Incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Id rate 5 stars but I actually never had any work performed on my vehicles to make a fair judgement. All I can say is that I was treated with respect and dignity and not like a silly gal who needed things dumbed down. I brought two separate vehicles to Premier, both were diagnosed and the verdict was that neither were worth the cost of repairs. I really valued not being taken advantage of, having the cars serviced only to my pockets detriment later.Id for sure bring my next vehicle to these guys if ever there were an issue.

Had engine mounts replaced and new fuel lines. Most of the vibrations are gone but around 30 there still seems to be a pronounced one. Pick up is great since fuel lines replaced.

Do yourself a favor and go see Jim these guys are amazing and quick and so nice.

These guys really know their stuff. The quick change place Id been to before rammed the wrong filter on there and got it stuck. They got me taken care of and gave me reasonable estimates on a few other things I need to have taken care of. Highly recommend.

This time there was a long delay in getting my car back. In all fairness, I was warned in advance that that would happen due to their current workload and parts availability. Otherwise, I strongly recommend these people. Ive been a customer since they opened and am very satisfied.

My BMW with 120K miles developed an engine malfunction that could not be diagnosed by my local repair shop. I took the car to Premier Autowerks where they quickly found the cause of the malfunction and repaired it promptly. These guys are the real deal when it comes to BMW maintenance and Im hooked. Premier is the ONLY place that I will take my car in the future.

I think there’s no better choice than these guys if you’re looking for dedicated services. I trust them with my Volkswagen GTI and my Audi A4 Quattro. Dealership mechanics aren’t special or better, they simply work for that dealer. I like it here because like me they’re enthusiast. Aside, from my routine maintenance they have also diagnosed issues and provided an explanation and solution for the cause and not just a fix for the problem. No pressure, just facts. Their new location is bigger, looks great and it’s easier to find.

If you own an european or exotic car, this is an excellent shop to bring it to for service. They arent afraid of working on foreign and high end cars and wont rake you over the coals like a dealer would. I value honesty above all else in my mechanic and these folks will always shoot you straight!

I recently had an e46 m3 convertible in for a pre purchase inspection. Dan and Chris were clearly very knowledgeable and familiar with the car and it’s unique quirks. Been going to premier autowerks for a year now since I bought my 135i and they provide great service every time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE DMV AREA. Fluid changes, coolant reservoir replacement, valve cover replacement -all off the top of my head, all exceptional work and customer service every time! They usually beat everyone else’s prices on quotes (at least in my cases) and I know those are guys I can trust with my car. I am very picky about who I let touch my cars and Premier AutoWerks is the only place I let touch my bmw.

Premier Autowerks is the only place I take my BMWs. Chris, Dan and the whole team are passionate about delivering great service at competitive rates. From drop-off to pickup they keep you informed and answer any questions you may have. As an avid DIY-er, and 20+ year shade tree mechanic, Im always hesitant to bring my beloved Z3 into any shop for jobs outside of my skill or tool set... or at least I was until I found Premier! They are fast, talented and do it right the first time. If you have any generation of BMW, this is the shop you want to take it to!

Premier Autowerks provided us with superb & courteous service on our Mercedes Benz 190E on 24 Feb 2020. They have provided very fine service on our MB since the year 2000 when we purchased the vehicle with a mileage of 75,000. Now, the car has a mileage of over 224,000 & still provides us with reliable transportation to & from work for our younger family member. The firm had incorporated the older firm of Deutsch American. We highly recommend this company for German and other European manufactured car service!

Chris, Dan and the rest of the gang do a fantastic job of keeping my 2003 Honda Pilot running, and their rates are very reasonable. It needed struts, a portion of the climate control fixed and they found an exhaust leak during their safety inspection, among regular maintenance needs like an oil and cabin filter exchange. They texted me photos of the issues they found so I know they werent just padding the bill. They have my business for life.

I have a 2012 VW passat tdi and have been chasing an issue for weeks. Premier listened to the issues I was having and what I tried on my own to fix, they diagnosed the issue quickly. The guys at premier were polite and easy to talk to. I will be taking my car back to them the next time it needs work.

Yet they call me in 3 hours with a ridiculously priced estimate. Included was replacing the timing belt. Ummm, my engine has a timing chain.I thanked them for their ridiculous quote and had my car towed to Premier Autowerks while on Vaca in SC. Barrett had the tech go through my car. He got back to me in a timely manner and recommend fixes that my car actually needed!Long story short,My car runs better than it has in a long, long time!Thumbs up, Five Stars!
