Andrew at Mattress land was excellent. He found the right type of bed for us at the right price. He was very friendly and patient and answered all our questions and concerns. Great customer service. Me and my husband went in not really looking to buy a bed today. I let Andrew (the area manager) know upfront and he was not pushy at all and still gave us great service. I have back issues and he gave us the science of the beds and tips on what bed/ sleeping position would be great for upper back issues. We appreciated his knowledge and his patience. Due to him not being pushy and us not feeling like he was just trying to make a sale, we bought our bed that day.

Can not say enough about Mattress Land Sleep Fit & Andrew Chavarria for changing my life today! For 15 years I’ve suffered from chronic back pain. I rarely get a good nights sleep. I’ve always thought of adjustable bed frames as a dumb luxury for people who wanted to “sit up and watch t.v.” Today, Andrew educated me, opened my eyes and showed me how much relief comes from having the right mattress and the right bed frame. I walked out with a little less pain and walking a little straighter after just a few minutes of trying out the features! I am so excited to have my bed delivered and looking forward to being able to get that feeling of a good stretch you usually have to make an appointment for. Thank you so much Andrew!

Andrew the Sales Rep was awesome! He made our experience flawless & was able to answer all of our questions, hence the 5 star review. The delivery crew on the other hand it took everything I had not to call & complain about one of the guys. There was a tall older gentleman that was extremely friendly but the really short younger kid was beyond rude! Not once did he acknowledge me, smile anything. When he pulled into the driveway he called to ask where to go & when I attempted to tell him he cut me off several times. I let him know that I apologize because I thought they would be here later & he interrupted me stating I dont know if your salesman told you that but its wrong. He literally gave me a dirty look when he came into my home & the tall gentleman apologized. When they were carrying the mattress in the house the older man was attempting to direct the younger one & very lazily he just tossed the bulk of weight of the mattress on the other guy. Not sure who that kid was but he really does a disservice to the company. We had our delivery done on a Tuesday in Oakhurst if that helps. Other than the rude kid experience was awesome, product is amazing! & again, Andrew our sales guy rocks, highly recommend!

I’ve been dealing with fibromyalgia for the last 7-8 years which has progressively gotten worse over the years but really kicked up a notch recently.I’ve been waking up with my back / hip really tight from sleeping on my old mattress which was definitely making my condition worse from not being able to comfortably sleep thru the nights.Anyways, came in just to shop around after I received a referral for Andrew. Andrew was very knowledgeable and did not try to up-sell into something we didn’t want. The Dreamfit testing they do is pretty neat and helps narrow the options. We went in thinking we wanted a firm mattress but after being educated a bit, decided on something different. Can’t wait to receive our new mattress and get rid of this 15 year old one that has run its course.

We bought a mattress 2 1/2 years ago from here. It already has a ton of wear on both sides of the mattress. There are indentations on each side that are uncomfortable to sleep on. When calling the company, I was told that our warranty was void if there’s a single stain on it. After feeding two children in our bed at night, it definitely has milk stains on it. We were never informed that a stain would void the warranty and even so, for such an expensive mattress, it must be poor quality to already breaking down so quickly. I will never purchase here again. Terrible customer service.

My husband and I had looked at a few different places for a new mattress and I just was not impressed with what I was shown. But this experience was unique. Andrew C. showed us this system that collects data on your pressure points of your body and then makes recommendations of different styles of beds that would be good for your sleeping positions. It was pretty cool. So now we have a new bed that will work for both me and my husband. Probably going to come here when my kids need new beds too. 😊

The customer service I received from this mattress land store was far superior! I have not had great customer service like this in a while. I initially intended on purchasing a mattress online, but I am glad I walked in the mattress land store. Okay so first off mattresses are expensive (thats a no-brainier huh)!! Well Andrew and the staff member were right on. SO incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. Theres nothing worse than a pushy rep. Andrew gave us good info. and would give my fiance and I some space to decide on our own. When we made a decision he didnt try to change our mind. We have yet to receive the mattress since we are moving but well update a picture because Im sure we will love it even more than when we tried it out in the store. I cannot tell you how great Andrew was in helping us purchase our Tempur-Pedic mattress. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the product and did not even mention any prices until we asked him. Every other store asked what our price range was first which was a turn off.

He doesnt respond back like when he first did. Wish I did my business with MOR. They had their mattresses in stock whereas my date for delivery was pushed back. Mattress Land by Sleep FitHorrible warranty!! Bought my mattress in 2015, I lived with a 2.5” indent with 9.5” radius for well over a year. Spent the $60 on the “inspection/disposal” fee to have it declined due to stains brought on from the indent. Those 3 years that mattress had a SOLID foundation for the box spring and mattress. I got a protective cover and it was always protected. So tell me how could my mattress have stains? I was told that if I were damp or wet that could damage the mattress and ruin the warranty as well. So tell me Mattress land how can something, that’s protected might I add, get damp or wet or even stains?!? The stains of which they saw were on the perimeter of the indent.. this indent if laid on you can feel each coil.. this is how important your customer comfort is?! I’m 3 years into my 10 year warranty and this is ok with this company?! BS. I work for a service company I know that you do not make this product but if our customer is not happy (1) or (2) not comfortable with the product we provided even though we did not manufacture the product we take RESPONSIBILITY for our product provided. Mattressland denied the responsibility of THEIR customers comfort. Think twice before using this company. They claim it’s rare to have such a problem but I’ve learned a very hard lesson. I’m out well over $1000 for something that should have lasted me till 2025. Now in 2018 I have to go spend another $1000 or more to make my life comfortable. Might I add I suffer from chronic headaches so waking up each morning with a new knot and a new tension headache is the curse mattressland bestowed upon me. I’m very unhappy and will NEVER step foot on this companies property.

Fell In love with this place. Walking in we felt really welcomed. Simple convo before initiating with the business part from the time we were there. They were defiantly not pushy about sales on there product . Just before that we had visited more furniture and we walked right out .. we had the lady telling us we won’t find any better deals anywhere else. Guess she was wrong . I love the no interest part. That’s what caught my eye in a instant . Spending a lot of money on something like this is really difficult and always scary . I believe Cindy was the name of the sales person that helped us out she was really nice to us and a natural at it. She was just starting off as a trainee and I believe we were her first customers. The whole time we were there she was casually interacting with us leaving the sales pitch stuff out which made us really conferrable. She had our body’s measured and We ended up getting there best bed in that store which was the kings down 8000. Pretty pricey BUT Until this day I believe now 7 months later, my fiancé is so happy with it as am I, she can not get out of bed anymore from how conferrable she is every morning . We had a few minor prblms with the hydraulics it came with, we decided we did not want To keep it and we wanted to keep the mattress itself because on our part we had just baught a really nice expensive frame for the bed and had no idea it would be a prblm with the hydraulics part, but I contacted Andrew I believe he is the manager there at that store, he helped us out with no prblms, he was more then willing to provide us with any help we needed. Couple weeks later Andrew made some calls and we had the hydros picked up and the price knocked down from our credit. This place was so much help couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Real professionals at its finest, they actually care for pple and do not just want to make sales for there own benifit. I will defiantly be back in the future when I’m in need of a new bed. Thank you Cindy and Andrew for being good to us.
