Came here looking for a mattress. Had gone to two different furniture stores before and were unsuccessful. We received great customer service from Sonny who helped us find exactly what we needed within our budget and explained everything clearly. We walked in not expecting much and walked out with the perfect matress!

Hands down best price and staff! They are very knowledgeable and friendly! We searched from local mattress stores here in Fresno/Clovis to bigger stores such as Costco. Being able to lay down and test the mattress definitely helped us to choose the right bed. It was actually a relaxing environment considering this is a semi big purchase one makes. Our salesman/assistant manager, Chris, was seriously the best! We actually had a conversation rather than just an agreement. The staff who delivered and installed our bed (CK & adjustable base) were quick and also very friendly. I had a question about the mattress so I called the store and spoke to Rosa, the manager, she too was delightful. Both Chris and Rosa are your main people to help you with your next mattress purchase! Highly recommend them and this store!

I would like to give Mattress Firm/Blackstone all their staff from Rosa our sales person to the delivery guys . The highest complaints. Your store is clean and organized with a sales staff and delivery guys who are friendly, caring and very personable. They all took time to care for our needs in selecting the right bed for us. As for the delivery guys, they took the time to show us how to assemble our bed and work the remote. And all the time they were friendly and polite. When I came in with my girlfriend we were immediately greeted by Rosa, she made the experience really easy and enjoyable, you can tell she cared. Listened to everything we had to say and took it into account. There was a small logistical issue, apparently my bed was never put on the delivery trucks schedule to deliver my bed the next day. On delivery day as the hours passed I realized it probably wasnt coming so I called the store. Rosa figured out the issue right away and while Id have to wait a few more days for my mattress sadly, she made things right by upgrading my delivery! Worth the wait since I no longer had to set up the bed or bed frame myself.Would 100% recommend others come here just for the great service from Rosa.

I am so happy with my purchase thanks to him and I was able to get financed at 0% APR for 2 years! It was so quick, minimal paperwork, 2 simple signatures. It was just too easy. After doing hours of online research I decided to purchase a purple hybrid 2 mattress from Mattress Firm. I walked into the store ready to purchase. Rosa made the process very straightforward & offered me options to customize my purchase. My purple hybrid 2 was delivered as expected & I went to testing the 100 day trial. To my amusement (a fool & his money is easily parted{me}), I found all my hours of research didnt mean jack in a real world application. The bed was really nice but it wasnt for me. I decided to go back to Rosa at Mattress Firm & ask about the exchange policy. I decided to actually lay on & try out the beds in person this time & found an innerspring Sealy I & my SO loved. Rosa again helped make the process pain free & nice. Im going to be receiving my new new mattress soon & even getting some money back as the Sealy was less than the purple! Highly recommend this store. Great service. Makes one feel valued.

We bought remote mattress and base by cash. We were given warranty snd if something happen call this number.....”William. “. I needed to request replace in 30 days! I called number, his wife pick up Ann I was told to call store on Shaw. William was not there, another clerk says “you need to talk William.” Why? I purchased at the store, company should be able to take care of it. However, if owner is William, they may wanted go through him.? I called 3 times. My husband visited store, never ever called back. Never ever taken care of. More than $3800 purchase. They are scammer yo say nice lip service. Warranty never work. The store manager is not helpful. Better to purchase somewhere different with certain warranty you can trust. These people are using a company’s chain name. But not worth to trust. Just lip service. Make feel you good to buy. Aftercare will not be taken care of. And just texted my phone to get good review!? Awful.

Rosa Virgen Santiago was A M A Z I N G !! Super nice, very knowledgeable and able to help multiple customers at once. When I was in there she had 3 different customers and took turns helping all of us out instead of making the other 2 wait until she’d finished with her first customer. She had a smile on her face the whole time AND remembered my name after meeting others. I think she had 5 peoples names remembered for all the customers she was helping. She didn’t try and up-sell me to something more expensive either - which I totally appreciate. If there were 10 stars, I would mark that!!! I’m a victim of the California Creek Fire of 2020. We lost EVERYTHING! I KNEW going into the store on Blackstone in Fresno, that I was going to lay down a few thousand dollars to replace 3 Queen mattresses and box spring sets. Christopher was ready for me and showed me so much compassion for my situation. He wheeled and dealed, and worked his magic so my disabled husband could get a top of the line set and the other two sets would be acceptable!

I had one of the best costumer service experience I have had during this pandemic. I felt the employee really tried to get me the best deal and made me feel confident about my purchase. Definitely will recommend and shop there again.

First started off withcrep, Chris coming to curbside to help my mother, who uses a cane and has trouble walking out of the car and inside the store.
