First and foremost get better lighting in there! Nothing like yellow mosquito lights to help u find your hair color needs. Its 2020..they make bright, white/daylight bulbs now.Good selection however but again...the lighting in here is ridiculous!

My friend and I went to this store for the first time ever and we had the most pleasant experience. Kathy was the person working at the time and she was the absolute sweetest. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and showed us where everything was. It was just a very good first impression of not only the location but of the staff as well. Whenever we go to the cosmoprof in Frederick we feel like we’re being watched and judged.
