We had our 20K mile service completed at Mini of Fort Meyers Service Department. Their staff was very courteous. The service was completed in a fair amount of time. My only slightly negative comment would be that they could have asked if we had our other key fob with so they could change the battery.

I came in for a regular maintenance and my service representative Eddie was amazing! He noticed right away that my warranty was about to expire and he took the time to look over my car to see if there were any potential warranty items. He actually found something and replaced it under warranty! Also, I thought as one of my service items that I needed a tire rotation and his inspection proved that I did not! Thank you for saving me money! He gave me some great advice on some other specifics about my vehicle as well. I am so grateful to have found someone honest, professional, kind and very considerate. It took two weeks to fix it. But Sera from service department was outstanding performing her duties that made those long days passing fast. She is an incredible team player I hope she is recognized for that.

Pulled in unannounced because the clock & nav were not up to par.Asked for diagnostic to confirm battery issues.Sure enough the battery was failing. Service explained that ORM battery on long delay worldwide but that they had a substitute that would work but as it is not ORM only a one year guaranty ($350).Back on the road in 2.5 hours freshly washed & vacuumed.I’m happy to be back on the road and not a pedestrian in summer heat in Florida. 😓
