I went and purchased an IPhone from this place for $300. Got in the car and it takes from Florence store to Florence Airport to even have enough charge to come on. We figure the battery is just really dead, give it to Marion to check the charge, 5% charge. Giving the people the benefit of the doubt, maybe its the charging cord, we have one at home, NOPE! Realized at home charging port is loose, battery is not new like I was made to believe, the phone will absolutely not get over 50% and the children running the place have a terrible attitude about wanting to offer a replacement. Say that I must have to pay to have the phone repaired.....I just gave you $300 yesterday for a phone that clearly wasnt what it was made out to believe. You are honestly better off paying a stranger on Facebook marketplace than you are to these people, whom you think its a reputable business. They are absolutely not and if you read their answer backs about their company on here, it is exactly how nasty they are in real life too. They say this one little review wont hurt their business, but if it keeps one person from changing their mind about purchasing from them, Ill be happy. This is a horrible place of business and Florence County should shut them down. Maybe Ill give my friend Tonya a call 😉✌!!

Walked in and was greeted by Logan ( I believe that was his name ) At first glance you would assume it’s professional. However I was sadly mistaken. Apart from the young worker who was fixing a phone. I’m assuming the owner of the store was behind the counter in a heated argument with another customer about a device. Nothing but cursing and no regards to the customers. There was maybe 5 customers not including myself and some children who had to bare witness to that madness. Disgraceful! Not professional and do not deserve 1 star! I’ll rather pay “ Apple “ prices than to go back into that store.( It was 4 customers, the young lady Danielle and her son was waiting on the owner. She offered me something to drink and also engaged in conversation, way more attentive than the workers.) while all the ruckus was going on I ended up leaving and will let the rest of WFHS alumni know about this experience. They do not deserve 1 star.And also, the lady who was doing all the cursing tried to converse with me and explain why she was telling him off. This place is just a hot ghetto mess.

Horrific service!!!!!! It is so ghetto and little teenage boys work there. They took parts out of my sons phone, it was even worst after the fixed it, and when I went back there it was always an excuse. As for a black Business owner I am ashamed. You need new workers. They do not know what they’re doing. You also need to be there and it’s not because the shop is busy because nobody is hardly there when I am there.

I would give zero stars! The workers were playing away, didn’t even know I was a secret shopper. The I-phone I took in didn’t have not one issue. But a hidden recorder. The owner who is called “ Beanz “. Could be heard saying “ tell them that the phone is locked under the provider and would have to pay to have it unlock. The phone was under Verizon, and didn’t need to be “ unlocked “. His business will not last long. Especially with all the language they use in there.

Traded my Galaxy S9 for my favorite phone, GalaxyS8+. The S8+ had a small crack in the screen and the owner said hed fix it for $100 when its normally about $250.Great service and super friendly people. Definitely would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a good used phone.

This is Dahlia’s mom. And I give 1 star becaue 0 isn’t an option. This was the worst experience I’ve had buying a new iPhone. First of all he wanted me to prepay because the only purple phone was at the office at the beach. Ok done. It was supposed to be here, in Florence, the next day. Well my kids went to pick it up and had to wait almost 1 hour because he hadn’t got there yet then the phone was at his moms house and he had to go get it. I had to call him 3 times because the workers there weren’t even helping them. Then they were told they would call them in 30 minutes to come back and pick up the phone which turned into 3 more hours. They never received the call I told them to go back and called to see what was going on. It was ridiculous. So unprofessional and will never go back and hope you will read reviews before going in.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the most unprofessional business I ever dealt with. They don’t answer there business phone, but will text off of it. Door says they are open, but no one is there to run the business. Paid $275 for a screen replacement for my phone and got it back without my SIM card!! When confronted they say that due to prior water damage it can’t read my sim.... when I made them open the SIM card tray my sim was not there and they could not find it.. drive all the way home (1 hour) and realize that both camera and the flash were non functional. I called the next morning and was asked to bring it into the shop. We drove to Florence just for a closed sign to be hung on the door and was told through text that “every part” inside the phone would need to be replaced to fix the issue due to previous water damage and that their technicians were out for a family emergency. They refused to fix the problem they caused. FYI EVERYTHING worked on the phone prior to them servicing my phone. Please do not spend your hard earned money or waste your time with this business.

Dropped my phone off for a simple battery repair came back two day later and the guy Antthat I left it with acted like he didnt know where it was, said beans had it in a safe. Came back again. A few weeks later and he couldnt phone my phone. I was ignored several times when I called then Beans messaged me and said if I gave him 60 he would replace my phone. Im not paying u for losing my phone and not making it right!!!!! I had everything on that phone and now its gone!!!

They don’t even deserve a star....My experience on July 20-21 2019 was exhausting... First impression I should have known better given that there isn’t anyone actually standing at the counter to greet you... Instead there was a guy who had his ear plugs in speaking on his phone standing in the middle of the floor ( by first glaze you would think he’s a client).... In to the right is a younger male who seems to be doing the phone repairs... he was very under dressed to be in a place of business... I had to approach the guy that had earplugs to even get acknowledgement... to make a very longgggg story short I stay in this store for about 3 hrs plus & some was due to the not so multi tasking of the man with the earplugs while customers came in or answering of the phone calls....I ended up purchasing a iPhone 6 in trading in a iPhone 8 I had from an ex, the iPhone 6 was $145 & the iPhone 8 was a $50 credit toward my iPhone 6... I took it home & it stopped working overnight it kept roaming so I bought it back.... on this day it was just the younger male... When I stated my concern & that I want my money back he contacted the owner which was the worst communication skills everrrr! (Including the younger guy not fully letting me what was going on) So I finally got him to agree to give me at least $100 back (because he wasn’t going to even do that) ... save yourself the stress do not waste your time & be prepared to go back in forward with your carrier in this store... I went to Metropcs on Irby st about 6 times no lie also know there is no refunds which I was not told when purchasing

Worst experience ever. I walked in, there was this loud girl behind the desk who eventually went to the back THANK GOD. The place seems so ghetto. The owner wasnt there. The guy named Logan helped. I did ask who the little girl name was? The owner needs to rethink his employees. Especially the little girl with the dusty braids. name Mary Summers., There was another guy just sitting there playing a game it seems like a hangout spot instead of a company.Update: My phone screen is starting to lift!! It looks as if some screws are missing! you gotta be getting me. someone showed me what his facebook looks like and he pays for positive reviews! so if you see a positive review, he paid for them. Would give zero stars if possible. Sent my iPhone to him, he stripped my motherboard, removed plates and screws from my device. It’s like he was a chop shop, and then tried to get me to trade it in for another one... wouldn’t accept, so he offered a black screen on my gold iPhone 6.... terrible service. Will not be recommending to anyone if you can’t watch him fix the phone itself.

This “business” doesn’t deserve any stars!! I took my phone up there because it had been cracked, after it took the man a hour to fix it because he was on his phone figuring out his plans for the night, then I got told there was no white screen for a iPhone 7 so he could replace it with a black screen and he would call me when they got white screens in. Well I didn’t receive not one call for 2 weeks so I called and he has the audacity to tell me that he can’t replace it and he doesn’t recall that. This business is trash.

The top of my screen always popped out, especially if i was to drop it. When i tried to take it back to get fixed, they wouldn’t even fix it. And, plus half of the time they’re not even there.
