I never got shade match before, always guessing my shade. Decided to get shade match a month ago, I believe it was the manager who helped me, she is such a sweetheart, so patient with me. I had her match me with 4 different foundations. She recommended Dior backstage. Im glad I went with Dior. Shoutout to the manager! I will definitely come back to this location.

Despite the line out the door, I was able to get in and out so fast! They had representatives outside taking orders for those that knew what they wanted, which moved things along super fast. I didnt even have to go inside to get what I needed or to pay. 👍

The staff is very friendly, however, on top of not physically having all the brands they display online at the store, the staff do not give me the option to or offer to exchange the points I have accumulated in my account. This is the only Sephora store Ive been to that does not do this.

By far the best Sephora in sac. I go out of my way to shop here because their customer service is amazing. Rochelle and Mary are the bomb . They successfully help me find everything I need! The girls here are genuinely helpful and nice ! Great job to the management here !

Tried coming in the past 3 times with 2 friends and everytime they greet us very rudely and told us we have to wait or come earlier. Then as we walk away, same amount of group people go up into the line and are welcomed in right away. At this point I feel like these workers are very incompetent and discriminate. Never coming back to this Sephora

So, me and 2 other friends have gone to sephora about 3 different times now and have been denied all 3. Everytime they would say “oh we are at max capacity” and would say wait 30 mins but would let a group of people in after us, Today we tried to go and this worker said that again and when we told her our previous experience she just shrugged her shoulders. Workers are rude as hell and aren’t helpful

I ordered a 0.5 oz Drunk Elephant eye serum product from Sephora online. When I received it after ~5 weeks, the product arrived expired/rancid. The fragrance of the product is like that of rancid nuts or nut oils, not really acceptable to use. They have made the return/refund task exceedingly tenuous since notifying them of the issue.

I love Sephora! They have a great selection of brands, and it doesnt seem that the employees are earning commission on a specific brand, so they dont show preference to one line over another. Everyone there is quick to help and super friendly.

I got a makeover done and it was very close to the photo I had provided! The lady who helped me (I think her name was Ashley) was very patient, understood my skin conditions, needs and recommended great products and brushes for a beginner like me!

Is trained in the Caudalie line. Very helpful in product selection.

I was there at their opening day last Christmas season and the warmth of the Sephora staff, their smiling faces, and ever helpful demeanor has never lessened nor dimmed to this day. Definitely a place Ill always come back to.
