I can never find what I need here they are always low on stuff I ask someone to give me a price on a color and she ask me for my cosmo card I didnt have it on me and she refuse to give me the prive never heard of this before I called another store and they gave me the price. Selena you need to learn customer service.

I have been in here many times and never really felt comfortable or welcome. About a month ago I had such a bad experience ill never be back. Upon entering a heavy set women was just inside the door. With a VERY rude and demanding tone asked what I wanted. I said Im here to get some color. She says do you even have a license? What? I asked. You know like a professional license this place is for pros only! She say. I was absolutely shocked by her tone and how condescending she said it to me. I said yes of course this lady knows Im in here all the time (another employee was standing there.) At this she turned and went in back. I cant remember the last time Ive been treated so rudly and ill take my business else were.

I thought this store was under stocked until I stepped in to the Reno store!!!!

A lot of rude employees, need more training in the customer service department.

Came in here with my sister in law and boyfriend to purchase a few items. Glenn was EXTREMLY rude. When I asked for some help locating things he just kept sighing loudly as he dug for the items most of which they were out of stock of. When we went to check out my boyfriend handed me his card to pay for our items which Ive done multiple times in the past if I didnt have it to cover what I needed. When my receipt printed out Glenn looked at it, rolled his eyes, sighed loudly and said Just to let you know you cannot use his card next time otherwise I will ding and freeze your account. Excuse ME? Ive never had an issue her but this one terrible expeirence is enough to say I will never come back. I will be going to the Sac location from now on for all of my business. Also will not refer anyone here anymore if this is how theyre going to treat their customers and fellow Salon Pros. Despicable.

They were amazing I didn’t have my card and they took care of me 1 to3 everything was great very friendly employees

Wish they had more shwartzkopf selection and specials. The employees are always wonderful.
