NEW UPDATE:We visited Nathans store today and the service was top notch! The staff went out of their way to take care of us and make sure my moms upgrade needs are met. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back!

Dont even want to give 1 star. Most associates are terrible to deal with. Got a price from customer service then go to the store last night and got a price. Come in this morning and its a different price that is more and now there is another charge. Will never deal with Nathan the manager or the employees again. Switching carrier would be the best thing to do instead of using T- mobile.DO NOT go to this store or use this carrier

Travis and Brittney are the best T-Mobile Reps hands down! I came into their store, and what I thought was going to be a complicated situation, was not! Travis was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Brittney suggested a new case/screen protector that she knew I was going to love, and I do! Its so cute! I will be going out of my way to come to T-Mobile store just because of their wonderful staff!! Thanks again guys! You guys are the best!!

Went in for a SIM. Taken care of swiftly and installed without issue. However I was there for an extra HOUR because my SON wanted to install Fortnight mobile on a Samsung Note 9 and play 3 matches for a free game skin. I was losing my mind but the salesman never did. Great visit.

They sure do not know much. Cant figure out problem with phone. Always told to come back if problem keeps up. Well..after three times. Seems problem is Still there. Was told once again to come back. Unreal. Train your people

I was a Verizon customer for 15 years, the family package that T Mobil gave me for 6 lines was cheaper then what I was paying at Verizon for 3 lines. They also gave me a veteran discount on my plan too. On top of everything else the staff in Fort Oglethorpe Ga office knows about customer service and how to treat people like a family.

I have used AT and T and Verizon (dont buy their smart hub, expensive d9nt mention). T mobile by far had the best customer service and technical efficiency. They were the most helpful and teamworked. I had hackers previously. Now feel safe with no problems. Senior plan and unlimited data/more GB worth it! Thanks and Merry Christmas.

They were professional, friendly and, I extremely knowegeable on how to help me. The young woman Katrina was my hero. My husband is in Canada and because of the network connection is so bad, we can only text. His messages are like my love letters and, mean everything to me. I thought they were lost forever. Katrina found them and, restored them back on my phone. I will be forever grateful to her and, T-MOBILE. She is at the Ft. Ogelthrope, Georgia location now. Be sure and, let her know she is a blessing. I wish I could rate higher than five stars. She deserves 10

Good local store and enjoy the people there

Went to update my phone and the lead person that was training people was terrible. He didnt help with anything as far as setting up my phone or answering questions. Just because you dont get commission on it does not make it less important

Came in to get the free TMobile Tuesday item. Was told I need to get on a waiting list. Been to other stores where someone noticed I was there just for the item and quickly process the deal.
