John our sales person was amazing. No pressure, showed us a lot of options in regards to our unique needs. Ended up going with a Seally hybrid and an electronic base. Slept in it last night and can already feel the release of tension in my back, shoulders and neck. Buying and pick up was simple and everyone was extremely professional. With online shopping as big as it is, there are still some purchases that require a store. Mattress Firm is one of those stores. You need to be able to try before you buy. Mattress Firm is very competitive with online prices. They also carry Purple mattresses, which was only available online for a long time. For me, I was set on getting a Purple mattress. I was able to try 3 of the 4 types that Purple produces. Overall, the customer service was great and their selection is great too. My personal recommendation is this: Dont go cheap on a mattress. You will, more than likely, sleep on it longer than you keep your car. And the last thing you want to do is buy a mattress that isnt comfortable to you and you have to spend even more money on mattress toppers than if you were to get the right mattress from the start.Anyhow, Leslie was great. I know what I wanted, she catered her recommendations around me.

The salesperson name was Sandra and she did an incredible job in helping order mattresses on short notice. I had to send one to Denver on a certain date and she was very helpful in getting that order out. She did such a great job that I ordered one for myself which I will receive on Sunday. BEWARE!!!I do not recommend Mattress Firm. The mattress we tried in the store was very comfortable, we loved it. We were super excited to sleep on a new comfortable bed!Then we got our new bed after spending $4,000+ on adjustable base and pillows and sheets and the mattress was not the same. It was hard and we ordered plush. The tag said plush but it wasn’t. We lost sleep for 3 months trying to “break it in” and it did not work.So we decided to return the bed. But the adjustable base was “NOT RETURNABLE” and they charged us $200 for the mattress cover and $125 to return the mattress. All in all we ended up spending over $2,000 on an adjustable base, pillows, sheets and, the matters cover that we cannot return!BEWARE! Had a great experience with the store manager but unfortunately the customer service policies and return policy were garbage and it was a HARD/EXPENSIVE LESSON to learn.

The representative (Rosa) I worked with was really professional and polite and definitely helped with all my needs. She called to update me on the status of my order and also did her best to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete. The delivery drivers we very polite as well. They did what they were supposed to do and because there were some missing parts, they told me what the problem was. Overall experience was great. The only complaint I have is for the warehouse people to do a quality and inventory check before the they deliver the items.

It had been years since I last shopped for a new bed and, although I did my homework, it was still a daunting task to untangle all the brands, mattress types, differences in support and conformity, and options for bases. The salesperson (McKenna) who helped me at the Fresno store is extremely knowledgeable and, through a series of questions, helped me sort through the basic options and then narrow down the best choices. I went away and thought about it for a few days, and looked at more online reviews, and concluded that the sales reps suggestions were exactly on point. I purchased my mattress and box spring from Mattress Firm a couple years ago, and I love my bed, however I’ve decided that it’s a little bit too high so I called today about a low profile box spring. I was able to take care of everything over the phone. I didn’t have to go anywhere they will deliver my boxspring tomorrow and pick up the old one, and there is no delivery or pick up charge which I appreciate...thats excellent service.

John is awesome he helped me get a box spring. I ordered a mattress from a furniture store and according to their website I didnt need a box spring but when it was delivered we realized I definitely need a box spring but when I called the store to get one the earliest I could get it delivered was two weeks, and the store was sold out as well so i couldnt go get it myself eaither. John was able to help me even though they didnt even sell that brand of mattress he was knowledgeable about available products and he was even able to get the box spring too me by Monday.

Makenna was fantastic! I’m so excited to get me new king bed, I also bought the cooling bed bundle, Iv had a cooling pillow for 6yrs and opted for the bigger one that’s more versatile!! She was super knowledgeable, she showed me all price ranges and I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for a new mattress but even with extra stuff I bought I was way below what I was expecting to pay!
