Great place to get games and great kind employees!!!

Worst gamestop ever i didnt have original oem xbox one controller and they wouldnt take my buiseness i can get more for it on ebay they would give me 90 dollars said it was defect it is not works and plays just fine on you usually get full credit horrible gamestop is.

Make me wear a mask when my state doesnt require it to spend money? Ha no thanks. Took my 500$ elsewhere... good riddance

Went there yesterday after calling to see if they had Pokemon cards. They said they did and that they had a limit of 5 per person. Me and my girlfriend went in and had a plan to buy 5 packs each (10 packs total) as the lady working there grabbed the packs I made sure she said it was 5 per person and she said yes. I then said my girl was gonna get 5 packs as well. she said It is about to be 2 per person after yall. I just dont feel that comment was appropriate.

The worst customer service ever. When they first sold ps5 in store I was in line and the manager counted out people 3 times and asked if I was ok with getting the bundle and I said yes. And 2 more people behind me also. She said we were guaranteed a bundle. Then my turn to check out after her trying for 30 min to get it to go through she gets text from distract mgr saying everything is sold out. She tells us and I say u guaranteed us consoles so when everything gets worked out can u call me and Ill come back and pay. She said we were not guaranteed one when she asked us 3 times if we were ok with the bundles she had. Will never go back or buy from gamestop again. Would give negative 100 stars if I could

God forbid you ask about a PS5...total d***head response. I get it, you get asked that a 100 times a month but its your job so just say no with a smile I dont need your attitude and lecture. Get a haircut

Shortly after walking in, the gentlemen working were on it. They greeted me and asked what they could do to help. They kept the friendly conversation going throughout the interaction. Because of the experience from these guys, I even opted in for the protection plan for my purchase. The entire experience lasted maybe 5 minutes at most. This was a large improvement in service over past experiences year ago at this location.

This GameStop has been my best friend over the last 10 years. I prefer to buy my games physically, and this location always hooks me up. The staff has always been friendly and informative, and check-out goes pretty quick even during peak times. This location typically has a good selection of trading cards and used games as well.

They wouldn’t price match their own website when I wanted to do online pickup the girl said it could take 2 days, than when I wanted to trade in my working controller they wanted to give me $8 because the X button was soft. This is why this place is going out of business and the girl was useless and rude.

Typically good prices on older used stuff, fair prices on new. Nice selection of collectibles. Staff isnt too friendly but whatever.

Super rude people, specially Michael. Walked in and with snappy approach, I just left right away with my kids. So sad. We’ll take our business somewhere else (eBay, Amazon, etc) where we don’t have to put up with this kind of behavior.

Tried to sell my son an opened used game at new price... Said it was new despite being opened and used by the store. This is the 2nd time they have done this. Ended up going to Walmart and buying the game actually new. Lol

Very good experience! I bought a switch on Black Friday and the line was pretty fast. The employees handled it very well.

I took my grandchildren in & it was sooo close to closing time I didnt think they would actually have time to look at anything but the 2 guys that worked there stayed an extra 22 minutes! To me thats dedication ! The prices were slightly higher than other retail stores. The selection was very good!

Good place to buy games. Dont waste your time trading in your games here, they dont give you near the value of them, but I guess thats the deal with used game stores.

It was great. I went there to trade in some old games I couldnt play anymore (broken consoles) the prices werent that great and I ended up buying a madden 16 Wii disk but it turned out it didnt work

My son still loves going there to trade in old games for new ones.

Im even surprised myself to say this but gamestop has stepped up their game. They now have xbox one and ps4 games in a cheap bin and sale a load of collectibles.

They have a lot of games, good deals on some of them they also have used games for sale.

Better than most Gamestops when it comes to customer service, usually a quick stop but sometimes youll be there a while if there is only one person working the counter. Only gamestop I go to in the area.

