Poor (and that is kind) customer service! My time is as valuable as you so called public service people...stayed home all day waiting for them NOT to show up and this was after 3 consecutive days of trying to get help to restore my cable that I pay a ridiculous amount for. Switching companies for sure

For paying as much as I do, I sure have a heck ton of buffering all of the time.... Not worth the money. I mean 84 dollars for just internet that only works half the time? No. Not cool.

Lived in Indiana for 42 years..had direct tv..only time went out was during a blizzard! Down here in Florida goes out if it rains! Pathetic! What a scam! Pay more for 1 tv than I did for 5 DVR up north! Cannot even order PPV! Dish doesnt recognize them! Worst co. And scam artists at that! Buying Firestick tomorrow!

Worlds worst internet and cable company. There is no way they would be in business if left to the forces of the free market. Their only customers are people that live in communities under contract and are forced to buy from them or go without internet and cable. Customer service is a phrase I would guess you never hear in this company. It is the worst run service company I have ever come across.
