Big selection of candles! The deals are great and the costumer service is amazing! They informed me of the deals and asked if I needed help! The aromatherapy Candles are really soothing and great for stress. Also recommend the cucumber & Lily Candle.

My husband and I went to this bath and body today. We walked in half an hour before they closed. They were super unfriendly and one lady said we are almost closing. My husband did not know how to smell the product before he purchased it. A woman with short hair a glasses walks up to him and says you cant smell the product or open it. Now I cant sell it. Instead of giving him good service and saying hey do you want to smell that scent and others? This is how you do that. We were prepared to spend lots of money. But we wont be back at this bath in the body. If you want to be treated badly. Go here! The bath and body in the sunrise mall have happier people and better service. This bath and body if you go in half an hour before they close. They try to push you out!

Love trying new scents and shopping sales! The decorative plug-in nightlight scent holders are creative enough to fit any decor.

Staff is friendly and helpful without being being pushy or too perky. Store is clean with complementary hand sanitizer everywhere. I feel safe shopping there.

Love Bath & Body Works! Came here in the afternoon on Friday 2/19/2021 and it was very nice and quiet! They also gave us a squirt of hand sanitizer when we walked in! Maximum capacity at this place is currently 18

I think its absolutely wrong to force your customers to wear a mask. I was smelling a candle and was attacked by an employee to cover my nose. When I asked how am I supposed to see if I like the smell, the employee said, thats why we have a return policy..... I was like what, so I get home smell, touch, breath all over the products, then if I dont like it I have to now waste time and gas to drive it back to the store and return it! How is that even okay? How does that make sense? Thats Absolutely crazy! And the employee there was so rude, I just cant believe you would treat people this way. Youre store policy makes no sense!

The staff is always very kind and helpful. This is a much smaller location than most other Bath & Body Works. However, Im always pleased with the selection.

I found what I was looking for. Ironically enough, I had been unable to locate it using the website and knew it wasnt discontinued.

I was able to find a nice employee to assist me with my coupons and finding certain products. However, the music was way too loud and it made you want to leave the store quickly and not browse.

Took my daughters and they were having a great sale so we all got lots of bath soaps, wallpapers (for room fresheners) and great smelling lotions. We love this store and people are so nice.

Closes at 6PM on weekdays. Turned away a lot of customers that showed up at 6PM including myself. 9pm is more reasonable.

Small location, always busy. Be prepared to wait in line to enter.

Nothing negative about this specific location. Its clean. Parking is aplenty. However, bath and body works is overpriced in general. Their moisturizers are not exactly the most moisturizing. And the perfumes can sometimes cause a headache due to their overbearing scent. My suggestion - if you want to smell good, invest in a good quality perfume. To keep your skin soft, use a trusted (and cheap) moisturizer like St.Ives.

Really helpful and friendly employees. They are good at answering questions, helping when you need it, and not being overly pushy with sales. There are shopping bags if you need them, and the products are great. They also give you free matches, which I appreciate when buying a ton of candles.

They have a huge selection of candles, soaps and bath product. Its best to buy when they run sales along with discounts.

They always have great specials going on.... great place to get good gifts for friends and family.

Gifts for everyone on the list. My husband came for the first time yesterday and he got gifts for all his colleagues too. Staff are amazing, friendly and even wrapped my purchases when I mentioned they were gifts.

Great sale the girls working there were very nice and help me find what I needed so I could get in and out quickly.

I was blown away with the kindness and helpfulness of every staff member that I encountered. They went above and beyond trying to find the specific scents and products that I was looking for, they went through boexes to locate the items for me and even found substitutions for me when they could not locate what I was looking for.

My favorite time of the year is when they have their semi annual sales!!! 50-75% off!. Cant beat that. I went in wanting to buy just body wash and came out with 3 body washes, 2 lotions, 4 hand soaps and hand sanitizer. Customer service is great! Chantele was an awesome help :)

I shop Bath & Body Works religiously twice a year and stock up when they have their semi-annual sales which occur in January and June. I get a lot of compliments with people saying that I smell so good. I know that sounds kind of weird but, its true.
