If there were 10 STARS, I would have given 10. I contracted with Charlie at Powell AV to install Smart TVs (I admit to buying cheap ones), in our home we just purchased last week. 2 guys came and both were kind, proficient, hard working, and helpful in answering questions along the way. Done for the price, on the day, and in the time frame anticipated. If you are thinking about using them, STOP THINKING and JUST CALL THEM AND SCHEDULE. Thank me later and NO, Im not getting paid to write this, LOL. Great job, seriously, Charlie and team! Keep it up.

Everything about the service was great. Showed up on time and completed quickly. Price was much better when compared to large firm that did house through builders. Recommend highly !!!

I can’t recommend him enough.He’s helped us with TV set up, relocation and installation of a big screen tv. He helped us purchase another 75 inch TV, brought the mount and installed it perfectly. Oh, the first tv arrived with a crack in the face. But not to worry. Charles had a newer model for the same price hung on my wall in 2 days at great difficulty to himself. He said not a word. He has taken the time to ensure we know how and are comfortable operating our new tech.Through Charles, l have met several of his team and they are equally reliable.
