I bought a screen protector that cost me $15. It was plastic, so it was not staying on right. It rolled off the next day. I called them to see about getting a refund and they refused. Wont go there again. I got a glass one for the same price.

The items are over price! Amazon has cheaper stuff than this but I dont mind coming back to the store unless its a emergency what I need

Very disappointed in their service. Had my screen replaced for 95.00 and 6 weeks later screen broke twice inside my pocket. The pressure from my keys on the screen caused it to rupture inside my pockets. Never had this happen with any of my phones before and had a protector around it. Though their may be a difference in quality of glass replacement but they informed there was not. The difference is that the screens are compressed with an adhesive around the edge which makes them more durable than their replacement. Unfortunately they didnt mention this when I was first inquiring about the service. So I ask if they could help a brotha out, they could not ! Ting Ting communications were not honest in their service with me and were unwilling to have any integrity of their work. I cannot recommend, thumbs down....

They charge to much for there items, when u can get the same cases on line for about 3/4 less n the price on one of there items that is over priced is 25.00 when u can pay 3 for 7.00 n the same exact item! I learned my lesson be patient n order on line!

Had broken the stylus inside of my Note 5. I took my phone to 2 other cell phone repair shops and was told that it could not be done and that it was stuck inside.Went to Ting Ting, they said no problem, had it fixed in 20 minutes and cost $20.

Mom takes me there when ever we get new phones and need a case. Lady is super sweet
