dropped off at the kiosk, it worked perfectly fine. I dropped it off for a cracked screen repair. The screen had been cracked for months, it wasnt the end of the world. The phone worked fine. An hour later when I picked up my phone, it was at one percent (70 something percent when I dropped it off). I get to my car, the phone will not charge and it continues to turn off and restart. I take my phone back, they continue to say they need to talk to their manager (who they text). The manager told them it needed to be repaired at a different location, to leave the phone and we would have it back the following day by noon. Following day comes around and my phone is still not ready! They proceed to tell me that it has to be shipped somewhere else to get a part and that its going to cost me $150! naturally I refuse, they now need to talk to the owner, who they have never called! I continued to ask them to stop texting the owner and to please call them. they refused. I asked for the phone numbers myself, which were really hard to get. I have called the numbers given to me so many times and nobody has ever answered, not to mention its a google phone. They shipped my phone out. it was suppose to be out for 5 days... were on day 10 now and I still do not have my phone, no clue where it is, and can not get a hold of someone who runs this business.

Called about a screen replacement on my Google Pixel 3. On the phone I was quoted $85. When I arrived the next day to do a down payment for the ordered part I was told $200 for the same repair. Dishonest business practices say all I need to know about this place. Thanks for doing me a favor and making me realize how you operate before I trusted you with my phone.

Very poor customer service. The bank had to refund money because they wouldn’t after not being able to perform the service BUT they took the money. “The boss was out of town” for a month was the excuse for not being able to produce a refund. Definitely a company who doesn’t know what servicing the customer actually means. Stay away from this company!!”

Paid $130 to have my shattered screen replaced and they did a great job until about a month after, the new screen began popping out of the frame to the point I could see inside of my phone and the image on my screen was blurry and had lines all through it. I took it back and received very poor customer service and was told I would be charged an extra $40 for them to fix their own mistake, and even then, there was no guarantee that my phone would be fixed. Going here was a waste of money considering I now have to pay another few hundred dollars for a brand new phone.

Had battery replaced along with charging port. Phone worked good after I left... later that night my phone kept resetting... I did a hard restart and it helped for a little bit. Phone kept restarting every time I tried something... installed all updates, didnt help... ended up having to buy a new phone since Im on call 24/7 and needed reliable cell service

Absolute 100% scam artists, charged my credit card 3 times and will not address the issue. Avoid these crooks at all costs, phones can be repaired at Apple for the same or less without these bozos stealing money from you. Review your credit card statement if you have been to this sham business in the Florence Mall.
