My daughter recently got her first apartment. She was sleeping on an air mattress. We went to Mattress Firm and Mr. Dean William was amazing. He got her the bed that she need and deliver to her with small upfront payment. He skip lunch helping my undecisive daughter. I would HIGHLY Recommend Mr. William Dean to assist in sleep purchase to everyone. Mr Dean sir you have a customer for life.

Robert was friendly and helpful. I told him what my price range was and he respected it, I really appreciated that. In the end I got a mattress that I wanted. He even notified me of a future sale that I would like. This is the second time buying a mattress from them and I will definitely be returning.

I purchased a split king with adjustable base. I just wasn’t happy with the base. The mattress from mattress firm line was great. But the base I wanted more from. I wanted wall hugger so I wasn’t so far from my night stand when I raised the head. They switched them out for me and were very accommodating! My husband needed a new mattress for his back. Bought one on clearance as he really liked it when he layed on it in the store. They delivered it with a bent frame and had to go to the store to request a new one. As we put the box frame together we noticed it was a standard and it was super high for him as hes an older man. We immediately called the guy to request a slim profile hoping we can pay the difference since it wasnt used. They wouldnt accept it back and we payed another $100 for a box frame. My husband noticed the bed is firm on one end and soft on the other end of the bed. Its not the same as the one he tried out in the store. I would not recommend this place!

There are tons of places in Fresno you could buy a mattress but My husband and I decided to come to this store and this specific location based on having 5 star rating and most of the comments are spoken highly of William. Well let me tell you these are all true the salesman was very helpful and patient and gave us a great deal on everything we purchased. Hopefully our mattress last a long time but if the time came to it we’d definitely be coming back.

We originally ordered a mattress with Macy’s and the due date came and went. We got a new delivery date a month out and no delivery. Now we learn that they’re unsure if it can be delivered before Xmas. So, after much disappointment we decided to go to the Mattress Form store expecting the same result. Nope! We walked in, asked if they had it on n stock and hell yes they did. They even price matched the mattress and did a discount on delivery. Now we’re getting the mattress within the week! He explained that the Stearns and Foster Luxury Plus Euro top should solve both problems. My wife and I laid on a floor model which was very comfortable. He then showed us another mattress of lesser value per our request. It was a very nice mattress, but was painful for us to lay upon. We decided on the Stearns and Foster. William is so helpful.
