I was immediately helped when I walked through the door by Kennedy. She was so nice and explained everything in detail. We went to upgrade one phone and ended up upgrading three. She took her time to go over accessories and answer my many many questions. She was so kind and a joy to deal with. I will definitely look for her every time I go in there. The gentlemen “Courvoisier” was highly smart, well recommended & knows how to help out people with everything. He’s is blessing, I watched him work hard at Lafayette AT&T store by himself. Just very knowledgeable for questions or anything you need.

Upgraded a couple phones at this store. Was lied to and told that insurance on my phone was required. Upon speaking with the AT&T corporation I was told that isn’t the case and the person I spoke with at the store mislead me. I tried to talk to the manager but he repeatedly refuses to call me back. I would highly recommend avoiding this store at all costsEdit: their respond directed me to email to talk about a resolution. No response in days from 3 emails to that address. They don’t Intend to resolve anything.

The young man who runs this store is awesome . He is very attentive and polite and works hard to get you whatever service or phone you came for. He is often alone and works way past closing time,to take care of his customers.

I had a great experience at the Fort O location. My sales consultant, Mr. Courvoisier aka “C” was an absolute delight to work with. He was super polite and helpful. I have not updated my phone for a few years now, so I am a little behind on the latest tech trends. Mr. Courvoisier took the time to walk me through and set up my new iPhone 12 max. 🤙🏻 Great customer service by a great employee. 10/10 will visit this retail store again.

Went in this past Saturday to look at smart watches. The lady I worked with was extremely sweet and polite. I wanted to try it on to make sure I would like it but cant. So she got one from another employee for me to put on!

AT&T in Fort Oglethorpe has some of the laziest employees in the tri state area. Sure theyll set you up on a phone installment and then literally any issue you have at all they tell you to go on line and fix it. Very unhelpful.

Worst AT&T customer service. Only 1 associate staffing the store. Wait time was almost 45 minutes. Was hoping to compare several different models of phone - size, weight, display, etc. All display models are either clamped or cabled to the wall and every one of them is nonfunctional with a sticker for a display. Impossible to see how they fit in your hand or what the screen looks like. Asked to see one out of the box, but was told I would have to buy it first. I can test drive a $50,000 car, but I have to BUY a $700 phone before I can even hold it? When I asked why, I was told because people try to steal them. You just scanned my drivers license to open my account that has my address! How hard would it be to find me?!

Great place always been satisfied with the service prices and how they work with you. Customer service is great never have to wait long at all very good attitude people always willing to help.

The man behind the counter on Battlefield Pkwy in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga told me the S21 ULTRA 512 GB Phone was 1999.00 and had to let him know it was 1379.00 then he ignored another employee trying to help him about the price. Then tells me im paying 15.00 a month for Insurance and I am not I pay 8.99 a month. He could not listen to what I was saying about trading my phone in or me buy it outright. I told him I was going to get my new phone from Samsung because his prices kept changing. It looked to me he could care less. So I probably will get me a new phone from Samsung and I will get one Unlocked so I can go somewhere else. These phone store when you go in a employee will tell you something and you can go another day and a different employee will tell you something totally different about the same subject. If you could get the same answers from the people you have working for a Top 3 company life would be so much nicer.

Inside was closed for covid cleaning but the young lady outside was more than helpful. Fixed issues I was having with my phone. Thank you young pretty lady

I had a great experience at my fort oglethorpe location! I can’t remember the sales associates name but she was so helpful and sweet. She was very informative and answered all of my questions that I had. She also set up everything up on my new IPhone 11 for me so I didn’t have to! Hopefully she will be there when I need a new phone again or anything else!

Bella at the Fort Oglethorpe, GA location was amazing. She was polite and found an error in our plans an adjusted it so we could get our bill lowered. So thankful to her for checking into it.

Bella needs a course in customer service. She is rude, defensive and has a horrible attitude. My bill was incorrect, and instead of an apology she slammed down her pen, slammed down her post it notes, then when she had to go to the back to inquire about my credit on my bill, she slammed the door. I can handle a mistake on my bill, but her attitude is very unacceptable. She then says to me “well I hope you never make a mistake.” It’s not about the mistake, it’s about the attitude and being so unprofessional. Emily was however, helpful, when she saw Bella’s horrible attitude.