This place is not even star worthy.. the girl manager is so rude. Drove 45 mins to pick up a game system when I got there was told I cant use the gift card that was purchased from GameStop.. was told to go on line and place the order went on line placed the order went back in the store and was told it was sold to someone else. Sent my husband in and they tried to sell him the system I just paid for. And when he confronted the manager she told him oh I thought it was someone else. Really B****.. they need to get rid of that donkey

I went in to purchase a Nintendo Gamecube adapter and was given a third party adapter which we bought thinking it was nintendo branf then had to go back after realising the brand just a waste of time really, also prices were generally okay selling the prices are too low.

Good place has game cards and lots of games xbox, ps 3 and 4 games and Wii u.

Walked in asked if there was a game available, they said nope. Should have preordered it and just went back to nothing that they were doing inside. It was the way they said it, not that they said it btw. Of course I should have preordered it, thanks for the awesome customer service though. Never will buy anything from them again, Im a pro member and yes I shop often just not at this particular location

I will celebrate when the whole chain goes out of business and am an exclusively digital Playstation store customer from now on out. You remind me of Rentacenter but less successful. I wouldnt recommend buying any Sony controllers from GameStop, Ive bought 2 of em in this past year from GameStop they both was messed up. One of em didnt want to charge and the other one, the joystick is messed up!!!! Not real happy with this place!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. This store is terrible. The associates are too busy up at the register flirting with each other and talking about who is an extrovert and an introvert rather than assisting customers. If you walk up to the register with your wallet and card in hand ready to make a purchase they will just stare at you like youre inconveniencing them. Pre-owned prices are extremely high (Xbox one controllers used for $50 where walmart has them brand new for $46.99, etc) The prices arent the main issue, its the lack of sales personnel that are actually attempting to close deals or make the store money. No wonder stores like this are always dead and have no customers in them. Shop elsewhere, save yourself time and effort.

Im a 6foot tall 300lbs man ! Guess cause I wasnt wearing a zelda tshirts I wasnt worth helping out. Games are not what I do or like but my 6 and 4 year old little boys love it! And thanks to the little tiny man behind the counter who keep calling me hun. Im dealing with a 4 year old with a birthday gift he cant play! Cause its for the wrong system. Its was no secret I have no idea about these games. Anyone could tell by the amount of questions I was asking. Id think the owners of this store would want employees to be more helpful! Cause like any parent if my kids like something I spend money! Less than some more than others. But after I try retuning the games I purchased tomorrow Ill not be doing business with them again. Its a simple idea if people are spending money in your store you should be helpful and less of a jerk. Im positive I could walk you through my profession and have you feeling like a complete idiot like you did me remember that in the future

Generally like shopping at gamestop for their selection of new and used games, but apparently they dont bother to test preowned products they carry before selling them for twice the price of a new product of the same type elsewhere.

Ok. So I recently bought halo 4 and the map packs on the release date. The only problem was that the activation code printed out illegibly on the receipt. They were busy so the cashier, Guy1, told me to see if i can make it out at home and if I still couldnt figure it out to come back and he would take care of it. After trying for awhile I gave them a call. Guy1 answered and told me theres nothing he could do and to call xbox. Called xbox and they gave me the same answer but to contact a manager of gamestop. I went to gamestop and talked to someone else, Guy2, who pretty much called me a liar and told me the illegibility happened over time. He completely disrespected me. Told me that was impossible. After disagreement turned to arguing, he cut me off and said good talk then helped someone else. Guy1 came over got my receipt and wrote down the corporate number on the receipt, telling me that he vaguely remembers the receipt printing that way and that he would do everything he can to make sure its right if the phone number cant help me. Corporate number worked. Fyi, they for some reason could not reprint the receipt. I understand that they cant do whats out of their control but also, Guy2 should have just listened for 2 minutes rather than arguing with me. Long story short, I wont be going back and if you do go here NEVER BUY ACTIVATION CODES THROUGH GAMESTOP! !!!!!!!!! Guy1 thanks for being cool and polite. Guy2 bad on you.
