I was nicely greeted by a representative and we looked up my order. I was integrated in the demonstration, I loved it. We spoke of payment options; one is not allowed to make payments in store. I personally understand But debit card payments should be an option. That way, customers can observed the latest deals.
My experience at Sleep Number was not very good. Jorge, the salesman, was more focused on his pitch than on my concerns. I kept asking him about how the bed can be adjusted to address lower back pain and he would ignore me. He asked me a question, then immediately started yelling at people across the showroom. He didnt really care about my response to his question. In another instance, he abruptly interrupted me mid-sentence when I was saying how we spend almost half our lives sleeping. Before I could finish what I was saying, he abruptly started yelling at me, One-third! One-third! If you go to Sleep Number, good luck on getting a good sales person.
All these good reviews have to be paid or something. Maybe the people in this store are nice but this is definitely the shadiest purchase we’ve ever made. The customer service is horrid I wouldn’t trust anyone attached to this company. They definitely don’t care how they get you to buy and then they trap you once you’ve signed even though the sale was made on lies. I wouldn’t recommend one of these beds to anyone ever and that’s mostly based off of their customer care.P.sIt’s an air mattress go with something else.
Brandon (our sales paerson) was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions.
Great sales experience! Brandon is a wonderful salesman and he is very personable! He’s very funny too! No pressure sales and we felt very comfortable even with COVID going on. Safety procedures were great! Brandon will recommend that you buy sheets from Sleep Number only. Amazon isn’t worth it, he says. But we will see!
Very clean show room salesman was very polite knowable asked if I would like to try this bedwilling to listen to my concerns about the type of bed. There was no pressure and I felt very comfortable He asked if I would need a pillow or anything else. I will recommend sleep number to friends.

Updated from first 5 star review after purchase...Purchased mattress at Fashion Fair Mall with the help of Chanel Moralez.While reviewing our order set for for delivery tomorrow, I noticed it is NOT recommended to use our old box spring. Chanel had asked us how old our current mattress is. We informed her it is older than our oldest child who is 24, and asked if we could use our current bed frame and box spring. She assured us we could. Awesome! While reading the instructions to prepare for delivery it states, We do NOT recommend using a traditional box spring as it does not provide enough support. I quickly called the store and spoke with George who assured me we should be fine as long as the box spring isnt over 10 years old. I told him ours is 25 years old. He asked if Chanel was aware of this, I said she was.Bottom line is we were sold a mattress that is almost $4000 without being told it wouldnt work with what we have. They need much better training, and employees that are concerned with providing honest sales to customers. George informed me it is better if I call the customer service tomorrow morning to cancel delivery, they cant even take care of that on their end. And it will take 7 to 10 business days to see a refund. Very disappointed

The down comforter we got it is like waking up in a hen house with so many feathers in our floor and bed. It is the worst we have ever had. They told us it was the best they had. They lied it is the worst. The bed is OK but it airs up in the middle of the night without us touching the controllers and wakes us up for a 10,000 dollar bed we dont get the sleep we were promised
Would be 5 stars, just less talking is needed. I realize 5 grand is a lot and should be taken with more care, but just let me look around dude.

What was advertised on tv did not include the extras which they failed to mention on tv. Adjustable head, feat and heating elements more than doubled the advertised price. Had to wait 15 minutes for sales staff to acknowledge us. The store is a joke in my opinion.
We Baught a bed, and i scheduled it for delivery 10 days later, i was hospitalized and rescheduled. We threw our bed away and waited the day of the delivery. No cal . no show.......so know we are sleeping on air matteessess, and me and my wife have bad backs. We have missed work and we are thinking of suiein. Now they have said it will be an additional, 2 weeks, wow.... still waiting
Our sales rep Ryan was super friendly and helpful. He was very funny as well. Professional but with a great sense of humor. If youre looking for a sleep number, have Ryan help you.

Well, I want to tell you about a problem with this Tube. Furniture store when I grabbed my furniture they never tell you that if the furniture is damaged, one has to turn it off to take it and pick it up, what they charge you is 150 and sands of that another 100 x send it to be brought from Los Angeles, Im fine 😡😡😡😡😡 with this furniture store Because I told them that I was not going to turn off anything and what the owner replied that then I would run out of furniture that they were going to sell it. They think thats fine, they just wanted to know so they dont fall like I fell, ok 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