Look elsewhere. Bella is the rudest employee ever. I was translating for my parents and she told me to leave the store because I raised my voice when I did not and then she tried scamming my parents while they were in the store. They will skip the details about telling you that the phone deals only work for new additional lines. They will sell you the phone and add the lines by steering away from it and making you think it’s your number they are adding and not an additional one. Swindling is how they work so they can make commission at the end of the day. Bella is such a bad employee

Horrible experience with young lady, BELLA. RUDE, RUDE. I said to her excuse me, you dont have to be rude...she says I was.not! Obvious she wanted to argue. She had printed my bill,etc. & proceeded to tear this in half & told me to leave!! I AM A CUSTOMER OF MANY YEARS & I WILL REPORT THIS. She has no business working with public!!

It was very easy to add the line and the phone deal was perfect timing for us. The salespersons in the store were very personable, kind, and helpful. Wonderful service!

They know phones I had a problem with my phone and couldnt figure it out took it to them and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes

We needed 2 new phones and were fortunate enough to the Assistant Manager Kristen Baker personally take care of us. She made sure we got the perfect phones for our budget and usage. Its always good to work with people that treat you like family. We will definitely be calling on her again.

My only complaint would be buying a new phone and having to make a second trip to the store to get it completely set up. The customer service rep was great, but I just hate having to make another trip to the store.

Megan and her team were extremely helpful getting my families numbers ported over from Verizon despite multiple technology errors we kept running into. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and this team to anyone who needs assistance!

Maybe if AT&T would follow the dedication of some of their retail stores they wouldn’t have lost me as a customer. Megan and Kristen went above and beyond to right one wrong that AT&T refused to fix. Kristen spent over 2hrs on the phone while Megan worked in the back of the store all to ensure I was reimbursed for a bill that never should have been. Everyone at the Ft. O office was very nice and understanding, and stood up for me even though I am no longer with AT&T.

I had Sean set up my phone! He did ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He stayed an extra hour and a half to help my family and I! I am SO happy and thankful for this!

I was set up on the wrong plan, when I called in to customer service questioned it they told me they can’t even put the plan I selected on a business account. The girl knew this and never informed me. The plan was $15 more than what i was told and didn’t have all of the features she said that she would put me on a business ( I don’t own a business!!!) so it would waive my activation fees. Later she added premium services to the account for voice mail.. did not ask for my permission it was $15 per line. After several dropped calls I returned the phones and cancelled the service. I later received a bill for $2300 for the full price of the phones, so i went back to the store. The man told me he would work on this and text or call me. I never heard back, i called for weeks with promises of a callback and never heard back. I was told the manager was working on it, the district manager was working on it and never heard back. I would never recommend this store. Very unprofessional. They couldn’t even be courteous enough to call with any type of update!! I am so disappointed in the service from the store and my cell service from day one. I finally got a supervisor to resolve my issue

Kristin was an absolute breath of fresh air. She made sure I understood everything during my purchase and that I was 1000% satisfied with everything. I highly recommend Kristin with all of your AT&T needs.

Very easy to work with and try their best to provide every one with the services that suit the costumers needs. extremely happy with the costumer services and hospitality of the Fort Oglethorpe location. The sales men Were very courteous, friendly and Worked very hard to set a us up from What we had to what we have now couldnt be happier with them!🙂My only problem was we were set up on the wrong plan 🤔 Which I was able to fix through customer service but still had to pay the 1st bill. Also they sell a Phones Assessor Combo one that sticks to the back of your phone and one that sticks to your car that wouldnt hold a feather up. Nathan is knowledgeable and professional and unlike some he is not out to sell you a phone or service you dont need but wants to ensure that everything works for your budget, family and according to your needs. He offers personal service and his attention to detail is amazing! As a long time employee of AT&T Nathan has opened and/or assisted in several stores...when we needed service we didnt go to the same store...we went to wherever Nathan was! Our family will always be an AT&T family and that is largely because of the service Nathan provides. Go and visit him...you wont be sorry!

Went in for simple device change. As a long-time at&t customer Im used to excellent service. This store is the worst customer service ever. I couldnt believe how rude and back woods these people are. Not knowledgeable at all. If you want a normal good experience and customer service go to any store but this one.

Id give 5 stars but there is usually only 1 person working and 2 or more people waiting to be helped. Also, there doesnt seem to be a large variety of phones, maybe that is all that they offer, but it just seems to be a small variety.

This store did an amazing job answering all my questions when I came in too see them. The whole staff there is A+ and we will continue too use this store.
