Salesperson was more worried about closing atore than helping us. Would suggest different store or online or another phone place altogether

Went in to change from another carrier and had it done in less than a hour considering that it was a total of 5 lines. It is costing me less as well. I even have better cell service than I did with the carrier I changed from. Agent was very helpful and quick to help with everything that was needed. I would recommend people to switch from Cricket to Boost Mobile. Better service and better price.

They told me I had great coverage in my area which I didnt. When I contacted them 4 days later they told me there were no refunds and to contact corporate. Stay away from a business that lies and wont make things right. Bad business practices .

They have the worst service, customer and phones!!! They wont refund money if youre not satisfied with it or the phone. I got a phone 2 days ago, changed my mind, spent 234.00 and they wanted to give only 99.00 back!! Theives should be their name. NEVER AGAIN. They dont even deserve 1 star!!!!!!!!!!!

We love this store. We can always go in and get the best deals and be right back out. We have 7 phones monthly unlimited everything on our family plans and pay less than $250 a month.

This is a shady, underhanded business. Very dishonest,dismissive of new customers too. If you want to deal with boost Mobile I suggest going to any other location.

We are from out of town and stopped by this store to pay our bill. By the next day our service was not reinstated. Tried calling from opening that morning and never could get them them to answer! Tried for several hours! Ended up having to drive an hour and a half back to this boost store. Was told out wasnt credited to our account and that they dont answer the phone if they are busy. The girl working never offered an apology when we explained we had tried calling and ended up driving back down. She acted as if we should not have been bothered by this And was borderline rude to us. We will never return to this store and dont recommend it to anyone. All we expected was them to do their job and credit and account when it is paid or maybe answer the phone!

They are dismissive to their customes that have been with them before people ever knew what boost was. I was told that was yesterday, today is today and tomorrow he has nothing for me and took out money out of his register and showed me he doesnt need my money and I could go on down the road and find someone that needs my business. The managers name is Sonny, he didnt want to tell me his last name, as it sure didnt match his first name and he hung up on Boost office and snared at me and told me he is a private sales person and he doesnt have to speak with them and ask me to leave his shady establishment. Go at your own risk, especially if you are a single white female. So I guess you know how I feel about Sonny in Ft. Ogelthorpe

They will ABSOLUTELY LOCK your phone!! Upon discovering that Boost phones are simply paperweights just off the interstate, no service for hours of traveling... I returned to request my 1 month old phone be unlocked as it is compatible with Verizon, only to discover that they refuse to unlock it. Its mine, cash, no contract, why cant I move it? Store refuses to take calls, leaves you on hold and eventually hangs up on you. Complete waste of energy.

My service is terrible. My phone will randomly stop allowing me to access the Internet and yet it says I have data. This happened almost every day. Its ridiculous. I expect to have service if I pay for it.

After never paying late and even enrolling in their autopsy program I was punished for as computer glitch. Thats right a computer glitch that resulted into a double payments. After a month of many phone calls and dealing with a rude, nasty and disrespectful employee I warned of disconnecting service. I left with them oweing me near 2 months of service they have refused to pay back. Ive taken what is now a 6 line family plan to Verizon. Thank you Cricket for screwing up and introducing me to your competitors.

Its really come down to status, where you get your phone now. You can pay 100 for the same Service as you would if you have a contract phone.

Will tell you one thing about what your bill will be and it will be totally different from what they said. If you go in to talk about your account all they do is tell you to call Boost Mobile Customer Service. So, not only do you still not have aanswered question, but you have wanted time and gas for no reason

Paid for insurance and said they could not verify who i was even though i had my pin and my address correct. Was asking me questions about some Relative that i hadnt seen in years ...
