Very cool store selling my favorite makeup pproducts.The outside mall, the parking sucks, but its a very super swank and nice shopping mall in Folsom.

Jocelyn G did such a good job helping me pick out the right cover up. She took her time to make sure I had a great experience and chose the right shade. Thank you jocelyn and everyone that works there is super sweet.

Very helpful staff, but sometimes have items on display that are either sold out or discontinued.

I absolutely love this place. I am a bit of a tomboy, not all that much into makeup, but the Mac associates always treat you with importance no matter how small your purchase and regardless of your skill level. Which is more than I can say about Ulta. Also, Mai is incredible. She did my makeup for a gala I had last Friday. It was a last minute thing an she was more than happy to help. My make up was amazing!! I will be back so she can give me more pointers. Thank you so much Mai!!

Excellent help at this close to home location! So happy to have a top scale cosmetic store near me. The people are really friendly and provide a ton of suggestions on color and application. I love this place!

Nice selection of products. Clean and stylish interior. The stylists are all really friendly and attentive. (Unlike some other MACs that I have been to) So happy that Folsom has a MAC!!!

They have good products of course. Staff was very helpful and friendly. But the thing I wanted to buy was put of stock. They have no idea when they will receive the product. They told me they have no idea what will come in their shipments. I just went online and ordered exactly what I wanted for free shipping and returns. No one in the store ever mentioned this! Disappointed they arent upfront and more helpful.

Friendly, great service,very helpful right as I walked in the door was greeted and offered assistance,was color matched and wasnt pressured to purchase anything I wasnt happy with. Great place to buy cosmetics.. Highly recommend

First time in this MAC store and fell in love right away. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. When learning I was on a way to an interview and uphappy with my makeup, Lisa took me in and did a beautiful job for me all for free. They have a new customer for sure!

Went there on an opening day. Was very stoked to have a new MAC store open in Palladio. However, line of about 20 people (yes, I counted) took OVER 1 HOUR!!! Once I FINALLY got inside the store I realized why the wait was so long. The sales girls, or whatever theyre called, just told me let me know if you need anything and literally turned around and started chatting with her fellow co worker. Worst first impression ever. Extra star for nice interior.

The ladies theyre are awesome . Theyre lovely. They helped me with a special color lip gloss That fits my complexion

Girls there are fabulous, knowledgeable, and best of all, .dont try to sell you stuff you dont want.
