The salespeople were wonderful! Very helpful, kind, in addition to professional. The delivery on the other hand was a little bit unfortunate. I really feel that Matress Firm should research what type of contract they have with the companies that are doing the setup. They need to make sure that any extra incentive monies going to this company for deliveries are actually going to the employees of these companies. Apparently there is incentives given to these companies but I dont think it goes to the workers that are putting the beds together. That is the impression I was given by the workers who failed to put my bed together properly and follow through with the rest of the stuff that was supposed to be done regarding the removal of the other bed. I felt bad and still gave them tips because they did a lot of work but what was supposed to be done wasnt clearly communicated to them. I could tell they were polite but frustrated.

We had a very simple problem, our mattress protector failed, fell apart, and we needed another. We called one of our local locations and the gentleman answering the phone answered all my questions, and when I decided which we were going with, he quickly found that he didn’t have one but he found one in stock somewhere else. He arranged everything but we were concerned about who would get the commission. He said he was the manager so it doesn’t work that way, and I asked him to take care of it I’m the way he thought was best. My husband we t and picked it up a few hours later and it was waiting and painless.All in all, a stressful situation with our expensive mattress, was handled quickly and painlessly.

Sales representative, who happened to be the manager went above and beyond to help me to find and try the right mattress. He was extremely patient with me and let me to take as much time as I need to make the final decision. I opted to bye top of the line Tempurpedic mattress and pillows. Mattress Firm located in the El Psseo shopping center is convenient and accessible. The manager Chris, was very pleasant, helpful, answered all my questions before showing any mattresses. Then he asked questions to be able to guide me through the process of finding the mattress. It was pleasant experience and was never pressured to buy up. Chris lets you compare and knows what each mattress offers to you. He is concerned about any health problems you may have and knows what you may need. Always concerned about safety and COVID19 requirements. Delivery was the next day. Chris advised me to check each piece and if there were any concers to call him and he would go through the process of fixing any problems if this occurred. He is knowledgeable, explains whatever you need to know and explains each step. Lets you take as much time you may need to make a informed, confident purchase and is very supportive. Remember. Went in to look for a new bed for our son. The sales person was great, he was showing us all the different type of mattresses they had. Had my son lay down on them to see which one he liked the most. Kevin Dyck was one of the best honest and genuine salesman there. He was really helpful and we found his suggestions useful. I was so satisfied with his service that I really wish they sold other furniture there besides beds but I will recommend him to family and friends. This guy knows what he was talking about. I went in the store complaining about waking up with back pain and just wanting it to stop. I knew I wanted a tempur-pedic and Kevin knew just what my back needed. After about two or three weeks of breaking the bed in, the back pain vanished and we sleep much better now. My boyfriend loves the tempur-pedic Breeze. It keeps his body cool and now its easier for him to fall asleep when before, he would struggle falling asleep on most nights. This mattress was a good investment. Kevin did warn the mattress does have a weird smell and wont be as soft as the one in the store until broken in but the mattress and accessories was worth every penny. This guy understands mattresses arent a one shoe fits all sort of deal. He listens and tells you what mattress would work best for you. Thank you for your help Kevin!

Finding the right mattress is so important. A bit scary when it comes to the price tag and hesitation over selecting the wrong one. However, Daniel made the experience great!
